基于无线网络的智能变电站监控信息自动调试系统及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电力系统自动化调试的技术领域,具体涉及一种基于无线网络的智能变电站监控信息自动调试系统及方法。
背景技术
智能变电站内,数据通信网关机以MMS报文采集间隔层(测控、保护)设备信息报文,主站以104规约报文格式接收网关机上传的数据,实现遥信、遥测、遥控和遥调(“四遥”)四类功能。104规约报文以数字编号方式来表达信息对象,工程中须检查数据通信网关机发送的信息编号与实际设备的对应关系是否与设计约定一致,即开展远动信息核对工作。
传统的监控信息调试验证方式为:变电站和调度主站工作人员到位后,变电站工作人员按照调度下发的信息点表就地“发出”一个信号,调度主站接收并显示网关机上送的104动作报文,调度主站和变电站工作人员通过电话方式,利用信号在特定时间内“由0到1”(信号动作)或“由1到0”(信号复归)变化,判断变电站实际动作的信号与调度主站接收的信号是否一致。传统方式下,数以千计的信息点需变电站和主站两侧人员逐个人工核对,以确保信息的正确性,这种方式极大降低了人员工作效率,以一座新建220kV变电站为例,信息点约2000个,通常需要5至6人工作5天。在实际工程中,由于停电方式和通信光缆架设进度的影响,调度数据网络通道的建立也往往成为制约信息核对的关键因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供了一种基于无线网络的智能变电站监控信息自动调试系统,解决了以上所述的技术问题。
实现本发明的目的之一的技术方案如下:一种基于无线网络的智能变电站监控信息自动调试系统,所述自动调试系统包括调试控制模块和D5000模拟模块、IED仿真模块和无线网络接入模块;
调试控制模块和D5000模拟模块位于调度主站;
调试控制模块主要实现调度主站控制系统(D5000)功能模拟、主子站信息下发和自动比对、模型分析等功能。调试控制模块位于安全III区,实现电网模型数据的集中维护和存储管理;
D5000模拟模块主要实现调度主站控制系统功能模拟,与现有正式运行的生产控制系统(安全I区)具有相同的数据采集、模型建立、告警分析等功能,能够接收变电站上传的信息并进行转发。
进一步,所述调试控制模块用于实现变电站信息传动指令下发、信息核对等功能,根据变电站信息点表下发指令给站端IED模拟模块,IED模拟模块根据指令发送需要核对的信息点至数据通信网关机,经网关机上送主站D5000模拟模块,最后根据模拟系统发送的信息判断信息是否正确,并输出调试报告。
进一步,所述调试控制模块还具备数据同步功能,用于将经D5000模拟模块验证无误的变电站信息同步至正式运行的D5000系统,实现由调试态至运行态的转变。
进一步,所述IED模拟模块位于智能变电站,能够完成SCD、RCD文件解析,可模拟调度主站接收数据通信网关机发送的信息,还可模拟变电站间隔层设备发送信息至数据通信网关机,能够接收调度控制模块的控制指令。

(1)首先登录路由器,检查无线网络通信状态正常;
(2)网络通信正常后,由调试控制模块通过无线网络接入模块发送需要核对的遥测、遥信等变位指令给站端IED模拟模块,需要核对的信息可人工选择全部或其中一部分;
(3)IED模拟模块收到指令后,根据选定的信息点模拟相应保护、测控等间隔层设备,以MMS报文发送变位信息至数据通信网关机;
(4)数据通信网关机收到变位信息后触发遥信变位,通过无线网络接入模块以104规约上送变位信息至调度主站D5000模拟模块;
(5)调度主站D5000模拟模块收到报文后解析点号、值以及reference路径,并通过消息总线发送给调试控制模块;
(6)调试控制模块比对发送的指令和收到的消息内容,得到试验结果,并生成调试报告;
(7)根据调试结果修改有问题的信息点直至全部正确后,将调试系统数据同步至运行系统,完成核对试验。

变电站监控信息自动调试系统结构如图1所示,包括调试控制模块和D5000模拟模块、IED仿真模块和无线网络接入模块。

调试控制模块主要实现调度主站控制系统(D5000)功能模拟、主子站信息下发和自动比对、模型分析等功能。调试控制模块位于安全III区,实现电网模型数据的集中维护和存储管理。
D5000模拟模块主要实现调度主站控制系统功能模拟,与现有正式运行的生产控制系统(安全I区)具有相同的数据采集、模型建立、告警分析等功能,能够接收变电站上传的信息并进行转发。
调试控制模块主要实现变电站信息传动指令下发、信息核对等功能,根据变电站信息点表下发指令给站端IED模拟模块,IED模拟模块根据指令发送需要核对的信息点至数据通信网关机,经网关机上送主站D5000模拟模块,最后根据模拟系统发送的信息判断信息是否正确,并输出调试报告。
调试控制模块还具备数据同步功能,用于将经D5000模拟模块验证无误的变电站信息同步至正式运行的D5000系统,实现由调试态至运行态的转变。
IED模拟模块位于智能变电站,能够完成SCD、RCD文件解析,可模拟调度主站接收数据通信网关机发送的信息,也可模拟变电站间隔层设备发送信息至数据通信网关机,能够接收调度控制模块的控制指令。通讯架构采用C/S模式,IED模拟模块为服务器端,调度控制模块为客户端,数据传输采用TCP/IP协议通信。
无线网络接入模块主要是实现调度主站和变电站设备通过无线方式互联互通。网络系统结构设计分为移动终端层、网络安全通道层、安全接入设备层和业务系统层,利用移动网络运营商VPDN(Virtual Private Dial Network,虚拟专有拨号网络)业务搭建安全可靠的无线网络通道。
变电站监控信息自动调试流程如图2所示,在调试前首先登录路由器,检查无线网络通信状态正常。网络通信正常后,具体流程如下
(1)由调试控制模块通过无线网络接入模块发送需要核对的遥测、遥信等变位指令给站端IED模拟模块,需要核对的信息可人工选择全部或其中一部分。
(2)IED模拟模块收到指令后,根据选定的信息点模拟相应保护、测控等间隔层设备,以MMS报文发送变位信息至数据通信网关机。
(3)数据通信网关机收到变位信息后触发遥信变位,通过无线网络接入模块以104规约上送变位信息至调度主站D5000模拟模块。
(4)调度主站D5000模拟模块收到报文后解析点号、值以及reference路径,并通过消息总线发送给调试控制模块。
(5)调试控制模块比对发送的指令和收到的消息内容,得到试验结果,并生成调试报告。
根据调试结果修改有问题的信息点直至全部正确后,将调试系统数据同步至运行系统,完成核对试验。

(2)网络通信正常后,由调试控制模块通过无线网络接入模块发送需要核对的遥测、遥信等变位指令给站端IED模拟模块,需要核对的信息可人工选择全部或其中一部分;
(3)IED模拟模块收到指令后,根据选定的信息点模拟相应保护、测控等间隔层设备,以MMS报文发送变位信息至数据通信网关机;
(4)数据通信网关机收到变位信息后触发遥信变位,通过无线网络接入模块以104规约上送变位信息至调度主站D5000模拟模块;
(5)调度主站D5000模拟模块收到报文后解析点号、值以及reference路径,并通过消息总线发送给调试控制模块;
(6)调试控制模块比对发送的指令和收到的消息内容,得到试验结果,并生成调试报告;
(7)根据调试结果修改有问题的信息点直至全部正确后,将调试系统数据同步至运行系统,完成核对试验。
