Example 1
Embodiment 1 of the present application provides an information processing apparatus.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an information processing apparatus according to embodiment 1 of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the information processing apparatus 2 may include: an operation unit 21, a storage unit 22, and an output unit 23.
In the present embodiment, the operation unit 21 can receive an input operation. For example, the operation unit 21 may be a key and/or a touch panel. The input operation received by the operation unit 21 may be an operation of pressing a key, a touch operation such as a single click, a double click, a long press, or a drag on a touch panel, or the like.
In the present embodiment, the storage section 22 may store information corresponding to a predetermined input operation. Wherein the predetermined input operation may be a shortcut input operation; the information corresponding to the predetermined input operation may be a list of the predetermined input operation and the corresponding function, and the list may include at least one predetermined input operation and the corresponding function.
In the present embodiment, the output unit 23 may output the information corresponding to the predetermined input operation stored in the storage unit 22 when the operation unit 21 has not received the predetermined input operation.
According to embodiment 1 of the present application, when a predetermined input operation is not accepted, the information processing apparatus can output information corresponding to the predetermined input operation, thereby prompting the user of the correct predetermined input operation, reducing the trouble of the user in referring to materials such as a manual, and reducing the burden on the user.
In the present embodiment, the operation unit 21 does not accept a predetermined input operation, and includes: the operation unit 21 does not receive an input operation after a predetermined time has elapsed. The predetermined time may be, for example, 30 seconds or the like. That is, if the operation unit 21 does not receive an input operation for a predetermined time, the output unit 23 outputs information corresponding to the predetermined input operation stored in the storage unit 22.
In the present embodiment, the operation unit 21 does not accept a predetermined input operation, and includes: the input operation received by the operation unit 21 is different from the predetermined input operation. For example, the input operation received by the operation unit 21 within a predetermined time (for example, within 30 seconds) is different from the predetermined input operation. In one embodiment, the predetermined input operation is, for example, an operation of inputting any one of three numbers 111, 112, and 113, and the input operation received by the operation unit 21 is an operation of inputting the number 110, and thus the input operation received by the operation unit 21 is different from the predetermined input operation.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the output section 23 may have a display section 231 and/or an image forming section 232. Among them, the display part 231 may be a display screen, which may have a touch function or may not have a touch function, whereby a list of predetermined input operations and corresponding functions may be displayed on the display screen. The image forming section 232 may be a printing section that prints characters or images on a medium such as paper, whereby a list of predetermined input operations and corresponding functions can be printed on a medium such as paper. The output section 23 may have either one of the display section 231 and the image forming section 232, or the output section 23 may have both the display section 231 and the image forming section 232.
In the present embodiment, the operation unit 21 may further receive a selection operation for selecting at least one of the display unit 231 and the image forming unit 232 to output information corresponding to a predetermined input operation stored in the storage unit 22. In the case where the output unit 23 includes both the display unit 231 and the image forming unit 231: for example, the selection operation may select a list of predetermined input operations and corresponding functions to be output by the display portion 231, or the image forming portion 232, or both the display portion 231 and the image forming portion 232; for another example, when the display unit 231 displays a list of predetermined input operations and corresponding functions, the selection operation may select whether or not the list needs to be further printed on a medium such as paper by the image forming unit 232.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a user performing a shortcut input operation using an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the user can start the shortcut input operation by pressing a function key such as Fn in the operation unit 21 of the information processing apparatus 2, thereby displaying the guidance screen 30 on the display unit 231, and the guidance screen 30 guides the user to perform a specific input operation, for example, to input a specific 3-digit numerical value. If the user performs a predetermined input operation on the operation unit 21 for a predetermined time, for example, if a valid numerical value corresponding to the numerical value stored in the storage unit 22 is input on the guidance screen 30, the guidance screen 31 may be displayed on the display unit 231, and the guidance screen 31 may be a function setting screen or the like corresponding to the valid numerical value.
As shown in fig. 3, if the user does not perform an input operation on the operation unit 21 for a predetermined time or the input operation on the operation unit 21 by the user for a predetermined time does not match the predetermined input operation, for example, the numerical value input by the user is different from the numerical value stored in the storage unit 22, the display unit 231 of the information processing apparatus 2 displays the guidance screen 32, and the guidance screen 32 displays a list of the predetermined input operation and the corresponding function. For example, the list displayed on the guidance screen 32 may include the following characters:
fn 1: shared job printing
Fn 2: private job printing
……
However, when the content of the list is more than one page, the operation unit 21 may receive a page selection operation and display the selected page on the guide screen 32. For example, the page selection operation may be an operation of pressing a key such as a page up or a page down in the operation portion 21; for another example, the page selection operation may be an operation of sliding the touch display screen in the left-right direction or the up-down direction, or the like.
As shown in fig. 3, the guide screen 32 may further have a close icon 321, a print selection icon 322, a confirmation icon 323, and the like. If the operation unit 21 accepts an operation to select the close icon 321, the close icon 321 may be highlighted, and if the operation unit 21 further accepts an operation to select the confirmation icon 323, the guide screen 32 is closed and the screen of the display unit 231 is switched back to the guide screen 30; alternatively, when the operation unit 21 accepts an operation to select the print selection icon 322, the print selection icon 322 may be highlighted, and if the operation unit 21 further accepts an operation to select the confirmation icon 323, the image forming unit 232 prints a list of the predetermined input operation and the corresponding function on the medium, and the guidance screen 32 is closed, and the screen of the display unit 231 is switched back to the guidance screen 30. When the display unit 231 is switched to the guide screen 30, the display unit 231 displays the guide screen 31 if the operation unit 21 accepts a predetermined input operation.
In the present embodiment, the operation of selecting the close icon 321, the operation of selecting the confirmation icon 323, and the operation of selecting the print selection icon 322 may be, for example: pressing a key such as a direction selection key in the operation unit 21; or a click operation on a touch display screen.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the information processing apparatus 2 may further include a control section 20. The control section 20 may include a panel control section 201 and a center control section 202.
For example, the user can edit the setting items and setting values applied to the user by operating the operation unit 21, and when the operation unit 21 accepts the user's operation, the panel control unit 201 can convert the operation accepted by the operation unit 21 into the setting items and setting values and notify the central control unit 202 of the converted operation. The central control portion 202 holds setting items and setting values, and prints a print job input to the information processing apparatus 2 by the held setting values and setting items.
The panel control section 201 can set information of a predetermined input operation, write the information to the storage section 22 or read the information from the storage section 22. When the operation unit 21 accepts a predetermined input operation, the panel control unit 201 can control the display unit 231 to display the guide screen 31, thereby reducing the user's burden.
In the present embodiment, when the display unit 231 is a touch display screen and the operation unit 21 is also a touch display screen, the display unit 231 and the operation unit 21 may share the same touch display screen. The display unit 231 and the operation unit 21 may not share the same touch display panel.
