clamping grooves are formed in the inner walls of two sides of the sliding groove 14 and are in sliding fit with the clamping block 13, the inserting rod 12 is in rotating fit with the sliding groove 14, an installation opening is formed in the top of the box body 3, the inner wall of one side of the installation opening is hinged to the box cover 1 through a hinge, ventilation grooves 4 are formed in the outer walls of two sides of the box body 3, and ventilation holes 10 are formed in the outer wall of the filter cartridge 5 and are distributed equidistantly in the circumferential direction;
the preparation method of the antibacterial air filtering material comprises the following steps of 1: cutting the carbon rod into a cylinder, soaking, heating and activating the carbon rod by using an activating agent to form an activated carbon rod 15, and uniformly coating nontoxic plant glue on the outer wall of the activated carbon rod 15; step 2: weaving polyethylene fibers 18 and pure cotton fibers 19 in a staggered manner to form a breathable layer 16, leaving a certain gap at the joint of the polyethylene fibers 18 and the pure cotton fibers 19, bonding the breathable layer 16 to the outer wall of the activated carbon rod 15, and uniformly coating non-toxic plant glue on the outer wall of the breathable layer 16; and step 3: the silver-series antibacterial terylene 20 and the silver-series antibacterial chinlon 21 are interlaced and woven in an X shape to form an antibacterial layer 17, and the antibacterial layer 17 is adhered to the outer wall of the breathable layer 16; and 4, step 4: placing the activated carbon rod 15 wrapped in the breathable layer 16 and the antibacterial layer 17 in the filter cylinder 5, clamping the plug rod 12 with the chute 14 and rotating the plug rod 12 for 90 degrees; and 5: a plurality of filter cartridges 5 in which activated carbon rods 15 are placed are sequentially placed inside the case 3, and the case 3 is installed to a place where air filtration is required.
