6. A method of making a filter plate, the method comprising the steps of:
firstly, assembling the filter plate mould according to the requirements of the filter plate mould;
secondly, the filter plate molds are fully distributed in the whole filter tank, and the adjacent filter plate molds are mutually leveled;
thirdly, arranging through-length steel bars on the template (1) of the filter plate mold, wherein the through-length steel bars are arranged in a criss-cross manner;
fourthly, pouring concrete to an upper eave of the filter head embedded part (5), and leveling to form an integral filter plate;
and fifthly, after the concrete is hardened and formed, removing the reinforcing bracket (2), the template (1) and the first fixing piece (4) in the filter plate mould.
7. The method of making a filter plate according to claim 6, wherein said fifth step of removing the mold for the filter plate is performed by the steps of:
a. inserting a tool into the groove (43) of the first fixing piece (4) on the hardened and formed filter plate, and taking the first fixing piece (4) out of the template (1) and the filter head embedded part (5);
b. after the filter plate is hardened and formed, screwing off a bolt (61) of a fastener (6) from a nut;
c. taking down the reinforcing bracket (2) to enable the template (1) to fall off from the lower end face of the filter plate;
d. and cleaning the lower end face of the filter plate.
8. The method of making a filter plate of claim 7, wherein said tool is not limited to a screwdriver.
