Injection molding may be performed through an injection port in the first mold surface.

Compared with a single mode of fixing the stone needle piece 1 through an adhesive of an adhesive tape bonding layer, the first mold is used for injection molding of the first surface of the adhesive piece 2, the stone needle piece 1 penetrating through the through hole of the adhesive piece 2 can be partially combined or connected with the fixing piece 4, and the stone needle piece 1 cannot fall off or shift when being attached to external forces such as friction with skin.
Specifically, in step S2, the injection molding is performed to the first surface of the adhesive member 2 through the first mold from the side of the first mold close to the first surface of the adhesive member 2. When in injection molding, the fixing part arranged on the first mold and the second mold are in contact with the stone needle piece 1, so that the stone needle piece 1 cannot move. The through hole of the viscous piece 2 also has a fixing effect on the stone needle piece 1 in the injection molding direction, so that the stone needle piece cannot move in the injection molding process.
Specifically, the number of through holes penetrating through the first surface and the second surface of the adhesive member 2 is several, and the first mold is provided with fixing portions 4 corresponding to the through holes one by one, so that the adhesive member 2 is simultaneously provided with the stone needle members 1. The plurality of through holes and the corresponding fixing parts 4 are arranged, a plurality of stone needle pieces 1 can be placed on the viscous piece 2, and the manufactured stone needle patch can massage different acupuncture points simultaneously. The positions of the plurality of fixing parts can be adjusted according to the positions of the stone needle pieces 1, so that the distance between the stone needle pieces can be conveniently adjusted according to different user requirements.

Claims (10)
1. A stone needle patch is characterized by comprising a stone needle piece, a fixing piece, a viscous piece and a release piece;
the adhesive part is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, the second surface of the adhesive part is provided with an adhesive layer, the adhesive part is provided with a through hole, and the stone needle part penetrates through the through hole of the adhesive part;
the release piece is attached to the adhesive layer of the adhesive piece;
the fixing piece is fixed on the first surface of the adhesive piece and is combined or connected with the part of the stone needle piece, which is positioned on the first surface of the adhesive piece.
2. The stone needle patch as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stone needle component is composed of a single stone needle particle or a plurality of stone needle particles, and the stone needle particle is any one of a sphere and an ellipsoid.
3. The stone needle patch according to claim 1, wherein said fixing member is an injection molded part, and is in the shape of any one of a hemisphere, a spherical crown, a semi-ellipsoid, a cuboid and a cube;
the fixing piece is adhered to the first surface of the adhesive piece, and the planar projection area of the fixing piece on the adhesive piece is larger than that of the stone needle piece.
4. The stone needle patch according to claim 3, characterized in that the stone needle piece is a sphere, the fixing piece is a spherical crown, the diameter of the stone needle piece is 1.7mm, and the outer diameter of the fixing piece is 3.2 mm.
5. The stone needle patch according to claim 1, wherein the stone needle member is provided with a first holding portion and the fixing member is provided with a second holding portion, and the first holding portion and the second holding portion are engaged to increase the coupling force between the stone needle member and the fixing member.
6. The stone needle patch as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive member is further provided with a carrier layer for carrying the adhesive layer, the carrier layer being any one of non-woven fabric, stretch fabric, polyester-cotton fabric and chemical fabric;
the adhesive layer of the adhesive member is a water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer;
the release piece is release paper or release film.
7. A stone needle patch assembly, comprising the stone needle patch according to any one of claims 1 to 6 and a housing, wherein the housing comprises a base and a sealing member, the base is provided with a receiving groove, the stone needle patch is received in the receiving groove, the sealing member is used for sealing the stone needle patch in the housing, and the sealing member is dialysis paper or laminating paper.
8. A preparation method of a stone needle patch is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the adhesive part is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, the adhesive part is provided with a through hole which penetrates through the first surface and the second surface of the adhesive part, the second surface of the adhesive part is provided with an adhesive layer, a release part is attached to the adhesive layer of the adhesive part, a stone needle part penetrates through the through hole of the adhesive part, a first mold is placed on the stone needle part close to the first surface of the adhesive part, a fixing part on the first mold is pressed with a part of the stone needle part protruding out of the first surface of the adhesive part, a second mold is placed on the stone needle part close to the second surface of the adhesive part, the second mold is attached to the part of the stone needle part protruding out of the second surface of the adhesive part, and the first mold and the second mold are used for fixing the stone needle part;
and injecting the first surface of the adhesive piece through the first mold, and forming a fixing piece after curing, wherein the fixing piece is combined or connected with the part of the stone needle piece, which is positioned on the first surface of the adhesive piece.
9. The method for preparing the stone needle patch according to claim 8, wherein the injection molding is performed from the side edge of the first mold close to the first surface of the adhesive member.
10. The method for preparing the stone needle patch according to claim 8, wherein the number of the through holes penetrating through the first surface and the second surface of the adhesive member is several, and the first mold is provided with fixing portions corresponding to the through holes one by one, so that several stone needle members are simultaneously arranged on the adhesive member.
