Abstract

The invention provides an air filter which comprises a first shell, a connecting shell, a second shell and a filter element, wherein the first shell and the second shell are respectively connected to two open ports of the connecting shell in a mode of adjusting installation angles, the filter element is arranged in a cavity formed after the first shell, the connecting shell and the second shell are connected, and the connecting shell is arranged on a vehicle body of a fuel cell vehicle through a fixing piece. The invention has the advantages that: the orientation of the air inlet of the air filter can be adjusted, and the orientation of the air inlet can be rotated to a required angle; the installation is simple, and particularly, the air inlet is adjusted simply; the air filter has high adaptability and can be adapted to various vehicle types; the design of the air inlet pipeline is convenient, and the air inlet is convenient to rotate, so that the structural design of the air inlet pipeline from the air inlet box to the air filter is more convenient, and the problems of the trend and the corner of the pipeline are not considered too much.

The invention relates to the field of fuel cell vehicles, in particular to an air filter.
Background
The hydrogen fuel cell is a power generation device which directly converts chemical energy generated by the reaction of hydrogen and oxygen into electric energy through electrochemical reaction, has the advantages of high power generation efficiency, small environmental pollution and the like, and is widely applied to the field of automobiles. Due to the characteristics of the fuel cell catalyst and the flow channels, the cathode reaction needs clean and pollution-free oxygen. The air filter is a device for filtering air, and is used for filtering dust, particles and toxic gases in the atmosphere so as to meet the requirements of equipment.
In practical applications, due to the inconsistency of the model and skeleton of the fuel cell vehicle and the arrangement of the fuel cell system, the user needs to adjust the air intake ports to different orientations. However, the air inlet direction of the existing air filter cannot be adjusted generally, or the adjustment is difficult and slow, which wastes manpower and working hours.
The air filter that present automobile-used fuel cell system was used commonly has two types, and what its structure adopted all is the mode that upper and lower casing combines:
fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a conventional air filter a. As shown in fig. 5, the air filter a includes an upper casing 201 and a lower casing 202, the upper casing 201 and the lower casing 202 are connected by a snap 203, and the upper casing 201 includes an air inlet 205 and an air outlet 206. The upper shell 201 is designed with a hot melting nut 204, and the air filter can be fixed on the vehicle body by fastening the hot melting nut 204 through a bolt. The disadvantages of air filter a are: the air inlet 205, the upper shell 201 and the hot melting nut 204 are integrated into a whole, and when the air filter is fixedly installed on a vehicle framework, the direction of the air inlet 205 is also fixed and cannot be adjusted. Fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of an existing air filter B. As shown in fig. 6, the air filter B comprises an upper casing 301 and a lower casing 302, which are connected by a snap 303 through the upper casing 301 and the lower casing 302, and the upper casing 301 comprises an air inlet 307 and an air outlet 308. The air filter B is fixed on the frame through two hoops 304, bolts 305 and nuts 306. The disadvantage of the air filter B is that: the orientation of the air inlet 307 is difficult to adjust, and adjustment must be achieved by rotating the hoop 304, and the hoop 304 is a sheet metal part folded by a metal plate, and is difficult to break and rotate. In addition, two staple bolts 304 are independent each other, must guarantee two staple bolts 304 rotation synchronization, just can guarantee that the installation face is on a horizontal plane, but often difficult synchronization in practice needs many times to adjust. A further difficulty is that the locking of the thread pairs requires two wrenches to tighten, one to clamp the bolt 305 and one to tighten the nut 306. It is known from field practice that this adjustment of the air inlet orientation requires 2 persons to be simultaneously engaged.
In view of the above, it would be desirable to provide an air filter that overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to provide an air filter which overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art. The object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical means.
One embodiment of the present invention provides an air filter, wherein the air filter includes a first housing, a connection housing, a second housing, and a filter element, the first housing and the second housing are respectively connected to two open ports of the connection housing in a manner that an installation angle can be adjusted, the filter element is installed in a cavity formed after the first housing, the connection housing, and the second housing are connected, and the connection housing is installed on a vehicle body of a fuel cell vehicle through a fixing member.
According to the air filter provided by the above-mentioned one embodiment of the present invention, the first housing includes a body having an open port, the second housing includes a body having an open port, the connection housing includes a body having a first open port and a second open port which are oppositely disposed, the open port of the first housing body is connected to the first open port of the connection housing body, and the open port of the second housing body is connected to the second open port of the connection housing body.
According to the air filter provided by the above-described one embodiment of the present invention, the connection angle between the first and second housings and the connection housing is determined according to the model and the skeleton of the fuel cell vehicle, the arrangement of the fuel cell system, and the mounting position of the air filter in the fuel cell system.
According to the air filter provided by the above embodiment of the invention, the air filter further comprises a plurality of connecting pieces, the first shell and the second shell are respectively connected with the connecting shell through the corresponding connecting pieces, and the connecting pieces can connect the first shell and the second shell with the connecting shell at a plurality of different angles.
According to the air filter provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first shell, the second shell and the opening port of the connecting shell are all circular, and the connecting pieces are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the connecting part of the first shell and the second shell and the connecting shell.

According to the air filter provided by the above one embodiment of the present invention, the first casing and the second casing are respectively connected to the connecting casing, the groove of the first casing body and the groove of the second casing body respectively press both ends of the filter element, and the groove of the first casing body and the groove of the second casing body fix the filter element in an interference fit manner.

Fig. 1-4 and the following description depict alternative embodiments of the invention to teach those skilled in the art how to make and use the invention. Fig. 1-2 illustrate an air filter according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1-2, the air filter includes a first housing 1, a connection housing 2, a second housing 3, and a filter element 5, the first housing 1 and the second housing 3 are respectively connected to two open ports of the connection housing 2 in a manner that an installation angle can be adjusted, the filter element 5 is installed in a cavity formed by combining the first housing 1, the connection housing 2, and the second housing 3, and the connection housing 2 is installed on a body of the fuel cell vehicle through a fixing member 22.
The first housing 1 includes a body 11 having an open port 111, the second housing 3 includes a body 31 having an open port 311, the connection housing 2 includes a body 21 having a first open port 211 and a second open port 212 which are oppositely disposed, the open port 111 of the first housing body 11 is connected to the first open port 211 of the connection housing body 21, and the open port 311 of the second housing body 31 is connected to the second open port 212 of the connection housing body 21.
According to the air filter provided in any one of the above embodiments of the present invention, the connection angle between the first and second housings 1 and 3 and the connection housing 2 is determined according to the model and skeleton of the fuel cell vehicle, the arrangement of the fuel cell system, and the mounting position of the air filter in the fuel cell system.
According to the air filter provided by any one of the above embodiments of the present invention, the air filter further comprises a plurality of connecting members 4, the first housing 1 and the second housing 3 are respectively connected with the connecting housing 2 through the corresponding connecting members 4, and the connecting members 4 can connect the first housing 1 and the second housing 3 with the connecting housing 2 at a plurality of different angles. The connecting member 4 includes, but is not limited to, a snap-fit structure, a screw and hot-melt nut structure, and the like.
According to the air filter provided by any one of the above embodiments of the present invention, the joints of the first casing 1 and the second casing 3 and the connecting casing 2 are both circular, and the connecting pieces 4 are uniformly distributed around the joints of the first casing 1 and the second casing 3 and the connecting casing 2. The minimum rotation angle of the first and second housings 1 and 3 with respect to the coupling housing 2 can be determined according to the number of positioning points of the coupling 4, for example: the number of the positioning points is 12, the minimum rotation angle is 360 degrees/12 degrees which is equal to 30 degrees, 8, 12 or 16 unequal positioning points can be uniformly distributed on the circumference of the connecting part
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the first housing of the air filter according to one embodiment of the invention as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 3, the first housing 1 further includes an air inlet 12 and an air outlet 13, the first housing body 11 further includes a side wall 112, a bottom 113 connected to the side wall 112, and a groove 114 provided on the bottom 113, the air inlet 12 of the first housing is provided on the first housing body side wall 112, the air outlet 12 of the first housing 1 is provided at the center of the first housing body bottom 113, the groove 114 of the first housing body 11 surrounds the first housing air outlet 12, and one end of the filter element 5 is mounted in the groove 114 of the first housing body 11.
According to any of the above embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an air filter, wherein air enters the air filter from the air inlet 12 of the first housing 1, the air passes through the filter element 5, the filter element 5 filters the air, and the filtered air exits the air filter from the air outlet 13 of the first housing 1.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of a second housing of the air filter according to one embodiment of the invention as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 4, the second housing 3 further includes a duckbill 32, the second housing body 31 further includes a side wall 312, a bottom 313 connected to the side wall 312, and a groove 314 provided on the bottom 313, the duckbill 32 is provided on an edge of the bottom 313 of the second housing body, and the other end of the filter cartridge 5 is mounted on the groove 314 of the second housing body 31.
According to the air filter provided by the above-mentioned one embodiment of the present invention, the first housing 1 and the second housing 3 are respectively connected to the connection housing 2, the recess 114 of the first housing body 11 and the recess 314 of the second housing body 31 respectively press both ends of the filter element 5, and the recess 114 of the first housing body 11 and the recess 314 of the second housing body 31 fix the filter element 5 in an interference fit manner.
