More specifically, after receiving the information of the opening action of the first electronic control valve, the single chip transmits the formed information of starting pulverization to the pulverization module and the micro peristaltic pump respectively, the first liquid storage tank (containing a surfactant, such as an emulsifier (e.g., a liquid detergent)) is connected with the pulverization chamber of the pulverization module through the first micro peristaltic pump, and the second liquid storage tank (a sterilizing disinfectant, such as an 84 disinfectant, for sterilizing and disinfecting the pulverization components and the like) is connected with the pulverization chamber of the pulverization module through the second micro peristaltic pump, wherein:
the single chip microcomputer drives the crushing module to enable the crushing blades (rotating) in the crushing cavity to crush objects, and drives the first micro peristaltic pump to act in the crushing process, so that the surfactant in the first liquid storage tank is sprayed out (through the spraying pipe 20) to the crushing cavity through the first micro peristaltic pump (the discharged garbage is emulsified with fat substances in the crushing process, and the discharged pipeline is not blocked).
Preferably, the kitchen waste is crushed by the crushing blade in the crushing cavity, and the surfactant in the first liquid storage tank is sprayed to the crushing cavity through the first micro peristaltic pump in the crushing process, and the first micro peristaltic pump can be arranged, so that the spraying time and the spraying amount of the surfactant are controlled, fat emulsification is further carried out on the crushed object more efficiently and at low cost, and finally, a discharged pipeline is not blocked.
Further, the water pipe device includes a drain pipe module (connecting drain pipe, i.e. the above main drain pipe, between the kitchen garbage crusher and the main drain pipe), the drain pipe module leads out the crushed object (kitchen garbage), wherein:
the drain pipe module comprises a drain pipe main body, a drain processor, a second object detector and a second electric control valve, wherein the second object detector detects whether a crushed object falls into the drain pipe main body in real time (detects whether crushed kitchen waste falls into the upper part of the drain pipe main body through a liquid level sensor, an infrared sensor, a gravity sensor and the like), and transmits formed second object information to the drain processor, the drain processor drives the second electric control valve to open (lead out the crushed kitchen waste) after receiving the second object information, and drives the second electric control valve to close (separate for the second time after the second micro peristaltic pump acts if the second object detector does not detect that the object continuously falls into the drain pipe main body after the second object information is received, the kitchen garbage crusher is separated from the drain pipe, so that odor and bacteria are prevented from spreading).
Preferably, the kitchen garbage falls to the upper side of the drain pipe main body through the crushing cavity after being crushed, after being detected by the second object detector, the drain processor drives the second electric control valve to open the second switch device, so that the crushing cavity is communicated with the drain pipe main body, the crushed kitchen garbage is finally discharged, the drain processor drives the second electric control valve to close after a preset second time after the second micro peristaltic pump acts, the second switch device is closed after the crushing and the disinfection and sterilization are completed, the drain pipe main body and the crushing cavity are separated, odor, bacteria and the like in the drain pipe cannot be transmitted to the crushing cavity through the drain pipe main body, and therefore the odor, the bacteria and the like cannot be transmitted to the kitchen sink, and the secondary separation is equivalently performed.
Furthermore, after the second electric control valve is opened, if the second object detector does not detect that the object continuously falls into the drain pipe body, the single chip microcomputer drives the second micro peristaltic pump to operate, so that the disinfectant in the second liquid storage tank is sprayed out to the crushing cavity through the second micro peristaltic pump (the time and the amount of each spraying of the surfactant and the disinfectant can be adjusted through the micro peristaltic pump), the crushing blade continuously rotates when the disinfectant is sprayed out to the crushing cavity, and the drain processor transmits formed crushing end information to the single chip microcomputer after the second electric control valve is closed, so that the crushing blade is driven to stop rotating.
Preferably, emulsification is performed during the pulverization and sterilization is performed after the pulverization is completed, so that the cleanness of the pulverization chamber is ensured.
Preferably, kitchen garbage and kitchen garbage crusher further comprises a display module (can be installed on a wall on the edge of a kitchen sink and other places convenient to observe), the display module is used for displaying state information, wherein:
the first liquid level sensor detects the stock of the surfactant in the first liquid storage tank and the stock of the disinfectant in the second liquid storage tank in real time, and the formed stocks are displayed in real time through the display module respectively (if the stocks are lower than a preset threshold value, the display module prompts in forms of sound and light and the like);
in the water falling pipe module, the first object detector and the first electric control valve are periodically self-checked by the water falling processor to judge whether the first object detector and the first electric control valve are normally connected with the water falling processor, if any one of the first object detector and the first electric control valve has a connection fault, corresponding fault information is formed and displayed through the display module;
in the kitchen waste crusher, the single chip microcomputer periodically performs self-inspection on the crushing module, the first micro peristaltic pump and the second micro peristaltic pump to judge whether the crushing module, the first micro peristaltic pump and the second micro peristaltic pump are normally connected with the single chip microcomputer or not, if any one of the crushing module, the first micro peristaltic pump and the second micro peristaltic pump has a connection fault, corresponding fault information is formed and displayed through the display module;
in the drainage pipe module, the drainage processor periodically performs self-checking on the second object detector and the second electric control valve to judge whether the second object detector and the second electric control valve are normally connected with the drainage processor, and if any one of the second object detector and the second electric control valve has a connection fault, corresponding fault information is formed and displayed through the display module.
Preferably, various self-checks are carried out through the display module, so that the functional states of all modules in the system can be fed back in time, and the system can be maintained and sold in time if a fault occurs, and is more intelligent.
Preferably, the first electric control valve is electrically connected with the first switch, so that the first electric control valve drives the first switch to perform an opening action or a closing action (so that the downpipe main body and the kitchen garbage crusher are conducted or separated from the kitchen sink), a human body detector is arranged around the first switch, the human body detector is used for detecting a human body signal, and the priority of the human body signal is greater than a signal for driving the first switch to perform the closing action (when fingers of a human body are carelessly deep, the switch does not perform the closing action, so that the human body is accidentally injured);
the second electric control valve is electrically connected with the second switch device, so that the second electric control valve drives the second switch device to open or close (so that the kitchen garbage crusher is communicated with or separated from the drain pipe).
It should be noted that the technical features of the crushing blade, the kitchen sink, etc. related to the present patent application should be regarded as the prior art, and the specific structure, the operation principle, the control mode and the spatial arrangement mode of the technical features may be selected conventionally in the field, and should not be regarded as the invention point of the present patent, and the present patent is not further specifically described in detail.

Claims (9)
1. A kitchen waste crushing device is characterized by comprising a kitchen waste crusher, a single chip microcomputer, a micro peristaltic pump, a first liquid storage tank and a second liquid storage tank, the upper end of the kitchen garbage crusher is provided with a feed inlet which is connected with a downpipe of a kitchen sink, the lower end of the kitchen garbage crusher is provided with a discharge port which is connected with a main drainage pipe, the kitchen waste crusher is provided with two micro peristaltic pumps, the outlet ends of the micro peristaltic pumps are connected with an ejection pipe, the tail ends of the ejection pipe are positioned in the crushing cavity of the kitchen waste crusher, the inlet ends of the two micro peristaltic pumps are respectively connected with a first liquid storage tank and a second liquid storage tank, the first liquid storage tank is internally provided with a surfactant, the second liquid storage tank is internally provided with a sterilizing disinfectant, the kitchen waste crusher is provided with a single chip microcomputer which controls the kitchen waste crusher and the micro peristaltic pump;
the top ends of the first liquid storage tank and the second liquid storage tank are respectively provided with a detachable tank cover, and the tank covers are arranged on the corresponding first liquid storage tank or the second liquid storage tank in a threaded connection mode;
the first liquid storage tank and the second liquid storage tank are both provided with a non-contact first liquid level sensor, the first liquid level sensor is connected with the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is provided with an alarm unit, the alarm unit can give out different alarm sounds, and the alarm sound given out by the alarm unit when the liquid level of the first liquid storage tank is too low is different from the alarm sound given out by the alarm unit when the liquid level of the second liquid storage tank is too low;
the tail end of the ejection pipe is provided with a spray head.
2. A main drainage pipe for a kitchen waste smashing device is characterized by comprising a drainage pipe main body, an electric control valve, a second liquid level sensor and a central processing unit, wherein the drainage pipe main body is vertically arranged, the electric control valve is installed on the drainage pipe main body, the non-contact second liquid level sensor is installed on the drainage pipe main body, the central processing unit is installed on the drainage pipe main body, and the electric control valve and the second liquid level sensor are connected with the central processing unit;
the electric control valve, the second liquid level sensor and the central processing unit adopt an AC-DC power supply;
the electric control valve has a manual opening function;
the central processing unit has self-checking and alarming functions.
3. A kitchen waste crushing device is characterized by comprising a kitchen waste crusher, a single chip microcomputer, a micro peristaltic pump, a first liquid storage tank and a second liquid storage tank, the upper end of the kitchen garbage crusher is provided with a feed inlet which is connected with a downpipe of a kitchen sink, the lower end of the kitchen garbage crusher is provided with a discharge port which is connected with a main drainage pipe, the kitchen waste crusher is provided with two micro peristaltic pumps, the outlet ends of the micro peristaltic pumps are connected with an ejection pipe, the tail ends of the ejection pipe are positioned in the crushing cavity of the kitchen waste crusher, the inlet ends of the two micro peristaltic pumps are respectively connected with a first liquid storage tank and a second liquid storage tank, the first liquid storage tank is internally provided with a surfactant, the second liquid storage tank is internally provided with a sterilizing disinfectant, the kitchen waste crusher is provided with a single chip microcomputer which controls the kitchen waste crusher and the micro peristaltic pump;
the top ends of the first liquid storage tank and the second liquid storage tank are respectively provided with a detachable tank cover, and the tank covers are arranged on the corresponding first liquid storage tank or the second liquid storage tank in a threaded connection mode;
the first liquid storage tank and the second liquid storage tank are both provided with a non-contact first liquid level sensor, the first liquid level sensor is connected with the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is provided with an alarm unit, the alarm unit can give out different alarm sounds, and the alarm sound given out by the alarm unit when the liquid level of the first liquid storage tank is too low is different from the alarm sound given out by the alarm unit when the liquid level of the second liquid storage tank is too low;
the tail end of the ejection pipe is provided with a spray head;
the kitchen waste crushing device further comprises a water pipe device, and the kitchen waste crusher is connected with the water pipe device in a matching manner, wherein:
the water pipe device is used for detecting kitchen waste and transmitting formed object information to the kitchen waste crusher so that the kitchen waste crusher can perform different actions according to different object information;
the kitchen waste crusher also comprises a crushing module, and the single chip microcomputer receives the object information and then drives the crushing module and the micro peristaltic pump to act.
4. The kitchen waste shredder according to claim 3, wherein the water pipe means comprises a water dropping pipe module for guiding the dropped object to the kitchen waste shredder, wherein:
the downpipe module comprises a downpipe main body, a water falling processor, a first object detector and a first electric control valve, the first object detector detects whether an object falls into the downpipe main body in real time, formed first object information is transmitted to the water falling processor, the water falling processor drives the first electric control valve to open after receiving the first object information, and after the first object detector does not detect that the object continues to fall into the downpipe main body, the water falling processor drives the first electric control valve to close after a preset first time.
5. The kitchen waste smashing device according to claim 4, wherein after receiving the information of the opening action of the first electric control valve, the single chip microcomputer transmits formed smashing starting information to a smashing module and a micro peristaltic pump respectively, the first liquid storage tank is connected with a smashing cavity of the smashing module through the first micro peristaltic pump, the second liquid storage tank is connected with the smashing cavity of the smashing module through the second micro peristaltic pump, and the kitchen waste smashing device is characterized in that:
the single chip microcomputer drives the crushing module to enable the crushing blade in the crushing cavity to crush an object, and drives the first micro peristaltic pump to act in the crushing process to enable the surfactant in the first liquid storage tank to be sprayed out of the crushing cavity through the first micro peristaltic pump.
6. The kitchen waste disposer of claim 5, wherein the water conduit assembly includes a drain module that directs the shredded objects out of the housing, and wherein:
the drain pipe module comprises a drain pipe main body, a drain processor, a second object detector and a second electric control valve, wherein the second object detector detects whether a crushed object falls into the drain pipe main body in real time and transmits formed second object information to the drain processor, the drain processor drives the second electric control valve to open after receiving the second object information, and after the second electric control valve opens, if the second object detector does not detect that the object continues to fall into the drain pipe main body, the drain processor drives the second electric control valve to close after a preset second time passes after the second micro peristaltic pump acts.
7. The kitchen waste crushing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein after the second electric control valve is opened, if the second object detector does not detect that the object continues to fall into the drain pipe body, the single chip microcomputer drives the second micro peristaltic pump to operate, so that the sterilizing and disinfecting liquid in the second liquid storage tank is sprayed out to the crushing cavity through the second micro peristaltic pump, the crushing blade continues to rotate when the sterilizing and disinfecting liquid is sprayed out to the crushing cavity, and after the second electric control valve is closed, the formed crushing end information is transmitted to the single chip microcomputer by the drain processor, so that the crushing blade is driven to stop rotating.
8. The kitchen waste disposer of claim 7, further comprising a display module for displaying status information, wherein:
the first liquid level sensor detects the stock of the surfactant in the first liquid storage tank and the stock of the disinfectant in the second liquid storage tank in real time, and the formed stocks are displayed in real time through the display module respectively;
in the water falling pipe module, the first object detector and the first electric control valve are periodically self-checked by the water falling processor to judge whether the first object detector and the first electric control valve are normally connected with the water falling processor, if any one of the first object detector and the first electric control valve has a connection fault, corresponding fault information is formed and displayed through the display module;
in the kitchen waste crusher, the single chip microcomputer periodically performs self-inspection on the crushing module, the first micro peristaltic pump and the second micro peristaltic pump to judge whether the crushing module, the first micro peristaltic pump and the second micro peristaltic pump are normally connected with the single chip microcomputer or not, if any one of the crushing module, the first micro peristaltic pump and the second micro peristaltic pump has a connection fault, corresponding fault information is formed and displayed through the display module;
in the drainage pipe module, the drainage processor periodically performs self-checking on the second object detector and the second electric control valve to judge whether the second object detector and the second electric control valve are normally connected with the drainage processor, and if any one of the second object detector and the second electric control valve has a connection fault, corresponding fault information is formed and displayed through the display module.
9. The kitchen waste smashing device according to claim 8, wherein the first electric control valve is electrically connected with a first switch so that the first electric control valve drives the first switch to perform opening or closing actions, a human body detector is arranged around the first switch and used for detecting a human body signal, and the priority of the human body signal is greater than that of a signal for driving the first switch to perform closing actions;
the second electric control valve is electrically connected with the second switch, so that the second electric control valve drives the second switch to open or close.
