The working principle of the invention is as follows:
starting a control sequence: referring to fig. 4, a start button is pressed to start a spray valve, a viscous fluid material conveying pump is started to start a powder material conveyor; starting a viscous fluid material screw conveyor and a powder feeder in a delayed manner for 5S to start a multi-shaft coulter stirring crusher, and starting a conditioning mixer in a delayed manner for 10S; the time delay of 10S starts the mixture material conveying pump to enter a normal conveying state.
And (3) stopping the control sequence: referring to fig. 5, a stop button is pressed, a spray valve is closed, a viscous fluid material screw conveyor is closed after 10S of delay, a powder material feeder is closed, and a multi-shaft coulter stirring crusher is closed; the time delay of 10S is to close the viscous fluid material conveying pump and close the powder material conveying machine; the hardening and tempering mixer is closed after 60S delay; and (5) delaying for 10S, closing the mixture conveying pump and stopping the system.

the powder supply unit comprises a pneumatic powder material feeding pipeline, and the pneumatic powder material feeding pipeline is connected with a powder material storage bin and used for storing powder materials; the top of the powder material storage bin is provided with a dust remover, and the bottom of the powder material storage bin is provided with a coulter arch-breaking stirrer; the outlet of the coulter arch-breaking stirrer is connected with the feed inlet of the powder feeder, the output end of the powder feeder is connected with the powder material conveyor, and the discharge outlet of the powder material conveyor is connected with the tempering mixer;
the device also comprises a compressed air supply unit, wherein the compressed air supply unit comprises a compressed air supply pipeline, and the compressed air supply pipeline is connected to a cone at the lower part of the powder material storage bin and is used for pneumatically breaking an arch; the back-blowing pipeline is connected with a dust remover positioned in the powder material storage bin and is used for regularly back-blowing the dust remover;
the viscous fluid supply unit comprises a viscous fluid material buffer bin which is used for storing viscous fluid materials, and the viscous fluid material buffer bin is adjacent to the unloading platform; the viscous fluid material screw conveyor is arranged below the viscous fluid material buffer bin, and a discharge port of the viscous fluid material screw conveyor is connected with the conditioning mixer through a pumping conveying pipeline; the pumping conveying pipeline at least comprises a group of conveying branches connected in parallel, and each conveying branch is independently provided with a conveying pump and a control valve;
the upper branch of the pumping conveying pipeline is connected in series with a flushing pipeline; the inlet of the flushing pipeline is positioned in front of the conveying pump in the pumping conveying pipeline;
the conditioning mixer adopts a double-propeller type mixing conveyor and comprises a barrel, a powder feeding port is arranged on the barrel, and a duckbilled structure is adopted as the feeding port of the double-propeller type mixing conveyor; install the stirring rake in the barrel, install the array on the stirring rake and indicate tooth-like paddle, install the forward paddle that drives the material along axial rotary motion on the paddle, 3 sets of paddle at every interval install a set of reverse paddle of reverse angle.
