1. The bracket lamp capable of being adjusted at any angle and convenient to disassemble and assemble is characterized by comprising a base (1), a lamp shade frame (13) and a lamp tube (15), wherein a telescopic vertical rod (2) is arranged above the base (1), a lamp post (3) is fixed above the telescopic vertical rod (2), a first adjusting component (4) is arranged at the lower side of the tail end of the lamp post (3), an installation frame (5) is arranged below the first adjusting component (4), a second adjusting component (6) is arranged on the inner side below the installation frame (5), a support plate (9) is arranged below the second adjusting component (6), a y-direction rotating shaft (10) is arranged below the middle part of the support plate (9), positioning components (11) are arranged below the two sides of the support plate (9), and an installation box (12) is fixed below the y-direction rotating shaft (10), the lamp shade frame (13) is fixed below the mounting box (12), the two sides of the interior of the lamp shade frame (13) are respectively provided with an electric connection clamping groove (14), the lamp tube (15) is arranged in the middle of the interior of the lamp shade frame (13), the two ends of the lamp tube (15) are connected with the electric connection clamping grooves (14) in a clamping manner, the inner wall of the lamp shade frame (13) is fixed with a light reflecting edge plate (17), the lower portion of the lamp shade frame (13) is provided with a dismounting assembly (18), the dismounting assembly (18) comprises a transparent cover plate (1801), a drawing groove (1802), a dust removing cotton wiper (1803), a limiting clamping groove (1804), a movable side cover (1805), a clamping block (1806) and a rubber layer (1807), the inner wall of the lower portion of the lamp shade frame (13) is provided with a limiting clamping groove (1804), the transparent cover plate (1801) is arranged between the limiting clamping grooves (1804), the two sides of the lower portion of the lamp shade frame (13) are provided with drawing grooves (1802), and the inner walls of the upper side and the lower side of the drawing groove (1802) are all fixed with dust removing cotton wipers (1803), movable side covers (1805) are mounted outside the two sides of the lamp shade frame (13) through hinges, a clamping block (1806) is arranged on one side, close to the drawing groove (1802), of the lower side of each movable side cover (1805), and a rubber layer (1807) is fixed on one side of each clamping block (1806).
