One embodiment of the present invention provides a cold compress wrap bag for applying cold compress therapy to an area of a body part of a patient. The cold and hot compress pack bag includes: an inner container 10 and an outer sleeve 20; the inner container 10 and the outer cover 20 are connected in a laminated manner; the inner container 10 and the outer sleeve 20 are used for wrapping a preset part; inner bag 10 includes first laminating structure 11, overcoat 20 includes second laminating structure 21, first laminating structure 11 with second laminating structure 21 corresponds the setting and is used for the adaptation in the protruding form of joint at predetermined position, for the predetermined position remains the activity space, improves simultaneously cold and hot application wrapping bag's adhesion. With such a configuration, the inner container 10 can be adapted to the convex shape of the joint of the predetermined part by the arrangement of the first attaching structure 11 and the outer sleeve 20 can be adapted to the convex shape of the joint of the predetermined part by the arrangement of the second attaching structure 21, and after the predetermined part is wrapped by the cold and hot compress wrapping bag, a certain moving space can be reserved at the predetermined part. Therefore, the attaching performance and flexibility of the cold and hot compress wrapping bag are improved, and the cold and hot compress wrapping bag is convenient to use. It should be understood that the liner 10 and the outer sleeve 20 are connected in a laminated manner, the liner 10 and the outer sleeve 20 may be formed as one layer, and then the liner 10 and the outer sleeve 20 are overlapped, or the liner 10 and the outer sleeve 20 may be formed as one layer, and the two layers are respectively overlapped on two sides of the liner 10 to wrap the liner therein.
Preferably, the first fitting structure 11 includes a joint hole, and the edge of the joint hole is a rounded curve, that is, the joint hole is defined by a rounded curve. It is to be understood that a smooth curve is not to be construed narrowly as an arc, but is to be construed broadly as including a combination of curves where an arc is smoothly connected to a straight line segment. After the inner container 10 is wrapped on the predetermined position, the smooth joint holes can avoid forming sharp folds when the inner container 10 is folded, and avoid pressing the human body. In addition, the smooth joint hole can be attached to the joint bulge of the predetermined portion, thereby improving the attaching property of the liner 10.
In the following, referring to fig. 1 to 5b, a hot and cold compress packaging bag for a knee joint is taken as an example, the hot and cold compress packaging bag comprises a thigh-side packaging section 12 and a shank-side packaging section 13 which are connected, the joint hole is located between the thigh-side packaging section 12 and the shank-side packaging section 13, and the edge of the joint hole is closed; the plane form of the joint hole is circular, long circular, oval or elliptical, the diameter of the circular shape ranges from 80mm to 100mm, such as 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 80mm to 90mm, and 90mm to 100mm, the long axis of the long circular, oval or elliptical shape extends along the width direction of the thigh side wrapping section 12 and the calf side wrapping section 13, and the length of the short axis of the long circular, oval or elliptical shape ranges from 80mm to 100mm, such as 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 80mm to 90mm, and 90mm to 100mm, so that a wrapping bag with better comfort level and better wrapping performance can be designed by using the least amount of materials.
The thigh side wrapping section 12 is mainly used for wrapping thighs, and the shank side wrapping section 13 is mainly used for wrapping shanks to form a shape similar to a butterfly shape. For convenience of description, the direction in which the thigh-side wrapping section 12 and the calf-side wrapping section 13 are used for wrapping is defined as a length direction (i.e., a horizontal direction in fig. 1), and the direction in which the thigh-side wrapping section 12 and the calf-side wrapping section 13 are arranged is defined as a width direction (i.e., a vertical direction in fig. 1).
As shown in FIG. 2, preferably, the length L1 of the thigh-side wrapping section 12 is in the range of 510-590 mm, such as 510mm, 520mm, 550mm, 560mm, 590mm, 510-560 mm, 560-590 mm, the width H1 of the thigh-side wrapping section 12 is in the range of 170-210 mm, such as 170mm, 180mm, 210mm, 180-210 mm, the length L2 of the shank-side wrapping section 13 is in the range of 410-490 mm, such as 410mm, 420mm, 450mm, 490mm, 450-490 mm, and the width H2 of the shank-side wrapping section 13 is in the range of 180-220 mm, such as 180mm, 190mm, 220mm, 190-220 mm.
The inventor finds that due to the fact that the sizes of human body modules are different greatly due to different races, the sizes of the existing cold and hot compress packaging bags are designed according to the human body sizes of caucasians or black-seeded people, and the cold and hot compress packaging bags are not suitable for the yellow race people. Specifically, the average value of the thigh circumference of the yellow men is 515.1mm, the ratio of the thigh to the height is 30.2%, the average value of the shank circumference is 356.0mm, and the ratio of the shank to the height is 20.87%; the average thigh circumference of a yellow woman is 542.7mm, the ratio of thigh to height is 34.2%, the average shank circumference is 351.2mm, and the ratio of shank to height is 22.14%. Because the cold and hot compress wrapping bag mainly wraps the knee joint and does not cover the maximum value section of the thigh circumference and the calf circumference, the proper length of the thigh side wrapping section 12 and the calf side wrapping section 13 can be selected to cover most people of the yellow race. In addition, the thigh-side wrapping section 12 and the calf-side wrapping section 13 need to reserve the length of the connecting part (such as the second hook and loop fastener 32 described below), so that the size range can be selected to design a wrapping bag with wider applicability, better wrapping performance and more material saving.
Preferably, the second attaching structure 21 includes joint holes and/or elastic cloth, and the attachment and heat preservation of the joint portion can be further enhanced by the design of the elastic cloth, without limiting the flexibility of the joint portion. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3a and 3b, the area of the outer cover 20 corresponding to the first fitting structure 11 may be provided with a joint hole matching with the shape of the first fitting structure 11 to improve the wrapping fit of the whole hot compress wrapping bag, and a fluid inlet and outlet portion 230 is provided at a position below the joint hole to fluidly connect with the hot compress circulation device through a connecting pipe. In yet other embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b, outer cover 20 may cover a corresponding area of first conformable structure 11 with stretch cloth, or cover an area larger than first conformable structure 11, to form second conformable structure 21; as also shown in fig. 4 a-4 c, in some embodiments, second conformable structure 21 includes stretch cloth disposed on both sides of first conformable structure 11. Furthermore, in other embodiments, the joint holes may be used in combination with a resilient cloth.
Preferably, the inner container 10 and the outer sleeve 20 can be connected in various ways. In some embodiments, the liner 10 is removably connected to the outer cover 20. For example, as shown in fig. 4a to 4c, the inner container 10 is connected to the outer sleeve 20 by a first hook and loop fastener 31; optionally, the front surface (i.e. the surface facing away from the human body) of the inner container 10 is provided with a first hook-and-loop fastener 31, and the inner container 10 and the outer sleeve 20 are detachably connected by adhering the first hook-and-loop fastener 31 to the back surface of the outer sleeve 20. For example, as shown in fig. 3a and 3b, the inner container 10 is embedded in the outer cover 20, and optionally, an opening 22 for the inner container 10 to penetrate through is formed in the back of the outer cover 20, and a fixing component, such as a zipper, a hook and loop fastener, is optionally disposed at the opening. The inner container 10 and the outer sleeve 20 are detachably connected, so that the outer sleeve 20 is convenient to detach for cleaning and replacing. Particularly, when the liner 10 is connected with the outer sleeve 20 in a nested manner, the outer sleeve 20 is wrapped on the outer side of the liner 10, so that the liner 10 can be effectively protected, and when the outer sleeve 20 is polluted or worn, the outer sleeve can be replaced without discarding the whole cold and hot compress wrapping bag. In other embodiments, the inner container 10 and the outer sleeve 20 may be fixedly connected, as shown in fig. 5a and 5b, and the inner container 10 and the outer sleeve 20 are integrally designed, non-detachable and convenient to use.
Optionally, the cold compress and hot compress wrapping bag further comprises: and the second magic tape 32 is arranged at the edge of the inner container 10 and/or the outer sleeve 20, and is used for fixing the cold and hot compress and wrap bag after being wrapped at the preset part. In some embodiments, the second hook and loop fastener 32 may be disposed at the edge of the outer sleeve 20, as shown in fig. 4a to 4c, and the second hook and loop fastener 32 is disposed at the side edge of the outer sleeve 20 corresponding to the thigh side wrapping section 12 and the calf side wrapping section 13. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3a, 3b, 5a and 5b, the second hook and loop fastener 32 is disposed at the side edge of the inner container 10 corresponding to the thigh side wrapping section 12 and the calf side wrapping section 13. Optionally, when the second hook and loop fastener 32 is disposed at the edge of the inner container 10 and the outer sleeve 20 wraps the inner container 10, a through seam may be formed at a position of the outer sleeve 20 corresponding to the second hook and loop fastener 32, so that the second hook and loop fastener 32 can penetrate out of the inner sleeve 20, as shown in fig. 3a and 3 b. Of course, the second magic tape 32 may be disposed at different positions according to different suitable positions of the cold and hot compress wrapping bag and according to different shapes of the cold and hot compress wrapping bag.
It should be noted that the hot and cold compress packaging bag provided by the embodiment is not limited to be used for the knee joint, and can also be applied to joint parts with convex features, such as the ankle joint, the shoulder joint, the wrist joint or the elbow joint. Since the raised features of the ankle joint, the shoulder joint, the wrist joint, the elbow joint, or the like are smaller than those of the knee joint, but the covering area has more variation features, it is preferable to set the edges of the joint holes to an open form in order to improve the flexibility of the hot and cold compress wrapping bag after wrapping the joints. FIGS. 6a and 6b illustrate a hot compress wrap bag for an ankle joint; FIGS. 7a to 7c show a hot and cold compress wrap pouch for a shoulder joint; FIGS. 8a and 8b illustrate a cold and hot compress wrap bag for a wrist joint; fig. 9a and 9b show a hot compress wrap pouch for an elbow joint. In the cold-hot compress wrapping bags shown in fig. 6a to 9b, various different appearances of the cold-hot compress wrapping bags corresponding to different use parts are mainly illustrated, which only illustrate that the inner container 10 and the outer sleeve 20 are similar in size and shape, the inner container and the outer sleeve are fixedly connected, and the first attaching structure 11 and the second attaching structure 21 are arranged in a joint hole manner. It should be understood that the connection of the inner container 10 and the outer cover 20 of the cold compress wrap bag and the arrangement of the first and second conformable structures 11 and 21 are not limited. The shape of the hot/cold compress pack can be adjusted by those skilled in the art according to different joint parts and the above description.
The specific structure of the inner container 10 will be described below with reference to fig. 7a to 7c, taking a cold and hot compress wrapping bag for shoulder joints as an example.
The liner 10 includes a first sheet 110, a second sheet 120, a third sheet 130, a first bead 210, a second bead 220, a vent 310, and at least two fluid ports 320. In the example shown in fig. 7a to 7c, two liquid communication ports 320 are included, one of which is a liquid inlet and the other of which is a liquid outlet; the first sheet layer 110, the second sheet layer 120 and the third sheet layer 130 are sequentially stacked; the first welding edge 210 is welded to the same plane position of the first sheet layer 110, the second sheet layer 120 and the third sheet layer 130, that is, the first welding edge 210 welds the same position of the first sheet layer 110, the second sheet layer 120 and the third sheet layer 130 together; the second welding edge 220 is welded to the same plane position of the first sheet layer 110, the second sheet layer 120 and the third sheet layer 130 in a surrounding manner, that is, the second welding edge 220 surrounds the first sheet layer 110, the second sheet layer 120 and the third sheet layer 130, welds the same position of the first sheet layer 110, the second sheet layer 120 and the third sheet layer 130 together, and is connected with one end of the first welding edge, so that a first cavity 141 is formed between the first sheet layer 110 and the second sheet layer 120, and a second cavity 142 is formed between the second sheet layer 120 and the third sheet layer 130; the vent holes 310 are arranged at intervals between any two of the liquid through holes 320, the at least two liquid through holes 320 are communicated with the second cavity 142, and the vent holes 310 are communicated with the first cavity 141; preferably, the vent 310 and the liquid inlet 320 are both provided in the fluid inlet/outlet portion 230. The first bead 210 extends and is separated between the vent 310 and any one of the liquid through ports 320. As shown in fig. 7a, with respect to the central axis R of the hot and cold compress and wrap bag, the edge end S of the first welding edge 210 is gradually bent from a side away from the central axis R and approaches the central axis R to coincide with the central axis R, so that the liquid distribution on the left and right sides of the first welding edge 210 in the second cavity 142 is relatively balanced. The second welding edge 220 surrounds the peripheries of the first sheet layer 110, the second sheet layer 120 and the third sheet layer 130, and is located on the same plane position of the three sheet layers, that is, the three sheet layers can be welded at one time to form the second welding edge 220. The edge end S of the first welding edge 210 is connected to the second welding edge 220, so that the first cavity 141 and the second cavity 142 are both divided into a folded shape by the first welding edge 210, and the two liquid inlets 320 are distributed at the starting end and the ending end of the folded shape of the second cavity 142. Of course, in other embodiments, a greater number of fluid ports 320 may be provided, but at least a portion of the fluid ports 320 are located at the beginning of the folded-back pattern and another portion are located at the end of the folded-back pattern.
In the cold and hot compress wrapping bag, heat exchange liquid generally needs to be circulated, and therefore, a cavity (the second cavity 142 in this embodiment) for circulating the heat exchange liquid needs to be provided, and the second cavity 142 faces the treated part of the human body in use. Furthermore, in the embodiment, the first cavity 141 is disposed on a side of the second cavity 142 away from the human body, and is a pressure applying cavity in use, the first cavity 141 can be inflated by inflating air, and pressure is applied to the treated part of the human body through the second cavity 142, so as to improve the fitting property of the second cavity 142 to the treated part, and slow down the flow rate of the heat-exchanging liquid in the second cavity 142, so that the heat-exchanging liquid can fully exchange heat with the treated part. The first lumen 141 also applies a pressure to the treated area to reduce the occurrence of edema and the like. In the prior art, the first cavity 141 and the second cavity 142 are generally formed separately and then pressed into a whole, so that the formed cold and hot compress wrapping bag needs 4 sheets and is welded for many times.
Further, a sheet layer common to the first and second cavities 141 and 142 may be omitted, which may reduce the use of sheet material, but also requires multiple welding. Specifically, in the prior art, in some technical solutions, the first cavity 141 is not provided with an internal welding edge, and because the pressure direction of the gas is the same in all directions, the gas often expands uncontrollably, so that the final adhesion of the second cavity 142 is poor. In order to limit the uncontrolled expansion of the first cavity 141 and to enable a better conduction of the inflation pressure of the first cavity 141 to the second cavity 142, weld beads a may be provided in the first cavity 141. In order to reduce the flow rate of the heat-exchange liquid in the second cavity 142 and enable the heat-exchange liquid to exchange heat with the treated part sufficiently, a plurality of welding edges B may be provided to define the liquid flow path of the second cavity 142 into a plurality of zigzag back and forth shapes. In particular, since the first and second cavities 141 and 142 share one sheet, it is difficult to weld the same portion of one cavity again after welding the same portion of the other cavity. Therefore, the welding edge a in the first cavity 141 and the welding edge B in the second cavity 142 need to be welded at different plane positions in two times. Therefore, the manufacturing process is more, at least two sets of moulds AB are needed, and the cost is higher. And this embodiment is through merging into first welding limit 210 with welding limit A and welding limit B, will weld the position coincidence of limit A and welding limit B and arrange on the plane, and first welding limit 210 can one-time weld forming, only needs one set of mould, has simplified manufacturing procedure promptly, has reduced the mould cost again, has promoted production efficiency. Furthermore, the first welding edge 210 and the second welding edge 220 are formed by one-step pressing with the same mold, such as by ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation welding, which significantly simplifies the manufacturing procedure and process, and because only one set of mold is used for one-step pressing, the manufacturing cost is significantly reduced, and the design of the first welding edge 210 and the second welding edge 220 achieves significant technical effects.
In order to form a partition for the circulation of the heat-exchange liquid in the second cavity 142 by the first welding edge 210 and avoid the problem of thermal short circuit caused by the heat-exchange liquid in the second cavity 142 flowing out of the water outlet immediately after entering from the water inlet, the end of the first welding edge 210 connected with the second welding edge 220 is configured to extend and partition between the vent 310 and any one of the liquid through ports 320. With such a configuration, the two liquid passing ports 320 are respectively located at two sides of the first welding edge 210, so that the thermal short circuit problem is not generated. The first welding edge 210 not only separates the two liquid through ports 320 to form a fluid passage, but also restricts the expansion of the first cavity 141.
Preferably, the cold compress wrap bag further comprises a plurality of welding points 200, and the welding points 200 are welded between the second sheet layer 120 and the third sheet layer 130 at intervals. When the width of the fluid passage in the second chamber 142 is large, the heat-exchange liquid may not flow uniformly therein because it is easily folded or twisted when it is wrapped around the treatment site. The arrangement of the welding spots 200 can further enable the heat-exchange liquid to be uniformly dispersed in the whole second cavity 142, thereby avoiding the problem of non-uniform distribution of the heat-exchange liquid caused by the change of the shape of the second cavity 142.
Preferably, the second welding edge 220 has a corrugated structure along the stacking direction of the first sheet 110, the second sheet 120, and the third sheet 130. The inventor finds that the edges of the existing cold and hot compress packaging bags are generally flat, and in practical use, when the packaging bags are packaged on the treated part, the edges of the packaging bags can block the internal fluid channels due to folding or twisting. The second welding edge 220 is configured to be a corrugated structure, so that the deformation rate of the wrapping bag after being bent can be effectively reduced, and the wrapping bag can be prevented from being blocked and bent after being bent. In addition, the fold structure also improves the use comfort of the wrapping bag, and avoids the oppression of the rigidized part to the user when the straight edge is folded. It should be understood that the corrugated structure herein includes various forms such as a wave form or a zigzag form, which is mainly concave-convex in a direction along which the first sheet 110, the second sheet 120 and the third sheet 130 are overlapped (hereinafter, referred to as a vertical direction for convenience of description), and is not limited to the form in the planar development direction of the first sheet 110, the second sheet 120 and the third sheet 130. In the example shown in fig. 7a and 7b, the second welding edge 220 is not only concave-convex in the vertical direction, but also wavy in the planar expansion direction.
In some embodiments, the first sheet 110, the second sheet 120, and the third sheet 130 may be made of a flexible polymer material, such as nylon or polyurethane material, and the outer cover 20 may be made of fabric, and optionally, a waterproof coating or an antibacterial coating may be coated on the fabric. Further, the cold compress and hot compress wrapping bag further comprises a strap 400, wherein the strap 400 extends from the second welding edge 220 along a plane; or the strap 400 extends in a plane from the edge of the outer cover 20. The strap 400 may be disposed on any of the first sheet 110, the second sheet 120, and the third sheet 130, extending outward from the second welded edge 220, as shown in fig. 7 a. In this way, the cold and hot compress bag can be reliably wrapped on the treated part of the human body, and the outer cover 20 can be provided with a through hole for the bandage 400 to pass through. Of course, in other embodiments, the strap 400 may be secured to the sheath. The material of the band 400 is mainly a flexible non-stretch material such as a woven material or a nonwoven fabric. The materials of the various components of the cold pack wrap bag may be suitably selected and configured by those skilled in the art in view of the prior art.
As shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a hot and cold compress circulation system, which includes the hot and cold compress wrapping bag as described above and a hot and cold compress circulation device 300, wherein the hot and cold compress wrapping bag is connected to the hot and cold compress circulation device 300 through a connecting pipe. Generally, the hot and cold compress circulation device 300 can provide heat-exchange liquid (e.g., cold water and hot water) and gas (e.g., air), the connection pipe includes a water inlet pipe, a water return pipe and an air pipe, the heat-exchange liquid enters and exits the second cavity 142 through the water inlet pipe, the water return pipe and the liquid passing port 320 of the hot and cold compress wrapping bag, respectively, and the gas enters and exits the first cavity 141 through the air pipe and the air vent. Since the hot and cold compress circulation system provided by the embodiment includes the hot and cold compress packaging bag as described above, the hot and cold compress packaging system also has the beneficial effects brought by the hot and cold compress packaging bag as described above. The person skilled in the art can select a suitable hot and cold compress circulation device according to the prior art, and further details of the structure and principle of the hot and cold compress circulation device are omitted here.
In summary, in the hot and cold compress wrapping bag and the hot and cold compress circulation system provided by the present invention, the hot and cold compress wrapping bag includes: an inner container and an outer sleeve; the inner container is connected with the outer sleeve in a laminated manner; the inner container and the outer sleeve are used for wrapping a preset part; the inner container comprises a first attaching structure, the outer sleeve comprises a second attaching structure, and the first attaching structure and the second attaching structure are used for being matched with the joint bulge form of the preset part, so that a movable space is reserved in the preset part.
