As shown in fig. 14 to 16, the second aspect of the present invention further provides a grip 200 of the oral appliance snore stopper 100, the grip 200 being used to operate the oral appliance snore stopper 100 provided according to the first aspect of the present invention, the distal end of the grip 200 being provided with a pry tab 220 inserted into a gap between the upper tray 10 and the lower tray 20, and the proximal end of the grip 200 being provided with a radially extending operating tab 230.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the adjusting process of the oral appliance snore stopper 100 is described in detail below, the upper and lower dental brackets slide to the target scale indication position of the scale 14 back and forth through the guide block 22 and the guide groove rail 12, then the latch teeth 23 and the latch grooves 13 on the upper and lower dental brackets are meshed by pressing the upper and lower dental brackets, and finally the fastening is realized through the elastic hooks 21 and the hook grooves 11 on both sides, so that the front and back adjusting function of the oral appliance snore stopper 100 is realized, and the upper and lower dental brackets 20 are fixed by utilizing the cooperation of the elastic hooks 21 and the hook grooves 11 and the cooperation of the guide block 22 and the guide groove rail 12, and the fixing of the upper and lower dental brackets 20 in two directions, namely, the upper and lower directions and the left and right directions, and the fixing of three rotation postures are completed. The front and back adjustment is realized through the up and down pressing mode of the latch 23 and the latch groove 13, the adjustment precision is 1mm which is one tooth space, and the final locking purpose is realized through up and down pressing.
The upper tray 10, lower tray 20 and grip 200 are individually described below by preferred embodiments of the present invention:
as shown in fig. 1, the upper dental tray 10 is formed by secondarily wrapping EVA soft rubber on the basis of the upper dental tray 10, a plurality of tooth clamping grooves 13, guide groove rails 12 and hook grooves 11 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper dental tray 10, scale marks 14 with scale marks of 0-8mm are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper dental tray 10, and the tooth clamping grooves 13, the guide groove rails 12 and the hook grooves 11 on the upper dental tray 10 are matched with the lower dental tray 20 for use so as to adjust the interval between the upper dental tray 20 and the lower dental tray 20.
As shown in fig. 2, the lower tray 20 is formed by secondarily wrapping EVA soft rubber on the basis of the lower tray 20, a plurality of teeth 23, guide blocks 22 and elastic hooks 21 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower tray 20, arrow marks 24 matched with the graduated scale 14 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the lower tray 20, and the plurality of teeth 23, the guide blocks 22 and the elastic hooks 21 on the lower tray 20 are matched with the upper tray 10 for use, so that the space between the upper tray 20 and the lower tray 20 is adjusted.
As shown in fig. 14, the handle 200 is used for separating the upper and lower dental trays 20 by pressing the elastic hooks 21 on the upper and lower dental trays 20 by the prying pieces 220 on both sides of the operating rod 210, and the handle 200 can also be used for installing the oral appliance snore stopper 100, so as to realize the extension effect of the handle of the oral appliance snore stopper 100 and prevent the hand scalding during shaping of EVA soft rubber.
Specifically, in the process of installing the oral appliance snore stopper 100, the upper tray 10 is firstly put into the hand, then the guide blocks 22 on the lower tray 20 are put into the guide groove rails 12 of the upper tray 10, at this time, the lower tray 20 can be easily slid to adjust the front-rear distance, the target position is determined by observing the alignment condition of the arrow marks 24 on the lower tray 20 and the scale mark marks on the upper tray 10 on both sides, then the upper tray 20 and the lower tray 20 are forcibly pressed down, so that the upper tray and the lower tray are guided by the guide blocks 22 in advance, the final guide is completed by the engagement of the clamping teeth 23 of the upper tray and the lower tray 20 and the clamping grooves 13, and the up-down buckling action of the upper tray and the lower tray 20 is completed at the same time, so that the adjustment and the installation fixation of the front-rear position of the upper tray and the lower tray 20 are finally realized.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the guide groove rail 12, the clamping teeth 23 and the elastic clamping hooks 21 of the upper and lower dental brackets 20 are optimally designed, so that the front and back sliding adjustment of the upper and lower dental brackets is very convenient and smooth, the up and down pressing force is about 15N, the bending buckling of the elastic clamping hooks 21 can be realized, the strength is moderate, the connection strength is reliable, the normal use of the oral correction snore relieving device 100 can be met, and the adjustment in the whole use process is simple, convenient and very reliable.

one of the bottom matching part and the top matching part is provided with an elastic clamping hook which extends up and down, the other one of the bottom matching part and the top matching part is provided with a hook groove matched with the elastic clamping hook, and the elastic clamping hook is clamped into the hook groove in a squeezing deformation mode under the condition that the upper dental tray and the lower dental tray are installed in place up and down;
the elastic clamping hook comprises an elastic clamping hook, a hook groove and a lower clamping hook, wherein the hook groove is arranged in an E-shaped structure, the E-shaped structure comprises an upper hook groove and a lower hook groove, a partition plate is arranged between the upper hook groove and the lower hook groove, and one side of the elastic clamping hook, which faces the hook groove, is provided with a conical surface; the other of the bottom matching part and the top matching part is provided with strip-shaped protrusions distributed along the front-back direction, and the hook groove is a strip-shaped groove arranged on the side wall of the strip-shaped protrusion;
one of the bottom matching part and the top matching part is provided with guide blocks distributed along the front-back direction, the other one of the bottom matching part and the top matching part is provided with a guide groove rail matched with the guide blocks, the guide groove rail is a strip-shaped groove, and the upper dental tray and the lower dental tray relatively slide front and back under the guidance of the guide blocks and the guide groove rail;
one of the bottom fitting part and the top fitting part is provided with a plurality of clamping teeth, the other one of the bottom fitting part and the top fitting part is provided with a plurality of clamping tooth grooves matched with the plurality of clamping teeth, and the upper dental tray and the lower dental tray are fixed in a front-back manner through the plurality of clamping teeth and the plurality of clamping tooth grooves when the upper dental tray and the lower dental tray are installed in place;
the strip-shaped protrusions and the guide groove rails are respectively arranged on two sides of the plurality of tooth clamping grooves, and the elastic clamping hooks and the guide blocks are respectively arranged on two sides of the plurality of tooth clamping grooves;
the elastic clamping hook slides in the front-back direction in the upper hook groove, after the upper dental tray slides to a designated position relative to the lower dental tray, the conical surface of the elastic clamping hook pushes the partition plate between the upper hook groove and the lower hook groove in a manner of pressing the upper dental tray or the lower dental tray, and the elastic clamping hook is extruded into the lower hook groove from the upper hook groove;
when the elastic clamping hooks are positioned in the lower hook grooves, the upper dental tray and the lower dental tray achieve the purpose of front-back fixation through the cooperation of the clamping teeth and the clamping tooth grooves.

The oral appliance snore stopper of claim 1, wherein one of the side walls of the bottom mating portion and the top mating portion is provided with a scale, the other of the side walls of the bottom mating portion and the top mating portion is provided with an arrow mark, and a plurality of scales on the scale are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of latches.
3. The oral appliance snore stopper of claim 1, wherein one of the bottom mating portion and the top mating portion is provided with a cantilever plate, the plurality of latches being disposed on the cantilever plate.

The oral appliance snore stopper of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the upper tray and the lower tray are each provided with a U-shaped structure, both ends of the upper tray are each provided with the bottom mating portion, and both ends of the lower tray are each provided with the top mating portion.

A handle of an oral appliance snore stopper, characterized in that the handle is used for operating the oral appliance snore stopper according to any one of claims 1 to 4, a distal end of the handle is provided with a pry tab inserted into a gap between the upper dental tray and the lower dental tray, and a proximal end of the handle is provided with an operation tab extending in a radial direction.
