Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
The embodiment provides a method for acquiring vehicle information by an alternating current charging pile. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the method for acquiring vehicle information by the ac charging pile of the embodiment includes the following steps:
step 1, establishing electrical connection between a charging gun of an alternating current charging pile and a charging interface of a vehicle to be charged; the charging gun is connected with a charging interface of a vehicle to be charged through a charging wire without a data wire;
step 2, before the alternating current charging pile executes the charging instruction, establishing data communication between the alternating current charging pile and the vehicle to be charged based on the change of the CP voltage amplitude; namely, the alternating current charging pile achieves the effect of transmitting information by utilizing the change of the voltage amplitude value of the current transmitted on the charging line by changing the voltage amplitude value output to the vehicle to be charged;
and 3, sending a data communication request to the vehicle to be charged by the alternating-current charging pile, and judging whether vehicle information feedback of the vehicle to be charged is received:
when the vehicle information is received within the preset time period, turning to the step 4; otherwise, the alternating current charging pile performs conventional charging on the vehicle to be charged; wherein the preset time period here is set to 2 s; in the embodiment, when the vehicle to be charged receives a data communication request sent by the alternating-current charging pile and determines to send the vehicle information to the alternating-current charging pile, the vehicle to be charged delays 500ms after receiving the data communication request and then sends the vehicle information to the alternating-current charging pile by using the charging wire; the vehicle information is optionally set as a vehicle VIN code or a vehicle SOC or vehicle internal state information or any combination of the vehicle VIN code, the vehicle SOC and the vehicle internal state information according to requirements;
and 4, performing data transmission aiming at the vehicle information between the alternating current charging pile and the vehicle to be charged in a byte transmission mode. When data transmission aiming at vehicle information is executed between the alternating current charging pile and the vehicle to be charged, the alternating current charging pile continuously keeps the charging operation of the alternating current charging pile on the vehicle to be charged; when the bytes are transmitted according to the bytes, each byte comprises a 1-bit start bit, an 8-bit data bit, a 1-bit check bit and a 1-bit stop bit, 1 bit is transmitted every 1ms, 1 byte is transmitted in 11ms, and the interval between bytes is less than 50 ms;
of course, in the actual vehicle information obtaining process for the vehicle to be charged, in order to ensure that the ac charging pile can receive the vehicle information sent by the vehicle to be charged, in this embodiment, data retransmission is performed twice between the vehicle to be charged and the ac charging pile according to a preset time interval. Wherein the preset time interval between the previous data transmission and the next data transmission for the same information is set to be greater than 200 ms.
In addition, in this embodiment, when the data transmission time for the vehicle information performed between the alternating-current charging pile and the vehicle to be charged exceeds the preset time length, the data transmission between the alternating-current charging pile and the vehicle to be charged is stopped, and the vehicle to be charged shifts to a state to be charged. For example, the preset time period here is set to 2 s.
