Example two
The components of each material are as follows: 10% of hydroxypropyl chitosan, 15% of plant starch, 26% of silicon dioxide aerogel, 7% of glutaraldehyde, 12% of acrylamide, 6% of ammonium persulfate, 14% of porous adsorbent and 10% of alum.
A preparation method of a special flocculant for municipal refuse leachate comprises the following steps:
s1: and (2) pouring hydroxypropyl chitosan into the stirring tank, and pouring clear water into the stirring tank, wherein the weight ratio of hydroxypropyl chitosan to clear water is 1: 11, then mixing and stirring at the stirring speed of 50 revolutions per minute, then adding plant starch in the stirring process, adding silicon dioxide aerogel after the plant starch is dissolved, stirring and mixing for 85 minutes, and then adjusting the ph value to 8.4 by using a regulator to obtain an initial solution;
s2: adjusting the temperature of the initial solution obtained in the step S1 to 55 ℃, adding glutaraldehyde into a stirring tank for stirring at the stirring speed of 35 revolutions per minute for 3 hours, taking out the mixture in the stirring tank, drying the mixture in a drying furnace, and crushing the dried mixture to obtain initial particles;
s3: pouring the initial particles obtained in the step S2 into a reaction tank, and then pouring clear water into the reaction tank, wherein the weight ratio of the initial particles to the clear water is 1: 13 minutes, adding acrylamide and ammonium persulfate into the reaction tank, adjusting the temperature in the reaction tank to 53 ℃, then pumping out air in the reaction tank by using a vacuum machine, and continuously introducing nitrogen for reaction for 5 hours to obtain a mixed solution;
s4: adding a porous adsorbent into the mixed solution obtained in the step S3, stirring at a rotation speed of 50 revolutions per minute for 40 minutes, pouring out the mixture in the reaction tank, putting the mixture into a drying furnace for drying, and crushing after drying to obtain mixed particles;
s5: and (4) pouring the mixed particles obtained in the step (S3) into a mixing tank, adding alum particles into the mixing tank, mixing and stirring at the stirring speed of 30 revolutions per minute for 15 minutes, and taking out after mixing is finished to obtain the special flocculating agent for the municipal refuse leachate.
The modifier in step S1 includes, but is not limited to, citric acid, potassium citrate, lactic acid, tartaric acid, acetic acid, sodium acetate, and sodium hydroxide.
EXAMPLE III
The components of each material are as follows: 10% of hydroxypropyl chitosan, 16% of plant starch, 24% of silicon dioxide aerogel, 8% of glutaraldehyde, 13% of acrylamide, 7% of ammonium persulfate, 12% of porous adsorbent and 10% of alum.
A preparation method of a special flocculant for municipal refuse leachate comprises the following steps:
s1: and (2) pouring hydroxypropyl chitosan into the stirring tank, and pouring clear water into the stirring tank, wherein the weight ratio of hydroxypropyl chitosan to clear water is 1: 11, then mixing and stirring at the stirring speed of 60 revolutions per minute, then adding plant starch in the stirring process, adding silicon dioxide aerogel after the plant starch is dissolved, stirring and mixing for 90 minutes, and then adjusting the ph value to 8.5 by using a regulator to obtain an initial solution;
s2: adjusting the temperature of the initial solution obtained in the step S1 to 50 ℃, adding glutaraldehyde into a stirring tank for stirring at the stirring speed of 35 revolutions per minute for 4 hours, taking out the mixture in the stirring tank, drying the mixture in a drying furnace, and crushing the dried mixture to obtain initial particles;
s3: pouring the initial particles obtained in the step S2 into a reaction tank, and then pouring clear water into the reaction tank, wherein the weight ratio of the initial particles to the clear water is 1: 13 minutes, adding acrylamide and ammonium persulfate into the reaction tank, adjusting the temperature in the reaction tank to 60 ℃, then pumping out air in the reaction tank by using a vacuum machine, and continuously introducing nitrogen for reaction for 5 hours to obtain a mixed solution;
s4: adding a porous adsorbent into the mixed solution obtained in the step S3, stirring at a rotation speed of 60 revolutions per minute for 40 minutes, pouring out the mixture in the reaction tank, putting the mixture into a drying furnace for drying, and crushing after drying to obtain mixed particles;
s5: and (4) pouring the mixed particles obtained in the step (S3) into a mixing tank, adding alum particles into the mixing tank, mixing and stirring at the stirring speed of 35 revolutions per minute for 15 minutes, and taking out after mixing is finished to obtain the special flocculating agent for the municipal refuse leachate.

Hydroxypropyl chitosan is mixed with plant starch and silicon dioxide aerogel, and glutaraldehyde is added in the mixing process for reaction, so that the hydroxypropyl chitosan can be adhered to the surface of the silicon dioxide aerogel, thereby obtaining initial particles, then adding the initial particles, acrylamide and ammonium persulfate into the porous adsorbent simultaneously to enable the porous adsorbent to be mixed and adhered to the surfaces of the initial particles to form mixed particles, then alum particles are added to form a flocculating agent special for municipal refuse permeate, so that the alum particles adsorb most suspended matters in the permeate in the initial stage during the use process, meanwhile, the porous adsorbent can adsorb substances such as pigments and the like, and finally the initial particles can adsorb heavy metal ions, thereby completing the flocculation treatment of the penetrating fluid and simultaneously lightening the color of the treated penetrating fluid so that workers can check the forming of the flocs.

2. The flocculant according to claim 1, which is specially used for municipal waste leachate, and is characterized in that: the porous adsorbent is one or a mixture of more of activated carbon, silica gel or activated alumina in any proportion.
3. The flocculant according to claim 1, which is specially used for municipal waste leachate, and is characterized in that: the selected silicon dioxide aerogel is silicon dioxide aerogel particles, and the diameter of the selected silicon dioxide aerogel particles is 0.2-0.6 mm.

The flocculant according to claim 1, which is specially used for municipal waste leachate, and is characterized in that: the components of each material are as follows: 9% of hydroxypropyl chitosan, 14% of plant starch, 26% of silicon dioxide aerogel, 7% of glutaraldehyde, 11% of acrylamide, 6% of ammonium persulfate, 16% of porous adsorbent and 11% of alum.

The flocculant according to claim 1, which is specially used for municipal waste leachate, and is characterized in that: the components of each material are as follows: 10% of hydroxypropyl chitosan, 15% of plant starch, 26% of silicon dioxide aerogel, 7% of glutaraldehyde, 12% of acrylamide, 6% of ammonium persulfate, 14% of porous adsorbent and 10% of alum.

7. The method for preparing flocculant specially used for municipal refuse leachate according to claim 1, wherein the flocculant comprises: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: and (2) pouring hydroxypropyl chitosan into the stirring tank, and pouring clear water into the stirring tank, wherein the weight ratio of hydroxypropyl chitosan to clear water is 1: 11, then mixing and stirring at the stirring speed of 50-60 revolutions per minute, then adding plant starch in the stirring process, adding silicon dioxide aerogel after the plant starch is dissolved, stirring and mixing for 80-90 minutes, and then adjusting the pH value to 8.2-9 by using a regulator to obtain an initial solution;
s2: adjusting the temperature of the initial solution obtained in the step S1 to 40-50 ℃, adding glutaraldehyde into a stirring tank for stirring at the stirring speed of 30-40 revolutions per minute for 3-4 hours, taking out the mixture in the stirring tank, drying the mixture in a drying furnace, and crushing the dried mixture to obtain initial particles;
s3: pouring the initial particles obtained in the step S2 into a reaction tank, and then pouring clear water into the reaction tank, wherein the weight ratio of the initial particles to the clear water is 1: 13 minutes, adding acrylamide and ammonium persulfate into the reaction tank, adjusting the temperature in the reaction tank to 50-60 ℃, then pumping out air in the reaction tank by using a vacuum machine, and continuously introducing nitrogen for reaction for 5-6 hours to obtain a mixed solution;
s4: adding a porous adsorbent into the mixed solution obtained in the step S3, stirring at the rotating speed of 50-60 rpm for 30-40 minutes, pouring out the mixture in the reaction tank, putting the mixture into a drying furnace for drying, and crushing after drying to obtain mixed particles;
s5: and (4) pouring the mixed particles obtained in the step (S3) into a mixing tank, adding alum particles into the mixing tank, mixing and stirring at the stirring speed of 30-35 revolutions per minute for 10-15 minutes, and taking out after mixing is finished to obtain the special flocculating agent for the municipal refuse penetrating fluid.

The method for preparing flocculant specially used for municipal refuse leachate according to claim 1, wherein the flocculant comprises: the modifier in step S1 includes, but is not limited to, citric acid, potassium citrate, lactic acid, tartaric acid, acetic acid, sodium acetate, and sodium hydroxide.
