Abstract

After the outer sheath tube of the invention is stretched into the vagina, the inner sheath tube is pushed forwards, the expansion part gradually stretches out of the outer sheath tube and expands outwards along the radial direction of the inner sheath tube, and the vagina expands along the expansion part in the radial direction; the outer sheath tube is in close contact with the vagina, the outer sheath tube and the vagina have a sliding sealing effect, and the uterine distention liquid cannot overflow from the outer wall of the outer sheath tube; the sliding seal is carried out between the inner sheath tube and the outer sheath tube and between the inner sheath tube and the hysteroscope, and the uterine swelling liquid can not overflow from the space between the inner sheath tube and the outer sheath tube and the space between the inner sheath tube and the hysteroscope.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a vaginal dilator.
Background
Currently, a vaginal dilator comprises an upper tongue part and a lower tongue part which can be oppositely opened and closed, and the vagina is dilated through the opening of the upper tongue part and the lower tongue part.
In the uterus expanding state, the hysteroscope enters the uterine cavity for examination or treatment after passing through the vaginal dilator. When the dilation of the vaginal dilator is larger, the cervix is in a relaxed state, and the front and rear lips of the cervix are clamped to form a closed state so as to ensure the uterine expansion effect; the forceps clamps can cause obvious injury to the cervix uteri or cause poor uterine expansion effect due to repeated slippage; and, when hysteroscope inspects the inner wall of cervix uteri, the forceps holder can obviously influence the observation effect.
Particularly, when the hysteroscope is used for observing whether the congenital abnormal development of the vagina and the cervix of a patient exists, the uterus expanding liquid is required to be used for filling the vagina, and the conventional vaginal dilator cannot keep the vagina in a relatively sealed state, so that the observation effect is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the vagina and the uterine cavity cannot be kept in a relatively sealed state by the vaginal dilator in the prior art, so that the vaginal dilator with sealing performance is provided.

The vaginal dilator can seal the vagina and the uterine cavity, and prevent uterine bleeding liquid from overflowing the body to influence the examination or treatment effect.

5. According to the vaginal dilator, the handle and the holding groove are arranged, so that medical workers can operate the vaginal dilator conveniently, and the vaginal dilator is prevented from slipping.

As shown in figure 2, the expansion part is in an expansion state in the working state of the vaginal dilator. The near end of the expansion supporting part is attached to the outer wall of the inner sheath tube 3 in a surrounding mode, the far end of the expansion supporting part is a free end, and the far end of the expansion supporting part is arranged in parallel with the far end of the inner sheath tube 3. The expansion part consists of an elastic stay 5 and an elastic membrane 6, and the elastic stay 5 is a shape memory alloy wire; the elastic supporting strips 5 are distributed around the inner sheath tube 3, the near ends of the elastic supporting strips 5 are attached to the outer wall of the inner sheath tube 3, and the far ends of the elastic supporting strips 5 are free ends; the elastic stay 5 is in an arc-shaped structure in a free state. The elastic membrane 6 is annularly wrapped on one side of the elastic supporting strip 5, which is far away from the inner sheath tube 3, so that an elastic cylindrical structure is formed; when the expansion part expands the vagina, the elastic membrane 6 is expanded into a horn-shaped structure by the elastic stay 5, and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the vagina for supporting and expanding.
The working principle is as follows:
the handle 1 is held by hand, and after part of the outer sheath 2 is inserted into the vagina, the inner sheath 3 is pushed inwards;
the expansion part and the inner sheath 3 move synchronously, and the expansion part expands radially while extending out of the outer sheath 2 to expand the vagina;
after the vagina is expanded, the hysteroscope enters the vagina, the cervical canal and the uterine cavity through the inner sheath tube 3 for diagnosis or treatment;
taking out the hysteroscope after diagnosis or treatment is finished; the inner sheath tube 3 is pulled outwards, and the inner sheath tube 3 drives the expansion part to retract between the outer sheath tube 2 and the inner sheath tube 3; finally, the vaginal dilator is withdrawn from the human body.

4. The vaginal dilator according to claim 1, characterized in that a second sealing ring is annularly arranged on the inner wall of the inner sheath tube (3), and the inner sheath tube (3) is slidably sealed with the hysteroscope through the second sealing ring.
5. A vaginal dilator, according to claim 4, characterised in that said second sealing ring is arranged close to the distal end of said inner sheath (3).
6. A vaginal dilator according to claim 1, characterised in that said dilatant loop is applied against the outer wall of the inner sheath (3), the distal end of said dilatant loop being arranged flush with the distal end of the inner sheath (3).
7. The vaginal dilator of claim 1, wherein the dilator dilation portion comprises:
the elastic supporting strips (5) are distributed around the inner sheath tube (3), the proximal ends of the elastic supporting strips (5) are attached to the outer wall of the inner sheath tube (3), and the distal ends of the elastic supporting strips (5) have elastic force suitable for bending outwards away from the inner sheath tube (3);
