The centralized on-line monitoring system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the on-board pre-warning module actively captures a plurality of news messages from the network through the plurality of servers to centralize the client information, the on-line information and the corporate information for storage, aggregation and analysis.

The centralized on-line monitoring system as recited in claim 3 wherein the real-time information is consignment information, deal information, revelation information, index information and corporate transaction information, and the news information is market news, transaction resolution, targeted president and milestone information.

The centralized on-line monitoring system as claimed in claim 4, wherein at least one of the servers is an application server, the scheduling module, the pre-disk file-moving module and the pre-disk warning module are installed on the application server, and the monitoring screen is a graphical web page type operation interface.
6. The centralized on-line monitoring system as claimed in claim 5, wherein at least one of the plurality of servers is an on-line security server for monitoring the operation status of the on-line system of the financial exchange, and the monitoring server is electrically connected to the on-line security server for reading and storing the monitoring data of the on-line security server.
7. The centralized on-line monitoring system of claim 6, wherein the plurality of servers are at least one database and a plurality of gateway servers.
