The whole device can be powered by the control board 22, the supporting board 31 can slide relative to the shell 21 under the support of the supporting rod 32, the limiting spring 33 can limit the sliding distance of the supporting rod 32 under the support of the shell 21, the supporting rod 32 is prevented from being separated from the shell 21, the drawstring 35 is fixed with the shell 21 and is connected with the rotating board 36 rotatably connected with the supporting board 31, when the supporting rod 32 slides downwards, the drawstring 35 is straightened to drive the rotating board 36 to rotate and lift the battery 37, the battery 37 is driven by the clamping column 321 to be separated from the control board 22, so that the battery 37 can be taken out more conveniently, then the battery 37 can be replaced, the position of the supporting board 31 can be limited by sliding the clamping buckle 34, so that the battery 37 can be replaced directly without taking off a recorder from the body, so that the use is more convenient.
In a specific embodiment, the power supply assembly 3 further includes a limit pressure plate 38 and a first gasket 39, the limit pressure plate 38 is disposed on a side of the first groove 211 away from the rotating plate 36, and the first gasket 39 is fixedly connected to the housing 21 and the limit pressure plate 38 and is located between the housing 21 and the limit pressure plate 38.
The first gasket 39 is an elastic gasket, so that the elasticity of the limit pressure plate 38 can be provided, and the position of the battery 37 can be limited by the limit pressure plate 38, so that the battery can be aligned with the control board 22 for power supply.
In a specific embodiment, the supporting plate 31 has a positioning slot 311, the positioning slot 311 is located on a side of the supporting plate 31 close to the first groove 211, and the battery 37 is disposed in the positioning slot 311.
The battery 37 can be more conveniently positioned and placed by the positioning groove 311.
In a specific embodiment, the latch 34 includes a rotary knob 341, a lock rod 342 and a locking spring 343, the rotary knob 341 has a first inclined slider 3411, the rotary knob 341 is rotatably connected to the housing 21 and is located at one side of the supporting plate 31, the lock rod 342 has a second inclined slider 3421, the lock rod 342 is slidably connected to the housing 21, the first inclined slider 3411 is slidably connected to the second inclined slider 3421, and the locking spring 343 is fixedly connected to the rotary knob 341 and is located between the rotary knob 341 and the lock rod 342.
The knob 341 is rotated, so that the second inclined slider 3421 can be pushed to move up and down under the action of the first inclined slider 3411, and the lock rod 342 can be driven to slide, so that when the supporting plate 31 needs to be taken out to replace the battery 37, the knob 341 can be rotated to withdraw from the lock rod 342, after the replacement is completed, the supporting plate 31 can push the lock rod 342 away due to the triangular structure at the end of the lock rod 342, and after the supporting plate 31 is reset, the lock rod 342 is pushed out to fix the supporting plate 31 under the action of the locking spring 343.
In one specific embodiment, the lock lever 342 has a positioning rod 3422, and the positioning rod 3422 is slidably connected to the housing 21.
The lock lever 342 is further prevented from rotating by the positioning rod 3422, so that the sliding is more stable.
In a specific embodiment, the housing 2 further includes a gasket 23, and the gasket 23 is fixedly connected to the housing 21 and is located on a side of the housing 21 close to the supporting plate 31.
The sealing gasket 23 can seal the gap between the housing 21 and the supporting plate 31, so as to achieve the waterproof and dustproof effects.
In a specific embodiment, the apparatus for binding information and data evidence further comprises a mounting assembly 4, the mounting assembly 4 comprises a supporting plate 41, a connecting plate 42, a sliding rod 43, a side plate 44 and a first spring 45, the supporting plate 41 is fixedly connected with the housing 21 and is located at one side of the housing 21, the connecting plate 42 is rotatably connected with the supporting plate 41 and is located at one side of the supporting plate 41, the side plate 44 is fixedly connected with the supporting plate 41 and is located at one side of the supporting plate 41, the sliding rod 43 is slidably connected with the side plate 44 and passes through the side plate 44, and the first spring 45 is fixedly connected with the sliding rod 43 and is located between the sliding rod 43 and the side plate 44.
When the device is used, the supporting plate 41 and the connecting plate 42 are inserted into a shoulder strap, then the connecting plate 42 is rotated to be attached to the supporting plate 41, the sliding rod 43 slides under the action of the first spring 45 to limit the rotation of the connecting plate 42, and therefore the device can be conveniently fixed on a uniform.
In a specific embodiment, the connecting plate 42 has a second pad 361 and a non-slip pad 362, the non-slip pad 362 is located on a side of the connecting plate 42 close to the supporting plate 41, and the second pad 361 is located on a side close to the sliding rod 43.
The anti-slip pad 362 can increase the friction force between the connecting plate 42 and the epaulet, so that the placement is more stable and the epaulet is not easy to slide, and when the connecting plate 42 and the supporting plate 41 are fixed through the sliding rod 43, the second gasket 361 can increase the pressing force to keep the connecting plate 42 and the sliding rod 43 attached.
In one specific embodiment, the sliding bar 43 has a handle 431, and the handle 431 is located at one side of the sliding bar 43.
The slide bar 43 can be conveniently pulled by the handle 431.
Wherein the meaning of "first" and "second" in the above modules/units is only to distinguish different modules/units, and is not used to define which module/unit has higher priority or other defining meaning. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or modules is not necessarily limited to those steps or modules explicitly listed, but may include other steps or modules not explicitly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus, and such that a division of modules presented in this application is merely a logical division and may be implemented in a practical application in a further manner.
Specific limitations of the information notification acquisition device can be referred to the above limitations of the method for binding information and data evidence, and are not described herein again. The modules in the information notification acquiring device can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external server through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method for binding information to data evidence.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the method for binding information and data evidence in the above embodiments, such as the steps S1 to S4 shown in fig. 1 and other extensions of the method and related steps. Alternatively, the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the functions of the modules/units of the information notification acquisition apparatus in the above-described embodiments, such as the functions of the modules 101 to 106 shown in fig. 6. To avoid repetition, further description is omitted here.
The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field-Programmable gate array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like which is the control center for the computer device and which connects the various parts of the overall computer device using various interfaces and lines.
The memory may be used to store the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor may implement various functions of the computer device by running or executing the computer programs and/or modules stored in the memory and invoking data stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, video data, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, etc.
The memory may be integrated in the processor or may be provided separately from the processor.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for binding information and data evidence in the above-described embodiments, such as the steps S1 through S4 shown in fig. 1 and other extensions of the method and related steps. Alternatively, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the functions of the modules/units of the information notification acquisition apparatus in the above-described embodiments, such as the functions of the modules 101 to 104 shown in fig. 6. To avoid repetition, further description is omitted here.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not substantially depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention, and are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for binding information and data evidence is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an information notification corresponding to the identity identifier according to the identity identifier;
when the currently acquired data segment or the data segment which is acquired in advance and is in the display state is not marked, marking the acquired information notification in the currently acquired data segment or the data segment which is acquired in advance and is in the display state;
when the currently collected data segment or the data segment which is collected in advance and is in a display state is marked, intercepting the data segment marked with the information notice;
and displaying the acquired or intercepted data segment.
2. The method for binding information and data evidence according to claim 1, wherein the step of intercepting the data segment marked with the information notification further comprises:
segmenting the data segments into individual segment files;
and naming the fragment file according to a preset naming rule, wherein the preset naming rule comprises one or more of the identity identification, the number of the information notice and the occurrence time of the information.
3. The method for binding information and data evidence according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that after the step of displaying the collected or intercepted data segment, further comprising:
receiving an input inquiry request of any one information notice;
searching the corresponding data segment according to the corresponding relation between the marked information notice and the data segment;
and extracting and displaying the corresponding data segment.
4. The method for binding information and data evidence according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the information notification corresponding to the identity identifier according to the identity identifier comprises:
generating a unique subscription number according to a preset rule, and subscribing to MQTT service;
and acquiring the information notification which is pushed by an information platform and corresponds to the unique subscription number through the MQTT service.
5. The method for binding information and data evidence according to claim 4, wherein in the step of obtaining the information notification corresponding to the identity identifier according to the identity identifier, the method further comprises:
scanning a two-dimensional code containing the information notice;
the information notice is decoded from the two-dimensional code and is used for marking the data segment to be collected or the data segment collected in advance.
6. The method for binding information and data evidence according to claim 4 or 5, wherein in the step of obtaining the information notification corresponding to the identity identifier according to the identity identifier, the method further comprises:
the information notification is obtained by a wireless transmission means, and the information notification is used for marking the data segment to be collected and/or the data segment collected in advance, wherein the wireless transmission means comprises NFC communication using an HCE mode.
7. An apparatus for binding information to data evidence, comprising:
the recorder comprises a recorder body, wherein the recorder body comprises an information notification acquisition module, an information notification marking module, a data fragment intercepting module and a data fragment display module, and the information notification acquisition module is used for acquiring an information notification corresponding to an identity according to the identity;
the information notification marking module is used for marking the acquired information notification in the currently acquired data segment or the pre-acquired data segment in the display state when the currently acquired data segment or the pre-acquired data segment in the display state is not marked;
the data fragment intercepting module is used for intercepting the data fragment marked with the information notice when the currently acquired data fragment or the data fragment which is acquired in advance and is in the display state is marked;
and the data fragment display module is used for displaying the acquired or intercepted data fragment.
8. The apparatus for binding information and data evidence according to claim 7, further comprising:
the recorder comprises a shell and a power supply assembly, wherein the shell comprises a shell body and a control panel, the shell body is provided with a first groove, the recorder body is arranged on one side of the shell body, and the control panel is fixedly connected with the shell body and is positioned in the first groove;
the power supply assembly comprises a supporting plate, a supporting rod, a limiting spring, a buckle, a drawstring, a rotating plate and a battery, wherein the supporting rod is connected with the shell in a sliding mode and is located in the first groove, the limiting spring is connected with the supporting rod in a fixed mode and is located close to one side of the control plate, the supporting plate is connected with the supporting rod in a fixed mode and is located on one side of the control plate, the drawstring is connected with the shell in a fixed mode and is located in the first groove, the rotating plate is connected with the supporting rod in a rotating mode and is connected with the drawstring in a fixed mode, the buckle is connected with the shell in a sliding mode and is located on one side of the supporting plate, and the battery is connected with the supporting plate in a detachable mode and located on one side of the rotating plate.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of the method for binding information to data evidence according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of a method for binding information to data evidence according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
