The replacement mode among the prior art scheme mainly is: aiming at the first mode, the online monitor of the arrester is replaced when power fails, namely, the online monitor of the arrester is replaced when the arrester is powered off; aiming at the second mode, two knife switches are additionally arranged in front of the lightning arrester on-line monitor, the first knife switch is arranged between the lightning arrester and the lightning arrester on-line monitor, and the second knife switch is arranged between the lightning arrester and a grounding body; when the lightning arrester normally operates, the first disconnecting link is closed, the second disconnecting link is opened, and the leakage current of the lightning arrester flows through the online lightning arrester monitor to monitor the leakage current of the lightning arrester; when the lightning arrester on-line monitor needs to be replaced, the second disconnecting link is closed, the first disconnecting link is pulled open, the lightning arrester is directly grounded at the moment, and the lightning arrester on-line monitor is isolated.
For the replacement mode of the first mode, the lightning arrester cannot be put into use during power failure, so that the main equipment loses overvoltage protection; for the replacement mode of the second mode, there is a requirement for the operation sequence of the knife switch, and if the operation sequence is wrong, personal safety accidents may be caused.

By arranging the first monitor and the second monitor, the movable contact in the first monitor can be arranged on the static contact when the device is used at ordinary times, and the movable contact in the second monitor is pulled out to be separated from the static contact; when maintenance and replacement are needed, the moving contact in the second monitor is arranged on the static contact, so that the first monitor can be replaced without power failure, and the process is convenient and safe; correspondingly, when the second monitor needs to be maintained and replaced, a new monitor is installed into the device main body and the moving contact of the new monitor is connected with the fixed contact, so that the second monitor can be replaced without power outage, and the problems that the existing online monitor for the lightning arrester cannot be used for both power outage and low personal risk when the second monitor needs to be replaced are effectively solved.

The copper column 3 can play a role in supporting while playing a role in conductive connection; the apparatus body 10 may be a case or the like.
