The walking driving part 5 drives the clamping part 6 to provide power for the clamping part 6, so that a processing tool on the clamping part 6 can process a workpiece to be processed 8 along a processing path. The selectable walking driving part 5 is a motor, the transmission assembly comprises a gear 51 and a rack 44, the rack 44 is fixed on the top surface of the top plate 1, the rack 44 is arranged in parallel with the first slideway 41, the gear 51 is meshed with the rack 44, and the center of the gear 51 is connected with a motor spindle. The motor drives the gear 51 to rotate, and the gear 51 is in meshing transmission with the rack 44 to drive the clamping piece 6 to slide along the first slideway 41.
Further, the clamping member 6 includes a first roller 64 and a second roller 65, and a roller surface of the first roller 64 and a roller surface of the second roller 65 respectively roll and abut on clamped surfaces 81 of the workpieces 8 to be processed, which are in different directions.
The first clamping arm 62 of the clamping member 6 is provided with a first roller 64, the second clamping arm 63 is provided with a second roller 65, and the roller surfaces of the first roller 64 and the second roller 65 are arranged oppositely and respectively abut against clamped surfaces of the workpiece 8 to be processed in different directions in a rolling manner. For example, when the workpiece to be processed has two vertical parallel side surfaces, the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm extend in the vertical direction at the same time, the first roller and the second roller are arranged at the left and right, and the first roller and the second roller clamp the two vertical side surfaces to roll.
In this embodiment, the side wall is placed horizontally, the inner side plate and the outer side plate are curved surfaces extending in the horizontal direction, the first clamping arm 62 and the second clamping arm 63 extend horizontally outwards at the same time, and the first roller 64 and the second roller 65 are arranged up and down to respectively clamp the outer side plate and the inner side plate.
Further, the first roller 64 and the second roller 65 are disposed up and down; a level monitoring device 66 is provided on the clamp 6.
The first roller 64 and the second roller 65 are disposed vertically, and are suitable for a case where the member 8 to be processed has two horizontally extending clamped surfaces. For ease of manufacture, the level is initially adjusted by means of a level monitoring device 66 pre-mounted on the clamp 6, and a level gauge may be selected as the level monitoring device 66.
Furthermore, the number of the clamping pieces 6, the number of the machining tools and the number of the first slide ways 41 are two, the two clamping pieces 6, the two machining tools and the two first slide ways 41 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the rack, and the clamping pieces 6, the machining tools and the first slide ways 41 which are located on the same side are connected; or, the number of the clamping pieces 6 and the number of the machining tools are two, the number of the first slide rails 41 is one, the two clamping pieces 6 and the two machining tools are respectively located on two opposite sides of the rack, the first slide rails 41 are located in the middle of the rack, and the clamping pieces 6 and the machining tools located on two sides are connected with the first slide rails 41; wherein both clamping members 6 are connected together to one and the same travel drive 5.
The above arrangement of the two holding members 6 is suitable for a case where both sides of the member to be processed have parallel held surfaces 81. The machining cutters are connected to two optional sides, and simultaneous machining operation is facilitated. Two holders 6 are connected as an organic whole, optionally set up first slide 41 or sharing first slide 41 respectively, can realize synchronous processing, and two optional holders 6 share same walking driving piece 5.
Further, the machining tool comprises a tool member 7 and a machining drive member 75, the machining drive member 75 driving a machining operation of the tool member 7.
The processing driving member 75 is mounted on the clamping member, and the tool member 7 is directed to any clamped surface 81, two clamping surfaces or an end surface between the two clamping surfaces of the workpiece to be processed, so as to realize continuous or discontinuous processing on the corresponding position under the driving of the processing driving member 75. The optional machining drive 75 is a motor and the cutter member 7 is a cutting tool.
Further, the cutter member 7 includes at least two cutters 71, two adjacent cutters 71 are coaxially arranged at intervals, and a distance adjusting member 73 is installed between the adjacent cutters 71.
The cutter member 7 comprises a cutter bar 72 and at least two cutters 71, wherein one end of the cutter bar 72 is connected with a processing driving member 75, the cutters 71 are arranged on the cutter bar 72 at intervals, a spacing adjusting member 73 is arranged between the adjacent cutters 71, and locking nuts 74 are arranged on the cutter bar 72 and correspond to the outer sides of the cutters 71 at the two ends. Adjustment sleeves of different thicknesses and/or numbers may be selected as spacing adjustment members 73 for adjusting the spacing between adjacent cutters 71. Double nuts are arranged on the cutter bar 72 corresponding to the outer sides of the cutters 71 at the two ends so as to lock the cutters 71.
In this embodiment, the tool member 7 is mounted between two clamping arms, the tool bar 72 extends in the vertical direction, and the tool 71 is a milling cutter head. Two milling cutter discs are arranged on the cutter bar 72 at intervals so as to mill and machine two grooves corresponding to the rib plates at the side wall ports. In the machining process, due to the follow-up effect of the follow-up walking mechanism, the clamping piece 6 floats along with the shape of the side wall, so that the two milling cutter discs always keep a set height with the inner side plate and the outer side plate and always keep the milling depth relative to the plate ribs, the machining quality is stable, and the production efficiency is high.

Claims (7)

1. A follow-up processing device, characterized by comprising:
a frame;
the follow-up walking mechanism comprises a fixed supporting seat, an elastic supporting seat, a guide piece and a clamping piece;
the fixed supporting seat and the elastic supporting seat are arranged on the rack at intervals;
one end of the guide piece is hinged with the fixed supporting seat, the other end of the guide piece is connected with the elastic supporting seat, a first slide way is arranged on the guide piece, and the first slide way extends from the fixed supporting seat to the direction close to the elastic supporting seat;
the clamping piece is slidably arranged on the first slideway, and clamps the workpiece to be machined;
the machining tool is arranged on the clamping piece;
the elastic supporting seat comprises a base and an elastic piece, the base is connected with the rack, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the base, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the guide piece;
the elastic piece is connected with the guide piece in a sliding way;
the guide part is provided with a second slide, the second slide is parallel to the first slide, the elastic part is hinged with a sliding part, and the sliding part is connected to the second slide in a sliding manner.
2. The follow-up machining device according to claim 1, further comprising a walking driving member, wherein the walking driving member is connected with the clamping member through a transmission assembly and drives the clamping member to slide along the first slideway.

The follow-up processing device according to claim 2, wherein the clamping member comprises a first roller and a second roller, and a roller surface of the first roller and a roller surface of the second roller respectively roll against clamped surfaces of the member to be processed in different directions.
4. The follow-up processing device according to claim 3, wherein the first roller and the second roller are disposed one above the other; and a horizontal monitoring device is arranged on the clamping piece.

The follow-up machining device according to claim 4, wherein the number of the clamping pieces, the number of the machining tools and the number of the first slide ways are two, the two clamping pieces, the two machining tools and the two first slide ways are respectively located on two opposite sides of the rack, and the clamping pieces, the machining tools and the first slide ways located on the same side are connected;
or the clamping pieces and the machining tools are arranged in two numbers, the first slide way is one, the two clamping pieces and the two machining tools are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the rack, the first slide way is positioned in the middle of the rack, and the clamping pieces and the machining tools positioned on two sides are connected with the first slide way;
wherein, two holder common connection is to same walking drive spare.
6. A follow-up machining device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the machining tool comprises a tool member and a machining drive member, the machining drive member driving the tool member in a machining operation.
7. The follow-up machining device according to claim 6, wherein the cutter member includes at least two cutters, at least two of the cutters being coaxially spaced apart, and a spacing adjustment member being mounted between adjacent cutters.
