The high value consumable management system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent cabinet further comprises a locking device, and after the PDA mobile terminal scans the opening certificate and checks the information, the management terminal sends an opening instruction to the locking device.
4. The high-value consumable management system according to claim 2, wherein the management terminal and the display device display the opening certificate on the display device.

The high-value consumable management system according to claim 2, wherein the intelligent cabinet further comprises a moving mechanism, the moving mechanism is driven by the driving mechanism to move, and the moving mechanism is linked with the storage box body and driven by the moving mechanism to move.
6. The high-value consumable management system according to claim 5, wherein the management terminal acquires the current location of the medical consumable to be delivered when the medical consumable is delivered;
acquiring the distance between the current position and the optimal position according to the current position of the medical consumables needing to be delivered out of the warehouse, and generating a driving parameter instruction of a driving mechanism according to the distance between the current position and the optimal position;
and the driving mechanism drives the moving mechanism to move according to the driving parameter instruction, so that the storage box body is moved to the optimal position.
7. The high-value consumable management system according to claim 1, further comprising a server;
the PDA mobile terminal is in wireless connection with the server, and uploads the warehousing and ex-warehouse data of medical consumables to the server in real time.

The high-value consumable management system according to claim 7, wherein the server predicts the inventory clearing time of each medical consumable, generates information reminding of increasing the inventory within a predetermined time, and returns the information to the PDA mobile terminal and the management terminal.
9. A high value consumable management method, characterized in that with the high value consumable management system of claim 1, the method comprises:
when the medical supplies are put in storage, the PDA mobile terminal collects information of all the purchased medical supplies; for medical consumables which do not have bar codes or two-dimensional codes, the PDA mobile terminal uploads information to the management terminal, the management terminal generates consumable label, and then the consumable label is stored in a warehouse;
when the intelligent cabinet leaves the warehouse, the management terminal generates an opening certificate corresponding to the intelligent cabinet according to the medical advice; and the PDA mobile terminal scans the opening certificate, and after the information is checked, the intelligent cabinet is opened.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
the PDA mobile terminal uploads the warehousing and ex-warehouse data of the medical consumables to the server in real time; and the server predicts the inventory zero clearing time of each medical consumable, generates information for reminding of increasing the inventory within a preset time, and returns the information to the PDA mobile terminal and the management terminal.
