When water flow enters the waterproof structure 100 from the water outlet 111, the water flow meets the rib position baffle plate 115 arranged in a labyrinth shape, the water pressure is smaller and smaller, and when the gravity of the water is larger than or equal to the pressure of the water, the water cannot continuously enter the waterproof structure, so that the water inlet short circuit of an internal electrified body is avoided. Referring to fig. 1 and 12 to 15, one side of the cover 150 is connected to the third housing 140, and the other side is connected to the base 110. The shape of the side of the cover 150 connected to the third housing 140 is the same as the shape of the third housing 140, the cover 150 is connected to the third housing 140 through a second seam allowance 180, and the second seam allowance 180 includes a groove disposed on the cover 150 and a boss disposed on the third housing 140 and matching with the groove. The cover 150 and the base 110 are connected by positioning posts, for example, a fourth positioning post 116 is disposed on the base 110, a fifth positioning post 153 matched with the fourth positioning post 116 is disposed at a position of the cover 150 corresponding to the fourth positioning post 116, and during installation, the fifth positioning post 153 is inserted into a positioning slot of the fourth positioning post 116 and then fixed by bolts. Because the base 110 is provided with a plurality of rib position baffles 115 arranged in a labyrinth shape, and the cover 150 is also provided with a baffle 154 matched with the rib position baffles at the position corresponding to the rib position baffles, the sealing effect is better.
Referring to fig. 16, in other embodiments, a seam may not be provided between the cover 150 and the third housing 140, and the seam may be directly and tightly attached to the third housing 140, because the curved surface has a complicated shape, and sometimes the seam is difficult to form a seam structure, and the absence of the seam may reduce the difficulty of forming and reduce the cost. The waterproof structure provided by the invention is simple to process, can be opened, is convenient to assemble, can be applied to the protection of any charged body meeting the structural characteristics of the waterproof structure, such as a PCB (printed Circuit Board), a switch, a terminal interface, an electric wire, a battery pack, a lamp bead and the like, can meet the severe rain test, reliably protects the charged body, and reduces the risk of short circuit of the charged body due to water.
Referring to fig. 17, the present invention further provides an electric tool including the waterproof structure, for example, a grass mower, which includes a housing 200, a push rod 300 connected to the housing 200, a walking roller 400 installed at the bottom of the housing 200, and a driving assembly, a transmission assembly and a cutting assembly (not shown) installed inside the housing 200, and the grass mower further includes a waterproof structure 100 disposed on the housing, wherein the waterproof structure is the waterproof structure 100 of the present invention. In summary, the second housing is added on the base, and the charged body is installed in the cavity formed by the second housing and the third housing, so that the charged body is sealed in the sealed cavity, the second housing and the third housing are connected through the seam allowance, the seam allowance is shielded by the first housing, water flow cannot directly impact the seam allowance structure, and in addition, water flow squeezed into the inner part from the gap suddenly increases due to the space, so that the water pressure is greatly reduced, the water flow with small low pressure cannot impact the seam allowance structures of the second housing and the third housing to enter the charged body, and finally flows along the surface of the second housing under the action of gravity and tension and is discharged from the water outlet, thereby reducing the risk of short circuit of the charged body. The electric tool comprises the waterproof structure, can be subjected to a more severe rain test, and increases the safety and reliability of the electric tool. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes some practical problems in the prior art, thereby having high utilization value and use significance.

Claims (15)

1. A waterproof structure characterized by comprising:
a first housing having a first opening formed therein;
a second housing mounted to the interior of the first housing and having a second opening therein;
the third shell is arranged on the first shell or/and the second shell and is butted with the first opening and the second opening respectively;
the charged body is arranged in a cavity defined by the second shell and the third shell;
wherein the third housing interfaces with the first opening to enclose the second housing inside the first housing; the second opening and the first opening face the same direction, the second opening is recessed into the first opening, and a first spigot is arranged at the butt joint position of the third shell and the second opening; the second shell and the third shell are connected through the first spigot, and partial water flow can be prevented from entering the chamber and contacting the charged body.
2. The waterproof structure according to claim 1, wherein the first case includes a base and a cover, the cover being mounted on the base, and the second case being mounted in a cavity between the cover and the base.
3. The waterproof structure according to claim 1, wherein the electrically charged body is a lamp bead mounted on a circuit board, and a mounting bracket for the circuit board is provided in the second housing.
4. The waterproof structure according to claim 1, characterized in that said waterproof structure further comprises a second housing inner cover mounted between said second housing and said third housing.

The waterproof structure according to claim 4, wherein the second housing has a plurality of first positioning posts, the second housing has a second positioning post corresponding to the first positioning post, and the third housing has a third positioning post corresponding to the second positioning post.
6. The waterproof structure according to claim 2, wherein a side of the base facing away from the second housing is provided with a drain opening.

The waterproof structure according to claim 6, wherein a second housing support rib is provided at a position of the base corresponding to the second housing, and a height of the second housing support rib is gradually reduced from an end away from the drain opening to an end toward the drain opening.
8. The waterproof structure according to claim 7, wherein a second housing baffle is provided at an end of the second housing support rib facing the drain opening, and a mating surface conforming to the shape of the second housing is provided on the second housing baffle.
9. The waterproof structure of claim 8, wherein a first slot is disposed between the second housing baffle and the second housing support rib, and a first boss is disposed on the second housing corresponding to the first slot.
10. The waterproof structure according to claim 2, wherein a second housing fixing plate is disposed on a side of the cover connected to the third housing, a second slot is disposed on the second housing fixing plate, and a second boss is disposed on the second housing corresponding to the second slot and engaged with the second slot.
11. The waterproof structure according to claim 2, wherein the cover body and the third housing are connected by a second seam allowance.
12. The waterproof structure of claim 11 wherein said second seam allowance is perpendicular to said first seam allowance.
13. 14. The power tool of claim 13, wherein the electrically charged body is an electrically charged bead.
15. The power tool of claim 13, wherein the third housing is made of a transparent material.
