Description

Transfer device and method for high-density fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to a transfer device and a transfer method for high-density fabrics, in particular to a transfer device and a transfer method for transferring yarn loops by using a transfer needle for high-density fabrics.

High density fabrics have been produced using loop transfer devices to move loops to produce an open-cell fabric. A single-loop transfer needle with reed (spring leaf box) is a commonly used transfer needle at present, and has a transfer reed on the side of the needle bar, the lower end of the transfer reed is fixed on the needle bar, the upper end needle point is tightly attached to the needle bar, and the yarn ring can be opened, so that a corresponding knitting needle (regular needle) is inserted into the transfer reed and the yarn ring, when the transfer needle descends, the upper end needle point of the transfer reed is opened by a corresponding hook, and the yarn ring falls into the corresponding hook, thereby completing one-time single-needle transfer.
However, when the conventional transfer device is applied to a high-density fabric, because the yarn ring is small, and when the yarn ring is sleeved outside the transfer reed of the transfer needle, the transfer reed is sleeved and flattened by the yarn ring, so that the action of inserting a corresponding knitting needle (a regular needle) into the transfer reed is difficult, the condition of missing stitch or collision with the transfer reed often occurs, the action of transferring the fabric fails, and further the fabric is flawed.
