Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automatic control, in particular to a control method and a control device for a vehicle window motor.
Background
In the prior art, generally, the motor locked-rotor protection is realized by setting a motor locked-rotor current value, which specifically comprises the following steps: when the motor works, the current value is larger than the set locked-rotor current value and lasts for a certain time, the motor is stopped to be driven to work, and the purpose of locked-rotor protection of the motor is achieved. However, the locked-rotor current of the traditional vehicle window motor is easily influenced by external factors, such as the working temperature of the vehicle window motor, the state of a vehicle window adhesive tape and the like. And because window motor has the variety, when external conditions are unanimous, every window motor locked rotor current value also has certain difference.
Therefore, the set locked-rotor current value is a fixed value, and if the set locked-rotor current value is too large or when the motor is in idle running due to window faults, the actual motor current cannot meet the locked-rotor condition, so that the locked-rotor protection cannot be achieved, and the motor is damaged; if the set locked-rotor current value is too small, the problem that the car window cannot normally rise to the top or fall to the bottom is easily caused.

s101: and acquiring the working current value and a first preset locked-rotor current value of the vehicle window motor.
In a specific embodiment, the obtaining of the working current value of the vehicle window motor specifically includes:
acquiring a car window lifting request signal, and controlling a car window motor according to the car window lifting request signal so that the car window motor controls the car window to ascend or descend;
and when the window motor controls the window to ascend or descend, acquiring the working current value of the window motor.
S102: and when the abnormal operation of the window motor is judged according to the working current value and the first preset locked-rotor current value, recording the abnormal working current value and updating the abnormal times of the motor.
In this embodiment, the determining that the window motor operates abnormally according to the working current and the first preset locked-rotor current value specifically includes:
