As a specific example, the request for network entry message includes a message requesting to connect to a network, and the specific form of the message is not limited.
And step S102, sending a network access request message to the control terminal.
Specifically, after receiving a network access request message sent by a target controlled terminal, the network management and control center forwards the received network access request message to the control terminal. The control terminal is a terminal for controlling a target controlled terminal, and the number of the control terminals is not limited.
Step S103, receiving a response message sent by the control terminal according to the request network access message, wherein the response message comprises an identifier of the target controlled terminal and management and control information for managing and controlling the network state of the target controlled terminal.

And the network management and control center receives a response message sent by the control terminal.
And step S104, controlling the network state of the target controlled terminal based on the controlled terminal identification and the control information.
And after receiving the response message sent by the control terminal, the network management and control center determines the controlled terminal according to the identifier of the controlled terminal. And managing and controlling the network state of the target controlled terminal according to the information for managing and controlling the network state of the target controlled terminal, which is contained in the management and control information.

And after receiving a response message of the control terminal for the network access request message of the target controlled terminal, managing and controlling the network state of the target controlled terminal according to the identifier of the target controlled terminal and the management and control information of the target controlled terminal, which are contained in the response message. The network state of the target controlled terminal is managed and controlled on the network layer, so that the network state of the target terminal is managed and controlled more effectively.
In order to avoid that an illegal user utilizes the terminal internet access control method to perform illegal control on terminals of other users, as an optional embodiment of the application, the identity of the control terminal and the identity of the target controlled terminal can be verified. Accordingly, this embodiment may further include, before S101:
