Abstract
An intelligent sterilization drinking water container comprises a container body for storing water, and is characterized by further comprising a temperature difference heating sheet, a sterilization module, a temperature measurement module, an electric power storage module and an electric control module, wherein the temperature difference heating sheet is arranged on one side of the container body; the sterilization module is arranged in the container body and can sterilize the water body in the container body after being electrified; the temperature measurement module can detect the water temperature in the container body and convert the water temperature into an electric signal. The invention also discloses a control method of the intelligent sterilizing drinking water container. Utilize thermoelectric generation's principle, with thermoelectric generation piece integrated inside the container body, not only do not need external power source to charge or take power cord work, do not have exposed interfaces such as plug-in hole moreover. Safe, reliable, energy-saving and environment-friendly.

Technical Field

Background
In life, products such as a hot water cup and a hot water kettle are frequently needed. During use, we sometimes used hot water to be stored and left for a long period of time. Sometimes, the tea is taken with hot water, kept stand for a period of time under the condition of opening, and drunk after the hot water is cooled to a certain temperature. During this storage and placement, bacteria can easily grow. Especially, when other substances are added to water, such as tea, some bacteria are carried in.
Some water cups and kettles with sterilization functions are also available in the market, and the products generally need to be connected with a power supply or have a charging function. The relevant documents refer to the Chinese utility model patent "household electric kettle for ultraviolet light catalyzed water purification" (publication No. CN201452853U) with patent No. 200920078364.6; reference may also be made to "ultraviolet sterilizing drinking cup" with patent number 200920275898.8 (publication number CN 201577956U). Because an external power supply is needed, the following defects exist: on one hand, a product socket containing the socket has a water inlet risk, on the other hand, an electrified product has certain potential safety hazard, and particularly, products such as a hot water cup are often required to be taken for drinking.

The temperature difference heating sheet is arranged on one side of the container body;

In consideration of the compactness of the whole structure, the bottom of the container body is provided with an installation cavity independent of the inner cavity of the container body, the temperature difference heating piece is arranged in the installation cavity and clings to the bottom plate of the container body, the power storage module and the electric control module are arranged in the installation cavity, and the sterilization module and the temperature measurement module are arranged on the bottom plate of the container body.
Furthermore, the bottom of the container body is provided with a base, and the mounting cavity is formed between the base and the bottom plate of the container body.

presetting sterilization temperature and sterilization duration in an electric control module;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: after hot water is injected into the cavity, the temperature difference between the two sides of the thermoelectric generation piece is large, the thermoelectric generation piece converts the temperature difference into electric energy, the converted electric energy is stored in the electric storage module, and the electric storage module supplies power to the electric control board to be used for the sterilization module and the temperature measurement module to work. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the intelligent sterilizing drinking water container in this embodiment includes a container body 1 for storing water, a thermoelectric heating sheet 4, a sterilizing module 6, a temperature measuring module 2, an electric power storage module 5 and an electric control module 3. The container body 1 is provided with an end cover 11 at the end.
The temperature difference heating sheet 4 is arranged on one side of the container body 1; the sterilization module 6 is arranged in the container body and can sterilize the water body in the container body 1 after being electrified; the temperature measuring module 2 can detect the temperature of the water body in the container body 1 and convert the temperature into an electric signal; the electric storage module 5 is electrically connected with the temperature difference heating sheet 4 and can store electric energy generated by the temperature difference heating sheet 4; the electric control module 3 is electrically connected with the sterilization module 6, the temperature measurement module 2 and the power storage module 5.
The bottom of the container body 1 is provided with a base 12, and a mounting cavity 14 is formed between the base 12 and a bottom plate 13 of the container body 1. The thermoelectric heating piece 4 is arranged in the installation cavity 14 and clings to the bottom plate 13 of the container body 1, the electric power storage module 5 and the electric control module 3 are arranged in the installation cavity 14, and the sterilization module 6 and the temperature measurement module 2 are arranged on the bottom plate 13 of the container body 1.
The control method of the intelligent sterilizing drinking water container comprises the following steps:
presetting sterilization temperature and sterilization duration in an electric control module 3;
secondly, after the water temperature in the container body 1 reaches the set temperature, the electronic control module 3 outputs instructions, and the sterilization module 6 works to perform sterilization. The sterilization temperatures in this embodiment are two t1 and t2, t1 is greater than t2, and the corresponding sterilization durations are s1 and s 2.

the temperature measuring module (2) can detect the temperature of the water body in the container body (1) and convert the temperature into an electric signal;
the electric storage module (5) is electrically connected with the temperature difference heating sheet (4) and can store the electric energy generated by the temperature difference heating sheet (4); and
and the electric control module (3) is electrically connected with the sterilization module (6), the temperature measurement module (2) and the electric storage module (5).

The intelligent sterilization drinking container according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the container body (1) is provided with an installation cavity (14) independent of the inner cavity of the container body (1), the thermoelectric heating sheet (4) is arranged in the installation cavity (14) and clings to a bottom plate (13) of the container body (1), the power storage module (5) and the electric control module (3) are arranged in the installation cavity (14), and the sterilization module (6) and the temperature measurement module (2) are arranged on the bottom plate (13) of the container body (1).
3. The intelligent sterilizing drinking vessel as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom of the vessel body (1) is provided with a base (12), and the base (12) and the bottom plate (13) of the vessel body (1) form the installation cavity (14).
4. A method of controlling an intelligent drinking vessel with sterilisation as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised by the steps of:
presetting sterilization temperature and sterilization duration in an electric control module (3);
secondly, after the water temperature in the container body (1) reaches a set temperature, the electronic control module (3) outputs an instruction, and the sterilization module (6) works to sterilize.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the number of the sterilization temperatures is two, and the sterilization duration is set for each sterilization temperature.
