Description

Information communication system, receiver, terminal device, display control method, and non-volatile storage medium
The present application claims priority to the filing of japanese patent application having the title "information communication system, receiver, terminal device, display control method, and display control program" by japanese patent office, application No. 2020-.
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present application relate to an information communication system, a receiver, a terminal device, a display control method, and a non-volatile storage medium.
Background
In recent years, a recommendation information notification service has been used which notifies recommendation information such as goods and services to a terminal device such as a smartphone or a tablet computer which is in contact with a receiver, in accordance with the state of the receiver such as a television receiver or a video recorder.
In the recommendation information notification service, the receiver transmits the state of the receiver to the management server via the internet, and the recommendation information corresponding to the state of the receiver is transmitted from the management server to the terminal device via the internet. Therefore, there is a time lag (time lag) until the terminal device receives the recommendation information corresponding to the state of the receiver.
However, the user frequently changes the state of the receiver due to an operation such as changing the channel of the television being watched or stopping the playback of the recorded program being played and watching the television program in real time.
Therefore, when the terminal device receives the recommendation information corresponding to the state of the receiver, the state of the receiver may have been changed by the user. That is, in the conventional recommendation information notification service, when the state of the receiver is frequently changed, there is a possibility that recommendation information of a product or the like which is not related to the current state of the receiver at all is transmitted and displayed on the terminal device.

The memory 24 stores programs or computer instructions for performing various controls of the terminal device 20, and the control unit 21 executes the programs or computer instructions stored in the memory 24 to control the entire terminal device 20.
Further, the memory 24 stores a display control program 24a as an application program for performing display control of the recommendation information. When the user operates the touch panel 23 to instruct the input of the execution of the display control program 24a, the control unit 21 executes the display control program 24a to control the display of the recommendation information according to the present embodiment.
The network I/F25 is connected to the internet 30 and the LAN31, and the controller 21 is connected to the internet 30 and the LAN31 via the network I/F25.
The receiver 10 transmits the state information (first state information) indicating its current state to the viewing history management server 41 of the management server 40 via the internet 30 at predetermined intervals.
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the state information transmitted from the receiver to the viewing history management server.
The status information is information indicating the status of the receiver 10, and is to transmit the viewing log 51 to the management server 40 when the television program is being viewed in real time in the receiver 10, to transmit the recording log 52 to the management server 40 when the television program is being recorded in the receiver 10, and to transmit the playback log 53 to the management server 40 when the recorded program is being played back in the receiver 10.
The viewing log 51 includes information of the ID, broadcast start time, broadcast end time, and channel of the program being viewed in real time. The ID may be a program name of a program being viewed in real time.
The recording log 52 includes information on the ID, recording start time, recording end time, and channel of the program being recorded. The ID may be a program name of a program being recorded.
The play log 53 includes information on the ID, play start time, and play point (point) of the program being played. The ID may be a program name of a program being played. The playback point indicates the time from the beginning of the recorded program, i.e., the position at which the recorded program is being played back.
The viewing history management server 41 stores a plurality of pieces of content information for each program. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of content information. The content information 61 shown in fig. 5 is content information corresponding to a program of ID 1. For example, the content information 61 includes the vehicle-related information 62 at times t1 to t2, the cosmetic-related information 63 at times t3 to t4, and the food-related information 64 at times t5 to t 6.
When the viewing log 51 indicating that, for example, a program of the ID1 is being viewed in real time is transmitted to the viewing history management server 41, the viewing history management server 41 extracts the related information from the content information 61 that matches the state information of the receiver 10, and transmits the related information corresponding to the state information of the receiver 10 to the product sales management server 42. For example, when the time point when the state information is received is the time point T1, the viewing history management server 41 extracts the related information 62 related to the cosmetic and transmits the information to the product sales management server 42. At this time, the viewing history management server 41 adds the state information of the receiver 10 to the related information and transmits the information to the product sales management server 42.
The commodity sales management server 42 extracts recommendation information based on the association information corresponding to the state of the receiver 10. For example, when the product sales management server 42 receives the related information 62 related to cosmetics from the viewing history management server 41, it extracts recommendation information related to cosmetics. The product sales management server 42 transmits the extracted recommendation information to the terminal device 20 via the internet 30. When transmitting the recommendation information to the terminal device 20, the product sales management server 42 adds the state information of the receiver 10 and transmits the information. The recommendation information is product information related to a product introduced in the program being watched, service information related to a place visited in the travel program, or the like.
In this way, the management server 40 generates recommendation information associated with the state information of the receiver 10 based on the state information (first state information) of the receiver 10. More specifically, the viewing history management server 41 constituting the first server extracts the associated information corresponding to the state information based on the state information of the receiver 10. The product sales management server 42 constituting the second server extracts recommendation information corresponding to the related information based on the related information and the state information of the receiver 10, and generates state recommendation information in which the state information of the receiver 10 is associated with the recommendation information.
When receiving the status recommendation information including at least one of the recommendation information and the status information of the receiver 10 from the product sales management server 42, the control unit 21 of the terminal device 20 inquires of the receiver 10 of the current status via the LAN 31. The receiver 10 replies to the current status information via the LAN31 upon receiving an inquiry for the current status from the terminal device 20. The control unit 21 compares the status information transmitted from the management server 40 with the current status information transmitted from the receiver 10, and displays the recommendation information on the display unit 22 when the status information matches. On the other hand, when the state information does not match, the control unit 21 does not display the recommendation information on the display unit 22. The state information transmitted from the management server 40 does not necessarily have to completely match the current state information transmitted from the receiver 10, and at least a part of the state information may match.
In this way, the terminal device 20 acquires the state information (first state information) of the receiver 10 and the recommendation information associated with the state information of the receiver 10, and further acquires the state information (second state information) indicating the state of the receiver 10 at a time corresponding to the acquisition of at least one of the state information and the recommendation information of the receiver 10. The terminal device 20 compares the first state information with the second state information, and executes the display processing of the recommendation information when at least a part of the first state information and the second state information match each other. Here, from the viewpoint of the terminal device 20, the first state information is state information indicating a past state of the receiver 10, and the second state information is state information indicating a current state of the receiver 10. The terminal device 20 executes the display processing of the recommendation information when the state information indicating the past state of the receiver 10 and at least a part of the state information indicating the current state of the receiver 10 match.
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the receiver 10 transmits its own status information to the management server 40, the management server 40 transmits recommendation information corresponding to the status information of the receiver 10 to the terminal device 20 associated with the receiver 10. At this time, the management server 40 adds the state information of the receiver 10 to the recommendation information and transmits the recommendation information to the terminal device 20. Upon receiving the recommendation information and the state information of the receiver 10, the terminal device 20 inquires about the current state of the receiver 10, and displays the recommendation information on the display unit 22 only when the state information of the receiver 10 from the management server 40 matches the current state information of the receiver 10.
Next, the operation of the information communication system will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 9. Fig. 6 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the receiver according to the first embodiment.
The control unit 12 transmits the state information of the receiver 10 to the viewing history management server 41 of the management server 40 (S1). The status information is information indicating the current status of the receiver 10, and is a viewing log, a recording log, or a playback log shown in fig. 4. The viewing log 51 is transmitted to the viewing history management server 41 when the program is being viewed in real time, the recording log 52 is transmitted to the viewing history management server 41 when the program is being recorded, and the playback log 53 is transmitted to the viewing history management server 41 when the recorded program is being played back.
Next, the control unit 12 determines whether or not there is an inquiry from the terminal device 20 about the state of the receiver 10 (S2). If it is determined that there is no inquiry from the terminal device 20 about the state of the receiver 10 (no at S2), the control unit 12 returns to the process at S2 and repeats the same process. On the other hand, if it is determined that there is an inquiry from the terminal device 20 about the state of the receiver 10 (yes at S2), the control unit 12 transmits the current state information of the receiver 10 to the terminal device 20 (S3), and ends the process.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the viewing history management server according to the first embodiment.
The viewing history management server 41 receives the status information of the receiver 10 (S11). The viewing history management server 41 determines whether or not there is associated information associated with the transmitted status information (S12). When the viewing history management server 41 determines that the related information associated with the state information does not exist (no in S12), it ends the process. On the other hand, when the viewing history management server 41 determines that the related information associated with the state information exists (yes at S12), it transmits the related information and the state information of the receiver 10 to the product sales management server 42 (S13), and the process ends.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the product sales management server according to the first embodiment.
The product sales management server 42 receives the related information and the status information of the receiver 10 (S21). The commodity sales management server 42 extracts recommendation information corresponding to the related information (S22). The product sales management server 42 adds the state information of the receiver 10 to the recommendation information and transmits the information to the terminal device 20 (S23), and the process ends.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the terminal device according to the first embodiment.
The control unit 21 receives the recommendation information and the status information of the receiver 10 from the commodity sales management server 42 (S31). When receiving the recommendation information and the state information of the receiver 10 from the product sales management server 42, the control unit 21 inquires of the receiver 10 about the current state (S32). When receiving the current status inquiry from the terminal device 20, the receiver 10 transmits the current status information to the terminal device 20. The control section 12 receives the current state information from the receiver 10 (S33).
The control unit 21 determines whether or not the status information from the product sales management server 42 matches the current status information from the receiver 10 (S34). If it is determined that the status information from the product sales management server 42 matches the current status information from the receiver 10 (yes at S34), the control unit 21 displays the recommendation information on the display unit 22(S35), and ends the process.
On the other hand, if the control unit 21 determines that the status information from the product sales management server 42 does not match the current status information from the receiver 10 (no at S34), the process ends.
Fig. 10 is a diagram for explaining an example of screen display displayed on the display unit of the terminal device, and fig. 11 is a diagram for explaining another example of screen display displayed on the display unit of the terminal device.
As shown in fig. 10, when the control unit 21 of the terminal device 20 determines in the process of S34 that the status information from the product sales management server 42 matches the current status information from the receiver 10, it displays the recommendation information 27A on the display unit 22. The recommendation information 27A contains a URL28A indicating the home page of the store associated with the recommendation information.
As shown in fig. 11, the control unit 21 may display the recommendation information 27B, 27C, 27D, and … displayed in the past on the display unit 22 in addition to the recommendation information 27A. For example, the recommendation information 27B, 27C, 27D, … displayed in the past are displayed in descending order on the lower side of the recommendation information 27A. The user can cause the display unit 22 to display the recommendation information displayed before the recommendation information 27D by performing a slide operation on the touch panel 23.
As described above, when the status information from the product sales management server 42 matches the current status information from the receiver 10, the control unit 21 displays the recommendation information from the product sales management server 42 on the display unit 22. On the other hand, when the state information from the product sales management server 42 does not match the current state information from the receiver 10, the control unit 21 determines that the state of the receiver 10 has been changed by the user during a period from when the receiver 10 transmits the state information to the viewing history management server 41 until the terminal device 20 receives the recommendation information, and does not display the recommendation information on the display unit 22. As a result, when the terminal device 20 receives the recommendation information from the product sales management server 42 and the current state of the receiver 10 is changed from the state at the time of extracting the recommendation information, the recommendation information having no relation to the current state is not displayed on the display unit 22.
Thus, according to the information communication system of the present embodiment, appropriate recommendation information that matches the state of the receiver can be displayed.
In other embodiments, when the state of the receiver 10 is changed by the user, a prompt may be provided to the user whether to display the recommendation information, and if the user determines to display the recommendation information, the recommendation information may be displayed on the display 22; if the user determines not to display the recommendation information, the recommendation information is not displayed on the display section 22. In another embodiment, whether or not to display the recommendation information on the display unit may be determined by the configuration option.
Second embodiment
Next, a second embodiment will be explained.
The overall configuration of the information communication system 1 according to the first embodiment is the same as that according to the first embodiment. Hereinafter, display control different from the first embodiment will be described.
The viewing history management server 41 transmits the attribute information of the user to the product sales management server 42 in addition to the related information corresponding to the state of the receiver 10. The attribute information of the user is viewer information including sex, age, and the like of the user, Genre information of programs frequently viewed by the user, artist information of programs frequently viewed by the user, and Demographic data (Demographic data).
The product sales management server 42 extracts recommendation information corresponding to the related information and other recommendation information corresponding to the attribute information of the user. The product sales management server 42 transmits, to the terminal device 20, the state recommendation information obtained by adding the state information of the receiver 10 to the recommendation information corresponding to the related information and the other recommendation information corresponding to the attribute information of the user.
In this way, the management server 40 extracts other recommendation information corresponding to the attribute information of the user, and generates state recommendation information in which the other recommendation information is associated with the state information and recommendation information of the receiver 10.
When receiving the state recommendation information including the related information, the state information of the receiver 10, and other recommendation information, the terminal device 20 inquires the receiver 10 of the current state to acquire the current state information from the receiver 10, as in the first embodiment. The terminal device 20 compares the current state information of the receiver 10 with the state information of the receiver 10 from the product sales management server 42, and displays recommendation information on the display unit 22 when it is determined that the current state information of the receiver 10 matches the state information of the receiver 10.
On the other hand, when the current state information of the receiver 10 is compared with the state information of the receiver 10 from the product sales management server 42 and it is determined that at least a part of the information does not match, the terminal device 20 determines whether or not there is any other recommendation information matching the current state information of the receiver 10.
The terminal device 20 displays other recommended information on the display 22 when it is determined that there is other recommended information matching the current state information of the receiver 10, and does not display other recommended information on the display 22 when it is determined that there is no other recommended information matching the current state information of the receiver 10.
In this way, the terminal device 20 determines whether or not there is any other piece of recommendation information corresponding to the second state information when at least a part of the state information (first state information) of the receiver 10 and the state information (second state information) indicating the state of the receiver 10 at the time corresponding to the acquisition of at least one of the state information and the recommendation information of the receiver 10 do not match each other, and executes the display processing of the other piece of recommendation information when there is any other piece of recommendation information corresponding to the second state information.
Fig. 12 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the viewing history management server according to the second embodiment. In fig. 12, the same processing as in fig. 7 is denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
When the viewing history management server 41 receives the state information of the receiver 10 in the process of S11, it is determined whether or not the related information associated with the transmitted state information exists in the process of S12. When the viewing history management server 41 determines that the related information is not present in the processing of S12, the processing is terminated. On the other hand, if it is determined in the process of S12 that the related information is present, the viewing history management server 41 transmits the related information, the state information of the receiver 10, and the attribute information of the user to the product sales management server 42 (S14), and ends the process.
Fig. 13 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the product sales management server according to the second embodiment.
The commodity sales management server 42 receives the related information, the state information of the receiver 10, and the attribute information of the user (S23). The product sales management server 42 extracts recommendation information corresponding to the related information and other recommendation information corresponding to the attribute information (S24). The product sales management server 42 adds the state information of the receiver 10 to the recommendation information corresponding to the related information and the other recommendation information corresponding to the attribute information, and transmits the information to the terminal device 20 (S25), and the process ends.
Fig. 14 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the terminal device according to the second embodiment. In fig. 14, the same processing as in fig. 9 is denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
The control unit 21 receives the recommendation information, other recommendation information, and the status information of the receiver 10 from the commodity sales management server 42 (S36). Upon receiving the recommendation information, the state information of the receiver 10, and other recommendation information from the product sales management server 42, the control unit 21 inquires of the receiver 10 about the current state in the process of S32, and receives the current state information from the receiver 10 in the process of S33.
In the process of S34, the control unit 21 determines whether or not the status information from the product sales management server 42 matches the current status information from the receiver 10. If it is determined in the process of S34 that the status information from the product sales management server 42 matches the current status information from the receiver 10, the control unit 21 displays the recommendation information on the display unit 22 in the process of S35, and ends the process.
On the other hand, if it is determined in the process of S34 that the status information from the product sales management server 42 does not match the current status information from the receiver 10, the control unit 21 determines whether or not there is any other recommended information matching the current status information among the other recommended information (S37). When it is determined that there is another piece of recommendation information matching the current state information among the other pieces of recommendation information (yes at S37), the control unit 21 displays, on the display unit 22, another piece of recommendation information matching the current state information among the other pieces of recommendation information (S38), and ends the process. On the other hand, if it is determined that there is no other recommended information matching the current state information among the other recommended information (no in S37), the control unit 21 ends the process.
Through the above-described processing, according to the information communication system 1 of the present embodiment, even when the state of the receiver 10 is changed by the user without displaying the recommendation information on the display unit 22 of the terminal device 20 after the state information is transmitted from the receiver 10 to the viewing history management server 41, it is possible to display other recommendation information corresponding to the current state of the receiver 10.
Third embodiment
Next, a third embodiment will be explained.
Fig. 15 is a configuration diagram showing a schematic configuration of an information communication system according to the third embodiment. In fig. 15, the same components as those in fig. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
The information communication system 1 of the third embodiment uses the management server 40A instead of the management server 40 of the first embodiment. The management server 40A eliminates the viewing history management server 41 as compared with the management server 40 of the first embodiment. That is, the receiver 10 according to the third embodiment is configured not to transmit the state information to the management server 40A.
In the present embodiment, when the display control program 24a is executed in the terminal device 20, the display control program 24a is notified to the product sales management server 42 of the management server 40A via the internet 30. When notified that the display control program 24a is executed, the product sales management server 42 generates the predicted state information shown in fig. 16 and the table information shown in fig. 17 and transmits the generated information to the terminal device 20.
Fig. 16 is a diagram showing an example of the prediction state information, and fig. 17 is a diagram showing an example of the table information.
In the prediction state information 71, the channel of the receiver 10 is associated with time. The predicted state information 71 is associated with the channel of the receiver 10 and the time, but is not limited to this, and the specific recorded program may be associated with the time from the beginning of the specific recorded program. In the table information 72, the predicted state of the predicted state information 71 is associated with the recommendation information corresponding to the predicted state.
Upon receiving the predicted state information 71 and the table information 72 from the product sales management server 42, the terminal device 20 inquires of the receiver 10 about the current state. The terminal device 20 determines whether or not the current state information of the receiver 10 matches the predicted state of the predicted state information 71. When it is determined that at least a part of the current state information and the predicted state information of the receiver 10 match each other, the terminal device 20 acquires recommendation information corresponding to the predicted state from the table information 72 and displays the recommendation information on the display unit 22.
In this way, the terminal device 20 acquires the predicted state information 71 and the table information 72, and acquires the state information indicating the state of the receiver 10 at the timing corresponding to the acquisition of the predicted state information 71 and the table information 72. Then, the terminal device 20 compares the predicted state information 71 with the state information, and when at least a part of the predicted state information 71 and the state information match each other, acquires the recommendation information corresponding to the predicted state from the table information 72 and executes the display processing of the recommendation information.
For example, when the user watches the program of the channel CH1 during the period from 7 o 'clock 30 to 8 o' clock using the receiver 10, the terminal device 20 determines that the current state information of the receiver 10 matches the predicted state a. When determining that the current state information of the receiver 10 matches the predicted state a, the terminal device 20 acquires the recommendation information a corresponding to the predicted state a from the table information 72 and displays the recommendation information a on the display unit 22.
Fig. 18 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the product sales management server according to the third embodiment.
The product sales management server 42 transmits the predicted state information 71 and the table information 72 to the terminal device 20 (S25), and the process ends.
Fig. 19 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the terminal device according to the third embodiment.
The control unit 21 receives the prediction state information 71 and the table information 72 from the commodity sales management server 42 (S41). Upon receiving the predicted state information and the table information from the commodity sales management server 42, the control unit 21 inquires of the receiver 10 about the current state (S42), and receives the current state information from the receiver 10 (S43).
The control unit 21 determines whether or not the current state information of the receiver 10 matches the predicted state of the predicted state information 71 (S44). If it is determined that the current state information of the receiver 10 does not match the predicted state of the predicted state information 71 (no in S44), the control unit 21 ends the process. That is, when the current state information of the receiver 10 does not match the predicted state of the predicted state information 71, the control unit 21 ends the process without displaying anything on the display unit 22.
On the other hand, when determining that the current state information of the receiver 10 matches the predicted state of the predicted state information 71 (yes at S44), the control unit 21 acquires recommendation information corresponding to the predicted state from the table information 72, displays the recommendation information on the display unit 22(S45), and ends the processing.
Through the above processing, the information communication system 1 according to the present embodiment can display recommendation information corresponding to the current state of the receiver 10 with high accuracy without transmitting the state information from the receiver 10 to the management server 40.
The terminal device 20 may periodically inquire of the receiver 10 about the current state after executing the processing shown in fig. 19, and may display the recommendation information on the display unit 22 when the current state of the receiver 10 matches the predicted state.
For example, when the terminal device 20 periodically inquires of the receiver 10 about the current state and determines that the user views the program of the channel CH4 during the period from 9: 30 to 10: 30 using the receiver 10, the recommendation information D corresponding to the predicted state D is acquired from the table information 72 and displayed on the display unit 22.
The present state may be periodically transmitted from the receiver 10 to the terminal device 20, without being limited to the case where the terminal device 20 periodically inquires the receiver 10 of the present state.
Fourth embodiment
Next, a fourth embodiment will be explained.
The overall configuration of the information communication system 1 according to the fourth embodiment is the same as that of the information communication system according to the first embodiment. However, in the present embodiment, the receiver 10 is configured not to transmit the status information to the management server 40.
In the present embodiment, when the terminal device 20 inquires the receiver 10 about the state and receives a reply of the state information from the receiver 10, the state information of the receiver 10 is transmitted to the viewing history management server 41 of the management server 40. Thereafter, as in the first embodiment, the management server 40 generates recommendation information associated with the state information of the receiver 10 based on the state information (first state information) of the receiver 10. The recommendation information and the status information of the receiver 10 are transmitted from the product sales management server 42 of the management server 40 to the terminal device 20. The operation of the terminal device 20 after receiving the recommendation information and the status information of the receiver 10 from the product sales management server 42 is the same as that of the first embodiment.
Fig. 20 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the terminal device according to the fourth embodiment. In fig. 20, the same processing as in fig. 9 is denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
The control unit 21 inquires of the receiver 10 about the status (S51). The receiver 10 responds to the inquiry from the control unit 21 with the status information. The control part 21 receives the state information from the receiver 10 (S52) and transmits the state information to the management server 40 (S53). The subsequent processes (S31 to S35) are the same as those in the first embodiment.
That is, when the status information of the receiver 10 is transmitted from the terminal device 20 to the management server 40, the processes described in fig. 7 and 8 of the first embodiment are executed, and the recommendation information and the status information of the receiver 10 are transmitted from the commodity sales management server 42 to the terminal device 20.
When the recommendation information and the state information of the receiver 10 are received in the process of S31, the control unit 21 inquires the current state of the receiver 10 in the process of S32, and receives the current state information from the receiver 10 in the process of S33. Then, in the process of S34, the control unit 21 determines whether or not the status information from the product sales management server 42 matches the current status information from the receiver 10. If it is determined in the process of S34 that the status information from the product sales management server 42 matches the current status information from the receiver 10, the control unit 21 displays the recommendation information on the display unit 22 in the process of S35, and ends the process.
With the configuration in which the terminal device 20 inquires about the state of the receiver 10 and transmits the state information of the receiver 10 to the management server 40, the state information of the receiver 10 can be transmitted to the management server 40 even if the receiver 10 cannot be connected to the internet 30.
