Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
As shown in fig. 1, the present disclosure relates to a method for call processing, applied to a voice interactive device with a screen, and the method may include the following steps:
s101: under the condition of receiving a call request, verifying a calling object initiating the call request;
s102: sending a call connection request to a call cloud under the condition that the verification result is that the calling object has the call authority; the call cloud is used for providing call related services;
s103: and responding to the call completion confirmation information of the call cloud end, and executing call completion.
The execution subject of the method of the present disclosure may be a voice interaction device with a screen. Under the condition that the screen-equipped voice interaction equipment receives a call request of a calling object, the screen-equipped voice interaction equipment can carry out first verification on the calling object. The call request may include a call request such as "i want to have a conference call with sun" initiated by the calling object, and may also include a call instruction to the screen voice interaction device such as "go home" initiated by the calling object.
Illustratively, taking the call request as "go home", the call request may correspond to a call request to the on-screen voice interaction device. The voice interaction equipment with the screen executes the call connection action, and the automatic connection of the video call can be realized.
The validation of the calling object from which the call request originates may correspond to a single validation. The first verification may include verification of the identity of the calling object. For example, the identity of the calling object may be verified by presetting a black list or a white list. In case the calling object belongs to a white list, it may indicate a pass of the authentication. Conversely, in the case where the calling object belongs to the blacklist, it may indicate that the authentication is not passed.
In the case of a pass of the primary authentication, a secondary authentication may be initiated. The secondary verification may include verification of the calling object by the call cloud. The call cloud may be an execution end for providing call related services. The call-related services may include selecting a communication line, calculating a communication tariff in real time, and the like. The authentication content of the secondary authentication may be the same as or similar to the authentication content of the primary authentication.
And under the condition that the secondary verification is passed, the voice interaction equipment with the screen can receive call completion confirmation information sent by the communication cloud. The call completion confirmation information may serve as a trigger instruction to trigger a response to the call request, i.e., to trigger performing call completion. That is, the call completion operation can be automatically performed, and in the case where both the authentications are passed, the call completion can be automatically performed.
Through the process, the automatic call connection can be realized by utilizing two verification processes under the condition that the verification is passed. On the premise of ensuring the safety of the conversation, the efficiency of call connection is improved. More applicable scenarios can be covered.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, determining the call authority of the calling object includes:
s201: acquiring a group to which a calling object belongs;
s202: and determining that the calling object has the calling authority under the condition that the group to which the calling object belongs is a predetermined group.
The group may include a family group and/or a work group, etc. For example, the determination of the call authority may include determining whether the calling object and the called object belong to the same group. For another example, the determination of the call authority may include determining whether the calling object belongs to a predetermined group, or the like. The predetermined group may include the aforementioned family group, work group, and the like.
In case that the calling object and the called object belong to the same group, or in case that the calling object belongs to a predetermined group, it may be determined that the calling object has a call right as a result of the verification.
For each object (calling object, called object), the group may be pre-acquired or pre-established.
Taking the acquisition group as an example, the acquired group may be a work group. And acquiring the relevant information of the work group by logging in social software, registering in the work group and the like.
Taking the group establishment as an example, the established group may be a family group, and a plurality of objects may be established as the family group by using the mobile phone numbers or the device identifiers of different objects. The device identifier may be an identifier of a device bound to a server or cloud of a manufacturer. For example, the identifier may be a nickname of the device, or a device number assigned to the device by a server or cloud of a device manufacturer in the binding process, or the like. For example, the device employed by the family member "dad" can be a smart speaker, and the identification of the speaker can be "dad's speaker". The device adopted by the family member for ' mom ' can be a smart phone, and the identifier of the smart phone can be ' mom ' mobile phone '.
That is, a group pre-acquired or pre-established by each object may be saved in the group storage cloud. Under the condition that the voice interaction equipment with the screen receives a call request of a calling object, the group can be acquired from the cloud of the group storage, so that the calling object can be verified to determine whether the calling object has call permission.
Through the process, the call receiving authority can be opened only for the specific calling object, so that the effects of improving the privacy and the safety of the call are achieved.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, determining the call authority of the calling object may further include the following steps:
s301: acquiring call request configuration information of a calling object, wherein the call request configuration information is preset;
s302: analyzing the call request to obtain an analysis result;
s303: and under the condition that the analysis result conforms to the corresponding content of the call request configuration information, determining that the calling object has the call authority.
The call request configuration information may be determined when a call of a calling object is received for the first time, may be set when a group is acquired or constructed, and may be set for a contact person in an address list individually.
The call request configuration information may include a call mode allowed for the calling object, a call time allowed for the calling object, and the like. The calling mode may include a voice call or a video call.
By parsing the call request, a parsing result may be determined. That is, the manner of the call request, and the time of the call, etc. may be determined.
The analysis result is compared with the corresponding content of the call request configuration information, and the call request can be further verified. For example, in the call request configuration information, if the configuration information of "zhang san" as the calling object is only voice call permission, the call request is analyzed, and the obtained analysis result is a video call, it may be determined that zhang san as the calling object does not have the call authority.
Through the process, the calling authority of the calling object can be restrained by using calling modes, calling time and the like, so that the effects of calling privacy and safety can be further realized.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, step S103 may include the following steps:
s401: acquiring calling line information contained in the calling connection confirmation information;
s402: and selecting the corresponding calling line to carry out call connection according to the calling line information.
The calling line information may be generated by the call cloud. For example, the call cloud may generate corresponding call line information according to an identifier of a device (voice interaction device with screen) corresponding to the called object (and/or the calling object).
For example, when the identifier of the device corresponding to the called party is a mobile phone number, the calling line information may be generated according to an operator to which the mobile phone number belongs. The generated calling line information includes information for selecting a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) line corresponding to the operator to which the telephone number belongs.
Alternatively, in the case where the calling party and the called party are determined to belong to products of the same equipment manufacturer by using the identifier of the equipment, the generated calling line information may include information for selecting a network telephone line of the equipment manufacturer.
Through the above process, a more suitable calling line can be selected to perform call completion. For example, optimization of call tariffs, or optimization of call quality may be achieved. Or the cost performance can be balanced between the call charge and the call quality, so that the optimal call effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 5, the present disclosure relates to a call processing method applied to a call cloud, and the method may include the following steps:
s501: verifying a calling object under the condition of receiving a call connection request of the voice interaction equipment with the screen;
s502: and sending call completion confirmation information to the voice interaction equipment with the screen under the condition that the calling object has the call authority as a result of verification.
The call cloud may be an execution end for providing call related services. Call-related services may include authenticating a calling party, selecting a communication line, calculating a communication tariff, and the like.
The method comprises the steps that a call request is received by the voice interaction equipment with the screen, a calling object initiating the call request is verified, and a call connection request sent by the voice interaction equipment with the screen can be received by the conversation cloud under the condition that the calling object has a call authority.
In case of receiving a call completion request of the voice interactive device with screen, the caller who initiated the call request can be authenticated. Compared with the primary verification of the calling object initiating the call request by the voice interaction equipment with the screen, the verification performed by the call cloud can be used as secondary verification. The first authentication may be considered as authentication from the user information dimension, and the second authentication may be considered as authentication from the call service dimension.
The secondary verification process may include querying, with the call request, information about the caller who originated the call request. For example, the related information of the calling object may include a name, a nickname, an avatar of the calling object, a relationship between the calling object and the called object, and a device corresponding to the calling object. The relationship between the calling object and the called object may be whether the calling object belongs to a white list set by the called object. The device corresponding to the calling object may be determined by obtaining a Serial Number (SN) of the calling object.
When the verification result performed by the call cloud indicates that the calling object has the call authority, the communication line may be determined according to a network used by the device corresponding to the calling object or a communication operator used by the device corresponding to the calling object. And the determined communication line and the inquired related information of the calling object are used as call connection confirmation information for responding the call connection request and sent to the voice interaction equipment with the screen. So that the voice interactive apparatus with screen performs call completion according to the call completion confirmation information.
Through the process, the automatic call connection can be realized by utilizing two verification processes under the condition that the verification is passed. On the premise of ensuring the safety of the conversation, the efficiency of call connection is improved. More applicable scenarios can be covered.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the determining of the call right of the calling object involved in step S502 may include the following steps:
s601: acquiring a group to which a calling object belongs;
s602: and determining that the calling object has the calling authority under the condition that the group to which the calling object belongs is a predetermined group.
The predetermined group may include a family group and/or a work group, etc. For example, the determination of the call authority may include determining whether the calling object and the called object belong to the same group. For another example, the determination of the call authority may include determining whether the calling object belongs to a predetermined group, or the like.
For each object (calling object, called object), the group may be pre-acquired or pre-established.
Groups pre-acquired or pre-established by each object can be stored in the group storage cloud. Under the condition that the call connection request of the voice interaction equipment with the screen is received by the call cloud end, the group information of the calling object can be acquired from the group storage cloud end, so that the calling object can be verified to determine whether the calling object has the call permission.
Through the process, the call receiving authority can be opened only for the specific calling object, so that the effects of improving the privacy and the safety of the call are achieved.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment, the step S502 of sending the call completion confirmation message to the voice interactive device with screen may include the following steps:
s701: determining a calling line according to the identification of the calling object and/or the identification of the voice interaction equipment with the screen;
s702: and taking the calling line as call connection confirmation information, and sending the call connection confirmation information to the voice interaction equipment with the screen.
The identification of the calling object and the identification of the voice interaction device with the screen can be product serial numbers, or the identifications can be numbers or communication names of the calling object and the voice interaction device with the screen, and the like. The number may be a cell phone number, the communication name may be a user name of the device registered with the carrier or the attempt server, etc.
For example, when the identifier of the device corresponding to the called party is a mobile phone number, the calling line information may be generated according to the operator to which the mobile phone number belongs.
Through the above procedure, a more suitable calling line can be selected. For example, optimization of call tariffs, or optimization of call quality may be achieved. Or the cost performance can be balanced between the call charge and the call quality, so that the optimal call effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 8, in an embodiment, the step S502 of sending the call completion confirmation message to the voice interactive device with screen may include the following steps:
s801: acquiring related information of a calling object, wherein the related information comprises at least one of the name, the nickname and the head portrait of the calling object;
s802: and taking the relevant information of the calling object as call completion confirmation information, and sending the call completion confirmation information to the voice interaction equipment with the screen.
The related information of the calling object can be stored in the group storage cloud. By accessing the group storage cloud, the related information of the calling object can be acquired. For example, at least one of a name, a nickname, and an avatar of the calling object may be acquired.
The related information of the calling object is used as call connection confirmation information and sent to the voice interaction equipment with the screen, so that the voice interaction equipment with the screen can display the related information of the calling object when the call connection is executed.
