Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the actuator reset device provided by the invention comprises an actuator 4, a rotating plate 6, a rotating plate reset torsion spring 5, a push rod 7 and a push rod reset spring 8. The actuating element 4 is fixed in the shell 1 and used for receiving the tripping command and sending out the actuating action, and normally the actuating element cannot be automatically reset after receiving the tripping command. A rotating plate 6 is provided in the housing 1 and rotates around an axis. The rotating plate 6 pushes the actuator 4 to move when rotating, so that the reset of the actuator is realized. A rotating plate return torsion spring 5 is connected to (in contact with) the rotating plate 6 for returning the rotating plate 6, and keeps the rotating plate 6 away from the actuator 4 when the actuator 4 is not tripped. A push rod 7 is arranged in the housing 1 and is slidable. When the actuating element 4 receives a tripping instruction to drive the breaker to break, a main shaft of the breaker rotates to drive a push rod 7 of the actuating mechanism, the push rod 7 slides in the shell 1 and is lapped with the rotating plate 6 to push the rotating plate 6 so as to drive a driving ejector rod of the actuating element 4 to move to finish reset after the actuating element 4 is tripped.
Referring to fig. 7, the actuating element 4 has a housing 41 and is provided with a driving ejector rod 42, the exposed part of the driving ejector rod 42 is stepped and divided into an ejector rod surface 422 with a smaller diameter and a boss surface 421 with a larger diameter, the smaller ejector rod surface 422 penetrates through the rotating plate 6, the thicker boss surface 421 is lapped on the rotating plate 6 after the actuating element is tripped and keeps to be in linkage with the rotating plate 6, and when the rotating plate 6 rotates, the boss surface 421 is pushed so as to push the driving ejector rod 42 of the actuating element 4 to complete the resetting of the actuating element 4. The rotating plate resetting device adopts a torsion spring 6. The push rod resetting device adopts a spring 8.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the rotating plate 6 is located between the unit 4 and the push rod 7. The upper side of the rotating plate 6 is provided with a face 61 and a face 63, the middle is provided with two circumferential faces 62, and the lower side is provided with a boss provided with a working face 64. Wherein two circumferential surfaces 62 are provided on the protruding center mounting surface 12, respectively, so that the rotation plate 6 can be rotated. Wherein the surface 63 will overlap the upper surface 421 of the actuator drive ram 42. A gap is formed between the faces 63 for the ejector pin 4 to penetrate. One end of the rotating plate reset torsion spring 5 is connected with a hook part provided with a fixed rotating plate reset torsion spring 5 on the surface 61, and the other end is lapped on the limiting surface 13 of the shell 1.
Referring to fig. 5, the push rod 7 adopts a horizontal S-shaped structure. There are provided vertical surfaces 71, 72, 75 and a slide arm provided with an upper horizontal surface 73 and a lower horizontal surface 74. When the push rod 7 slides, the vertical surface 71 will overlap with the working surface 64 on the rotating plate 6, so as to push the rotating plate 6 to rotate, and when the rotating plate 6 rotates, the upper surface 63 will overlap with the upper surface 421 of the driving ejector rod 42 in the actuator 4, and meanwhile, the driving ejector rod 42 of the actuator 4 is driven to slide towards the actuator until the driving ejector rod resets. The vertical face 75 cooperates with the circuit interrupting operating mechanism.
The rotating plate 6 is rotatably arranged in the shell 1, the actuating element 4 is arranged in the shell 1, when the breaker is disconnected, the main shaft of the breaker rotates to drive the push rod 7 of the actuating mechanism resetting device, the push rod 7 slides on the shell surface 16 and is lapped with the rotating plate 6, so that the rotating plate 6 is pushed to rotate anticlockwise in the shell, the rotating plate 6 drives the driving ejector rod 42 to move linearly while rotating, and the actuating mechanism resetting device completes resetting of the actuating element.
Referring to fig. 1,2 and 4, in the present embodiment, the actuator return device of the present invention is disposed and fixed in an inner space defined by a housing 1 and a cover plate 2. The casing 1 is provided with a guide boss 15, one end of the spring 8 is sleeved on the guide boss 15 and is in contact with the casing 1, the other end of the spring 8 is in contact with the push plate 7, and the force value of the spring 8 needs to be larger than the sliding resistance of the push rod 7, such as the weight of the push rod 7 and/or the friction force generated between the push rod 7 and the casing 1. The cover plate 2 is provided with a boss 23 which is in contact with the push rod 7 and is used for limiting the push rod 7 to a set position and can only slide in a chute of the shell 1. The cover plate 2 is provided with a boss 22 which is in contact with the rotating plate 6 and is used for limiting the rotating plate 6 to a set position and can only rotate around the cover plate. The surface 21 presses against the actuator 4 to define it in the housing 1. The surface 11 is a fixed mounting surface for the actuator 4.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the operation mode and the procedure of the actuator reset device provided by the invention are as follows:
1) When the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is in a closing state, the actuating element 4 in the actuating mechanism resetting device receives a tripping signal given by the controller, the actuating element 4 drives the ejector rod 42 to eject, the middle surface 422 of the actuating element 42 pushes the actuating mechanism tripping alarm unit, the actuating mechanism tripping alarm unit drives the circuit breaker operating mechanism to switch off from closing to opening, so that a main conductive loop is cut off, and the actuating mechanism resetting device is a tripping function of the actuating mechanism resetting device.
2) After the circuit breaker operating mechanism is switched off under the actuating mechanism resetting device by closing, at this moment, the actuating element 4 in the actuating mechanism resetting device needs to be reset by external force, so that the circuit breaker operating mechanism pushes the surface 75 of the push rod 7 in the actuating mechanism resetting device to slide in the shell 1 in the switching-off process, the vertical surface 71 on the push rod 7 is lapped with the working surface 64 on the rotating plate 6 while sliding, thereby pushing the rotating plate 6 to rotate, and the surface 63 on the rotating plate 6 is lapped with the upper surface 421 of the driving ejector rod 42 in the actuating element 4 while rotating, and drives the actuating element 4 to drive the ejector rod 42 to slide towards the actuating element 4 until resetting.
Through the description, the actuating mechanism resetting device provided by the invention has a simple and compact structure, has high modularization degree due to the function shunt of the actuating mechanism resetting device and the tripping alarm module, greatly reduces the part cost and the processing cost, and the novel scheme is that when the actuating mechanism actuating element 4 trips, the rotating plate 6 is far away from the actuating element 4, and no extra resistance is generated on the actuating unit 4, so that the force value required by the actuating element 4 in the actuating mechanism is small, and the service life of the actuating mechanism is greatly prolonged.

An actuator resetting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating plate (6) is rotatably arranged in the housing (1), the actuator (4) is mounted in the housing (1), when the circuit breaker is opened, the spindle of the circuit breaker operating mechanism rotates to push the push rod (7), the push rod (7) slides in the housing and is lapped with the rotating plate (6) to push the rotating plate (6) to rotate in the housing (1), and the rotating plate (6) drives the driving ejector rod (42) to linearly move while rotating to reset the actuator (4).
