Abstract
本发明公开了一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,包括高斯计、收卷支架,高斯计的右端面熔接有探头导线,探头导线的头部熔接有探头,收卷支架熔接在高斯计底部的右端,收卷支架的右端面开设有第一通孔、第二通孔,第二通孔位于第一通孔的正下方,收卷支架左端的上方转动设置有收卷转筒,收卷转筒的内部镶嵌有转轴,转轴的上下两端均贯穿出收卷转筒,转轴的上端向上嵌入高斯计的底部,转轴的下端向下贯穿过收卷支架,转轴的底部焊接有丝杠,丝杠的外表面螺纹连接有锁紧螺母,锁紧螺母的上表面均匀开设有防滑锯齿。通过收卷支架与收卷转筒的配合设置,收卷转筒能够起到捋线作用,防止探头导线产生缠绕、打结,便于探头导线存放。

技术领域
本发明涉及高斯计技术领域,特别是涉及一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构。
背景技术
根据霍尔效应原理制成的高斯计(特斯拉计)在测量磁场中,有着广泛的应用,这种仪器是由作为传感器的霍尔探头及仪表整机两部分组成。其中探头内霍尔元件的尺寸、性能与封装结构对磁场测量的准确度起着关键的作用。霍尔探头在磁场中因霍尔效应而产生霍尔电压,测出霍尔电压后根据霍尔电压公式和已知的霍尔系数可确定磁感应强度的大小。
现有技术的高斯计的探头均连接有细长的导线,在高斯计使用时导线容易发生缠绕、打结,影响正常使用,而在高斯计存放时,细长的导线不易收卷存放,为此我们提出了一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,以解决上述提出的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构以解决上述背景技术提出的高斯计使用时导线容易发生缠绕、打结,影响正常使用,细长的导线不易收卷存放的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,包括高斯计、收卷支架,所述高斯计的右端面熔接有探头导线,所述探头导线的头部熔接有探头,所述收卷支架熔接在高斯计底部的右端,所述收卷支架的右端面开设有第一通孔、第二通孔,所述第二通孔位于第一通孔的正下方,所述收卷支架左端的上方转动设置有收卷转筒,所述收卷转筒的内部镶嵌有转轴,所述转轴的上下两端均贯穿出收卷转筒,所述转轴的上端向上嵌入高斯计的底部,所述转轴的下端向下贯穿过收卷支架,所述转轴的底部焊接有丝杠,所述丝杠的外表面螺纹连接有锁紧螺母,所述锁紧螺母的上表面均匀开设有防滑锯齿,所述转轴的内部开设有空腔,所述空腔内部的底面固定连接有复位弹簧。
进一步的,所述探头导线的末端贯穿过第一通孔并与高斯计连接,探头导线的中端缠绕在收卷转筒的外圆周面上,探头导线的前端贯穿过第二通孔并与探头连接。
进一步的,所述探头位于第二通孔的正右侧。
进一步的,所述转轴与高斯计、收卷支架转动连接。
进一步的,所述空腔的顶部为开口结构。
进一步的,所述复位弹簧的顶部向上贯穿出空腔,并与高斯计的底部固定连接。
进一步的,所述锁紧螺母位于收卷支架左端的底部。
与现有技术相比,本发明实现的有益效果:
通过收卷支架与收卷转筒的配合设置,收卷转筒可以在收卷支架上进行转动,而收卷转筒上缠绕有探头导线,所以当探头在使用时,收卷转筒能够起到捋线作用,防止探头导线产生缠绕、打结,当探头不使用时,收卷转筒能够自动回转将弹性收卷在收卷转筒上,便于探头导线存放。

本发明提供一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,包括高斯计1、收卷支架4,下面对一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构的各个部件进行详细描述:
高斯计1的右端面熔接有探头导线2,探头导线2的头部熔接有探头3,收卷支架4熔接在高斯计1底部的右端,收卷支架4的右端面开设有第一通孔401、第二通孔402,第二通孔402位于第一通孔401的正下方,收卷支架4左端的上方转动设置有收卷转筒5,收卷转筒5的内部镶嵌有转轴6,转轴6的上下两端均贯穿出收卷转筒5,转轴6的上端向上嵌入高斯计1的底部,转轴6的下端向下贯穿过收卷支架4,转轴6的底部焊接有丝杠8,丝杠8的外表面螺纹连接有锁紧螺母9,锁紧螺母9的上表面均匀开设有防滑锯齿10,转轴6的内部开设有空腔601,空腔601内部的底面固定连接有复位弹簧7;
具体的,探头导线2从第一通孔401贯穿过,然后缠绕在收卷转筒5上,接着再从第二通孔402穿出,所以当探头3往远离高斯计1的方向拉动时,探头导线2能够带动收卷转筒5进行转动,于是探头导线2被放长,这样便于探头3进行使用时,而在收卷转筒5转动过程中,空腔601内部的复位弹簧7也会发生扭转并产生弹力,当拉动探头3的外力撤去后,复位弹簧7利用弹力便会带动转轴6、收卷转筒5进行回转,那么伸出的探头导线2又会被重新收卷在收卷转筒5上,以此通过这种结构,使得收卷转筒5具有捋线作用,可以防止探头导线2在使用时发生缠绕、打结,同时便于探头导线2存放;
而在转轴6转动的过程中,丝杠8、锁紧螺母9会跟随同步转动,但假如手动拧动锁紧螺母9往上移动,并使得锁紧螺母9的防滑锯齿10紧密贴合在收卷支架4的底部,那么这时锁紧螺母9因为与收卷支架4之间存有较大摩擦力,所以锁紧螺母9便无法进行转动,转轴6也无法进行转动,于是通过这种结构,如需使得收卷转筒5不进行转动时,只需拧紧锁紧螺母9即可。

1.一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,包括高斯计(1)、收卷支架(4),其特征在于:
所述高斯计(1)的右端面熔接有探头导线(2),所述探头导线(2)的头部熔接有探头(3);
所述收卷支架(4)熔接在高斯计(1)底部的右端,所述收卷支架(4)的右端面开设有第一通孔(401)、第二通孔(402),所述第二通孔(402)位于第一通孔(401)的正下方,所述收卷支架(4)左端的上方转动设置有收卷转筒(5),所述收卷转筒(5)的内部镶嵌有转轴(6),所述转轴(6)的上下两端均贯穿出收卷转筒(5),所述转轴(6)的上端向上嵌入高斯计(1)的底部,所述转轴(6)的下端向下贯穿过收卷支架(4),所述转轴(6)的底部焊接有丝杠(8),所述丝杠(8)的外表面螺纹连接有锁紧螺母(9),所述锁紧螺母(9)的上表面均匀开设有防滑锯齿(10),所述转轴(6)的内部开设有空腔(601),所述空腔(601)内部的底面固定连接有复位弹簧(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,其特征在于:所述探头导线(2)的末端贯穿过第一通孔(401)并与高斯计(1)连接,探头导线(2)的中端缠绕在收卷转筒(5)的外圆周面上,探头导线(2)的前端贯穿过第二通孔(402)并与探头(3)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,其特征在于:所述探头(3)位于第二通孔(402)的正右侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,其特征在于:所述转轴(6)与高斯计(1)、收卷支架(4)转动连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,其特征在于:所述空腔(601)的顶部为开口结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧(7)的顶部向上贯穿出空腔(601),并与高斯计(1)的底部固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高斯计探头导线的收卷结构,其特征在于:所述锁紧螺母(9)位于收卷支架(4)左端的底部。
