In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, an ash-removing tool head 100 includes a tool head body 110 and a supporting net 120, the tool head body 110 is provided with a channel for containing physiotherapy materials, the channel penetrates through a lower end of the tool head body 110, the supporting net 120 is movably connected in the channel, the supporting net 120 is used for supporting the physiotherapy materials in the channel, and the supporting net 120 can drive the physiotherapy materials to shake up and down in the channel. The embodiments of the invention can solve the technical problem that the cigarette ash is separated from the physiotherapy material.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the inner wall of the channel is provided with a step for supporting the supporting net 120, and the supporting net 120 can bounce on the step to drive the physiotherapy material on the supporting net 120 to vibrate and drive the large-particle cigarette ash to vibrate.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the invention, one or more guide rods are disposed on the inner wall of the tunnel, and the guide rods pass through the support net 120 to limit the rotation of the support net 120 to some extent, so that the support net 120 can be swung up and down. Preferably, the upper end of the guide rod is provided with a limiting block, and the limiting block stops the upward movement of the supporting net 120. Furthermore, there may be: the upper end of guide arm is connected to the stopper is detachable, and/or has: the lower end of the guide rod is detachably connected with the inner wall of the channel. Thus, the support net 120 can be removed by removing the upper or lower ends of the guide rods.
The tool head 100 for plastering according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention has at least the following advantages: the supporting net 120 is substantially a multi-purpose supporting net 120, the supporting net 120 is movably arranged, and is used as a supporting structure for physical therapy materials in combustion, a structure for driving the cigarette ash to be separated from the physical therapy materials, and a structure for driving the large cigarette ash to shake and break; the ash removing tool head 100 has certain ash removing capacity; the tool head 100 can perform manual shaking for ash removal, namely the tool head 100 is combined into a simple portable physiotherapy instrument, and a user can repeatedly push the support net 120 upwards by approaching the tool head 100 to the ash receiving tube 200 through an external tool, so that ash can be separated from physiotherapy materials, and large ash blocks on the support net 120 can be shaken, broken and dropped; the ash beating tool head 100 can also be combined with a pushing device 300, namely the combination is determined as a mechanical automatic ash beating physiotherapy instrument, the pushing device 300 repeatedly pushes the bearing net 120 upwards, so that the ash is separated from physiotherapy materials, and large ash blocks on the bearing net 120 are shaken, broken and dropped.
In some embodiments of the invention, the support screen 120 is only one sheet of mesh. The mesh is pushed by the external tool and pushing device 300.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the invention, the support screen 120 includes a first screen 121 and a second screen 122 supported on the first screen 121, the second screen 122 being spaced apart from the first screen 121 at a central portion thereof, the second screen 122 being larger in mesh than the first screen 121, the second screen 122 being adapted to support a treatment material. The support net 120 serves both to support the physiotherapy material and to support the unburnt material that falls off or is crushed. The external tool and pushing device 300 pushes the first mesh 121. When the first mesh sheet 121 is pushed repeatedly by the pushing device 300 (or an external tool), the first mesh sheet 121 and the second mesh sheet shake up and down, the ash is separated from the physical therapy material and separated from the tool head body 110 after passing through the first mesh sheet 121 and the second mesh sheet 122, the separated or crushed unburnt material is easy to shake because of relatively large particles and is not like ash, the particles of the unburnt material pass through the second mesh sheet 122 and temporarily exist in the first mesh sheet 121, and the particles of the unburnt material can continuously burn and exert the physical therapy effect. Therefore, the embodiments of the present invention can solve the unburnt material that is dropped or crushed. When the negative pressure smoking device 900 is combined, the unburned material particles can be burnt out and smashed quickly in a short shaking process because fine particles and contact air are more sufficient; namely, when the negative pressure smoking device 900 is combined, the technical effect of solving the problem of falling or broken unburnt materials is better.
The second mesh 122 has a mesh larger than that of the first mesh 121, with the equivalent alternatives being: the outer ring of the second mesh 122 is smaller than the outer ring of the first mesh 121, and the space between the two outer rings can pass through fallen or crushed unburnt materials. When the first mesh sheet 121 is pushed repeatedly by the pushing device 300 (or an external tool), the first mesh sheet 121 and the second mesh sheet shake up and down, the ash is separated from the physiotherapy material, and is separated from the tool head body 110 after passing through the first mesh sheet 121 and the second mesh sheet 122, and the separated or broken unburnt material can roll down to the first mesh sheet 121 from the edge of the second mesh sheet 122.
