Description

Reducing ring groove rivet
Technical Field
The invention relates to a structural technology of a fixed component, in particular to a reducing ring groove rivet.
Background
The implementation of ring groove rivets falls into two main categories, one of which is conventional ring groove rivets and the other of which is ring groove rivets with a breakneck groove.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the conventional circular groove rivet includes a PIN (PIN) 10 and a COLLAR (COLLAR) 20 penetrating the PIN 10, wherein the PIN 10 has a HEAD (HEAD) 11 and a BODY (BODY) 12 connected to the HEAD 11, and the BODY 12 is provided with a plurality of circular grooves 121. After the bolt body 12 passes through the plurality of workpieces 100, the collar 20 is sleeved on the protruding part of the bolt body 12, and then the tool 200 pulls the rear part of the bolt body 12 and pushes the collar 20, so that the collar 20 is deformed and then protrudes into each adjacent annular groove 121 to be engaged and fixed, which is called as swaging. Then, the bolt body 12 is broken at the rear and removed, so that the head 11 and the collar 20 tightly clamp the plurality of workpieces 100 therebetween, thereby completing the riveting operation. Ideally, the fracture 13 is generated at a position close to the end of the collar 20, but the shape of the fracture 13 is not as expected, and as shown in fig. 2, when the fracture 13 has a larger inclination, the collar 20 is easy to be incompletely engaged to affect the riveting effect, and the resultant sharp projection may cause danger.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the conventional circular groove rivet with a neck breaking groove is different from the conventional circular groove rivet in that a plurality of circular grooves 121 are formed at a position of a front section of a bolt body 12 close to a head 11, a neck breaking groove 122 is formed at a middle section, and a tail portion (Pintail) 123 is formed at a rear section. After the bolt body 12 passes through a plurality of workpieces 100, the collar 20 is sleeved on the protruding part of the bolt body 12, and then the tool 200 pulls the nail tail part 123 and pushes the collar 20, so that the collar 20 is deformed and then protrudes into each adjacent annular groove 121 to be engaged and fixed, and the step is called swaging. Then, the excess nail tail 123 is pulled apart and removed, so that the head 11 and the collar 20 tightly clamp the plurality of workpieces 100 therebetween, thereby completing the riveting operation.
The neck breaking groove 122 is to make the ring groove rivet easier to be broken, so the diameter of the neck breaking groove 122 must be smaller than that of the ring groove 121, so that the breaking part 13 when the stud 10 is broken is just located in the neck breaking groove 122, and the position and the breaking condition of the breaking part 13 are controlled to prevent the breaking part 13 from presenting a larger inclination. However, this design will result in a fixed distance between the fracture part 13 and the head part 11, and when the thickness of the workpiece 100 is insufficient, the fracture part 13 will protrude out of the collar 20 obviously and risk to work, as shown in fig. 2; on the contrary, if the thickness of the workpieces 100 exceeds the fracture neck groove 122 when they are stacked, the fracture part 13 will be excessively immersed in the collar 20 (not shown), so that the amount of the effective protrusion into the annular groove 121 after the collar 20 is deformed is insufficient, and the problem of poor biting force and affecting the engineering quality is caused.
As shown in fig. 5, in the case of the conventional ring groove rivet or the ring groove rivet having the broken neck groove, the inner wall of the collar 20 may not protrude into the depth of the ring groove 121, and the problem of insufficient engaging force may be caused to affect the quality of the work.
In view of the problems of the prior art, the inventor of the present invention has improved a ring groove rivet.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a reducing ring groove rivet which can be used for various workpiece thicknesses.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a reducing ring groove rivet, at least comprising: the bolt nail is provided with a head part and a bolt body connected with the head part, wherein a plurality of ring groove groups are equidistantly arranged on the bolt body, each ring groove group comprises a first ring groove and a second ring groove adjacent to the first ring groove, the first ring groove is provided with a first groove bottom and a first groove peak adjacent to the first groove bottom, the second ring groove is provided with a second groove bottom and a second groove peak adjacent to the second groove bottom, the diameter of the second groove bottom is smaller than that of the first groove bottom, and any ring groove group in the plurality of ring groove groups can be used as a fracture part during breaking operation. The structure that the diameter of the second groove bottom is smaller than that of the first groove bottom is mainly utilized, a plurality of possible structural weak points are formed on the bolt body, and any ring groove group in the plurality of ring groove groups can be selected as a fracture part during the breaking operation.
In practice, the diameter of the second trough peak is smaller than the diameter of the first trough peak.
When the special-diameter ring groove rivet is implemented, the special-diameter ring groove rivet further comprises a lantern ring, the lantern ring is provided with a through hole for sleeving the bolt body, the hardness of the lantern ring is smaller than that of the bolt nail, the lantern ring is provided with an occlusion area, and the occlusion area is deformed and then protrudes into each adjacent ring groove group at the position of the occlusion area to be occluded into the bolt body.
In practice, the pegs and collars are made of austenitic stainless steel.
When implementing, the interlock district is equipped with a depressed part, and the depressed part setting is cyclic annular at the outer wall of the lantern ring, and the depressed part can reduce the anti deformability of the lantern ring, can more bulge into the dark department of annular when letting the interlock district deform, and present better interlock effect.
When in implementation, the occlusion area is provided with a plurality of depressed parts, the plurality of depressed parts are annularly arranged on the inner wall of the lantern ring, the depressed parts can reduce the deformation resistance of the lantern ring, the occlusion area can be more protruded into the deep part of the annular groove when being deformed, and a better occlusion effect is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the reducing ring groove rivet provided by the technical means of the invention can select one of the ring groove groups as the fracture part during the snapping operation, is suitable for various workpiece thicknesses, effectively limits the generation range of the fracture part, does not cause the problem that the fracture part is excessively protruded or sunk, and does not need to be provided with the neck breaking groove as in the background technology. And secondly, a concave part is further arranged in the occlusion area of the lantern ring, so that the occlusion area has a better occlusion effect, and the using effect of the reducing ring groove rivet is improved. In addition, when the stud and collar are made of austenitic stainless steel, the stainless steel material is a ductile material that provides better structural strength but is relatively less likely to break, and the breaking operation can be ensured to be performed smoothly and accurately by the technical means of the present invention.
