Claims (10)
1. A medical reamer, comprising: the fixed cutter head comprises a main body part (1), a movable cutter body (2) and a fixed cutter head (3), wherein the main body part (1) comprises a pipe body (11), the fixed cutter head (3) comprises a main body part (31) and an expanding hole part (32) which are integrally arranged, the main body part (31) is of a rod-shaped structure which is arranged along the length direction of the pipe body (11), one end of the main body part (31) is fixedly connected with one end of the pipe body (11), and the expanding hole part (32) is arranged on the outer side surface of the main body part (31); the movable cutter body (2) comprises a movable cutter head (21) which penetrates through the pipe body (11), the movable cutter head (21) is arranged on one side, away from the reaming part (32), of the main body part (31), and when the movable cutter head (21) receives force along the axial direction of the pipe body (11), the movable cutter head (21) can move along the axial direction of the pipe body (11).

The medical reamer of claim 1, wherein: the movable tool bit (21) end part at the position of the fixed tool bit (3) is provided with a guide surface (211) which is convenient for pressing the movable tool bit (21) into the fixed hole main body (5), and the guide surface (211) inclines towards the lower part deviating from the direction of the fixed tool bit (3).

The medical reamer of claim 1, wherein: the outer peripheral surface of the movable tool bit (21) is respectively attached to the inner wall of the pipe body (11) and the outer surface of the main body part (31) and is connected with the outer surface of the main body part (31) in a sliding mode, the cross section of the pipe body (11) is circular, and the attached parts of the movable tool bit (21) and the main body part (31) jointly form a cylindrical structure matched with the pipe body (11).

The medical reamer of claim 1, wherein: the positioning structure is characterized in that a positioning hole (111) is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the pipe body (11) at one end where the fixed cutter head (3) is located, one end of the main body portion (31) penetrates through the pipe body (11), a positioning pin (311) is integrally arranged on the fixed cutter head (3), the positioning pin (311) penetrates through the positioning hole (111), and the positioning pin (311) is welded with the pipe body (11).
5. The medical reamer of claim 1, wherein: two tool faces (321) are arranged on one side of the reaming part (32) far away from the main body part (31), and a cutting edge (322) is formed between the two tool faces (321).
6. The medical reamer of claim 1, wherein: one end of the movable cutter head (21) far away from the fixed cutter head (3) extends out of the pipe body (11), and one end of the movable cutter head (21) far away from the fixed cutter head (3) is fixedly connected with a holding handle (22).

The medical reamer of claim 7, wherein: the gripping handle (12) comprises a connecting part (121) and two gripping parts (122) which are integrally arranged, the pipe body (11) penetrates through the connecting part (121), the pipe body (11) is fixed with the connecting part (121), the two gripping parts (122) are respectively arranged on two sides of the pipe body (11), and finger holes (1221) are formed in the gripping parts (122).
9. The medical reamer of claim 8, wherein: the connecting portion (121) is provided with a connecting hole (1211) matched with the tube body (11), the tube body (11) penetrates through the connecting hole (1211), and the tube body (11) and the connecting hole (1211) are fixed in a welding mode.
10. The medical reamer of claim 1, wherein: the outer surface of the main body piece (1) is provided with a first identification line (13), and the first identification line (13) is collinear with the cutting edge (322) of the fixed cutter head (3).
