Along with the development of society now, intelligent automation gradually becomes the mainstream technique in a plurality of fields at present, pharmacy especially present hospital's drugstore adopts the frame-type medicine cabinet of layering to carry out the medicine to put, but present hospital's drugstore is mostly the doctor after having opened the prescription, the staff of prescription carries out snatching of medicine according to the prescription by oneself and prepares neatly, present hospital's drugstore volume that needs to handle every day is big, and the manual work is operated and is not only wasted time and energy, and the condition that the medicine obscures easily appears, after the medicine on the medicine cabinet is taken and is finished, need in time to mend goods simultaneously, just can ensure that the medicine is not in short, but generally all need the manual work to carry out the inventory of medicine every day, the work load is big, and whole operation process is complicated, there is easy phenomenon such as untimely of mending goods, thereby influence the timely of medicine and allocate and issue together.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the present embodiment provides a method for checking the quantity of incoming and outgoing drugs, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
and S100, acquiring a medicine containing device and acquiring template information corresponding to the medicine containing device.
In practical applications, there are various types of medicines, such as injection medicines and box-packed medicines, and the containing modes and containing devices for different types of medicines are different. For example, the means for holding the boxed medicine is a boxed medicine box, as shown in fig. 2. The ampoule holding device is an ampoule holder, as shown in fig. 3. In order to carry out quantity statistics to different types of medicine, this embodiment holds device setting corresponding template information for different medicines. Specifically, in the embodiment, a medicine containing device is firstly obtained, and ID information corresponding to the medicine containing device is obtained; and then determining the category information of the medicine containing devices according to the ID information. In the present embodiment, the ID information is used to distinguish different kinds of medicines. Different types of medicines correspond to different medicine containing devices, so that the embodiment can determine the category information of the medicine containing devices according to the ID information, namely determine whether the medicines are boxed medicines or injection medicine trays. Then, the present embodiment can acquire the template information corresponding to the category information according to the category information. For example, if the type information is a box-packed medicine box, template information corresponding to the box-packed medicine box is acquired; and if the category information is the injection drug support, acquiring template information corresponding to the injection drug support. In this embodiment, the template information of the medicine containing device is obtained to call different control programs for different kinds of medicines to count the number of medicines.
And S200, scanning the medicine containing device by adopting an industrial camera according to the template information to obtain medicine information in the medicine containing device.
In this embodiment, when confirming after the kind of medicine holds the device, this embodiment acquires the template information that medicine held the device and corresponds, then adopts industry camera to hold the device to scan the medicine, obtains medicine information among the medicine holds the device.
Specifically, when the medicine containing device is a box medicine box, it is described that it is necessary to count that the medicine is a box medicine at this time. Therefore, the template information acquired at this time is template information corresponding to the box medicine box. In order to better contain the medicines, the box-packed medicine box is provided with a plurality of subareas, and each subarea contains the medicines. As shown in figures 2 and 4, the boxed medicine box is provided with 8 sections A-H, and each section contains boxed medicine. Therefore, the industrial camera of the present embodiment first scans all the partitions in the magazine; and acquiring the medicine information in each subarea according to the subareas. Specifically, the present embodiment may obtain the location information corresponding to each partition based on the partition; then, according to the position information, a height sensor on the industrial camera is controlled to scan and acquire medicine information at the position information, wherein the medicine information comprises the height of the medicine and the thickness of a single medicine box.
When the medicine containing device is an injection medicine support, the injection medicine support is as shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the embodiment, a plurality of hole sites are arranged on the injection medicine support, and injection medicines are arranged in each hole site, so that when the template information is the template information corresponding to the injection medicine support, the hole site information in the injection medicine support is identified through an industrial camera based on machine vision; and identifying and acquiring medicine information corresponding to each hole site information based on the hole site information. At this time, it is determined which holes are provided with the medicine information.
And step S300, determining the number of the medicine containing devices according to the medicine information.
In specific implementation, after the height of the medicine in each subarea and the thickness of each medicine box are obtained from the box medicine box, the quantity of the medicine in each subarea is determined according to the height of the medicine and the thickness of each medicine box; according to the number of the medicines in each subarea, the number of the medicines contained in the box-packed medicine box can be determined, so that the statistics of the number of the medicines in the box-packed medicine box is realized. After the medicine information corresponding to each hole site information is obtained from the injection medicine support, the number of the medicines of all the medicines in the injection medicine support can be obtained through statistics. After the number of the medicines is counted, whether the medicines are out of stock at the moment can be judged so as to supplement the medicines in time.
In summary, in the present embodiment, a medicine containing device is first obtained, and template information corresponding to the medicine containing device is obtained; then scanning the medicine containing devices by adopting an industrial camera according to the template information to obtain medicine information in the medicine containing devices; and finally, determining the quantity of the medicines in the medicine containing device according to the medicine information. The invention can realize the checking of the quantity of the drugs in and out of the warehouse and the monitoring and statistics of the quantity of the drugs in and out of the warehouse, so that the drugs can be supplemented in time when the quantity of the drugs is insufficient.
