In addition, in order to avoid the problem that food is missed due to the fact that the food delivery person forgets to store food and closes the box door of the target box grid, when the food taking cabinet detects that the target box grid is unlocked and no food is placed, prompt information is displayed through a touch screen, wherein the prompt information comprises but is not limited to character strings, images and videos, and is used for prompting the food taking person to correctly place the food; when the food taking cabinet detects that the target cell is locked and food is not placed, controlling the target cell to be unlocked; if the target cell is locked but food is not placed, indicating that the food is left out, and directly controlling the target cell to be unlocked by the food taking cabinet at the moment so that the food delivery personnel can correctly place the food until the food taking cabinet detects that the target cell is unlocked and the food is placed, and canceling the display prompt message.
In the embodiment, when a locking signal of the electronic lock of the target cell is detected, it is determined that the target cell is locked; when an unlocking signal of the electronic lock of the target cell is detected, determining that the target cell is unlocked; when the weight detected by the weight sensor is detected to be greater than or equal to a preset weight threshold value, determining that the target cell has placed food; when the weight detected by the weight sensor is detected to be less than a preset weight threshold value, determining that no food is placed in the target cell; therefore, food detection and detection of unlocking or locking of the target cell are realized.

the first temperature threshold is an upper limit value of a temperature control interval of the target cell, the second temperature threshold is a lower limit value of the temperature control interval of the target cell, the first temperature threshold is used for indicating to close the heating sheet and avoiding overhigh heating temperature, the second temperature threshold is used for indicating to start the heating sheet, the first temperature threshold can be set to be 50 ℃, the heating sheet corresponding to the target cell in the meal taking cabinet can be closed under the condition that the temperature in the target cell is higher than or equal to 50 ℃, the second temperature threshold can be set to be 40 ℃, and the heating sheet corresponding to the target cell in the meal taking cabinet can be started under the condition that the temperature in the target cell is lower than or equal to 40 ℃.
In addition, the food items and/or food nutrients stored in the target compartment may include multiple types, and for different food items and/or food nutrients, the corresponding first temperature threshold and second temperature threshold are also different, for example, for food which needs to be stored at normal temperature, such as fruits, the first temperature threshold needs to be set to be lower, so that the quality of the fruits is prevented from being reduced due to high-temperature storage, and for various dishes, a second temperature threshold which is higher is generally needed to be set; in addition, for food materials needing more refined temperature control, the corresponding preset temperature threshold value can be determined by combining the nutritional component information of the food, and the first temperature threshold value and the second temperature threshold value are set as threshold values which can maximally keep the nutrition of the food not to be damaged and the storage temperature of the food materials to be most consistent with the characteristics of the food materials; when the target cell is detected to be locked and food is placed, food information related to the target cell is obtained, the food information comprises category information and/or nutrient component information, the food information is sent by a server or input through the touch screen, and a first temperature threshold value and a second temperature threshold value are determined according to the food information.
And S110, when the temperature in the target cell is smaller than or equal to a second temperature threshold value, starting the heating sheet, and returning to the step of detecting the temperature in the target cell through the temperature sensor of the meal taking cabinet, wherein the first temperature threshold value is larger than the second temperature threshold value.
And under the condition that the temperature in the target cell is less than or equal to a second temperature threshold, starting the heating sheet, returning to the step of detecting the temperature in the target cell through the temperature sensor of the meal taking cabinet, continuously updating the temperature in the target cell, and maintaining the temperature in the target cell in a specific temperature interval, wherein the lower limit value of the specific temperature interval is the second temperature threshold, and the upper limit value is the first temperature threshold.
In the embodiment, when the target compartment is detected to be locked and food is placed, the temperature in the target compartment is detected through the temperature sensor of the meal taking cabinet; when the temperature in the target cell is greater than or equal to a first temperature threshold value, the heating sheet of the meal taking cabinet is closed, when the temperature in the target cell is less than or equal to a second temperature threshold value, the heating sheet is started, and the step of detecting the temperature in the target cell through the temperature sensor of the meal taking cabinet is returned to be executed, so that the temperature in the target cell can be continuously maintained in a constant temperature interval, and the quality of food storage is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, a fifth embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a fetching cabinet, which, based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 2, further includes, after step S40:
step S120, determining the accumulated time length that the target cell is locked and food is placed;

the first preset time is time information used for indicating when the user is reminded to take meals, the first preset time is set to be 10 minutes for example, and under the condition that the accumulated time is longer than 10 minutes, user information related to the target cell is obtained, and the user information can be input into the meal taking cabinet through the touch screen in advance by meal delivery personnel; or an information sharing database can be established between the meal taking cabinet and the meal delivery server, the meal taking cabinet is allowed to acquire user information associated with each cell in the shared database from the meal delivery server, in order to improve the safety, the meal delivery server can encrypt the transmitted user information by adopting an asymmetric encryption key, and after the meal taking cabinet receives the encrypted user information, the encrypted user information is decrypted based on the asymmetric decryption key, so that the user information is acquired; in addition, the identification information of the meal taking cabinet and the identification information of the target cell can be sent to the meal delivery server, the meal delivery server determines the user information related to the target cell based on the identification information of the meal taking cabinet and the identification information of the target cell, and the meal delivery server directly sends meal taking prompt information to the terminal equipment related to the user information.
Step S140, sending meal fetching prompt information to the terminal equipment associated with the user information;
after the user information is obtained, the meal taking cabinet sends meal taking prompt information to the terminal equipment associated with the user information, wherein the meal taking prompt information can be specifically short message notification, and the meal taking cabinet sends a short message to the terminal equipment associated with the user information to prompt the user to take meals in time.
Step S150, when the accumulated time length is longer than a second preset time length, sending a cell cleaning prompt message to terminal equipment associated with the meal taking cabinet, wherein the second preset time length is longer than the first preset time length;

Step S160, when a cell cleaning instruction input through the touch screen is detected, verifying whether operation information corresponding to the cell cleaning instruction has a cell cleaning authority or not;
related personnel still need to verify before clearing food in a target cell, firstly, a meal cabinet is taken, an interactive control for displaying cell clearing is displayed through a touch screen, for example, a button control for displaying cell clearing is displayed, and when the button control is detected to be clicked, whether operation information corresponding to a cell clearing instruction has cell clearing authority is verified, wherein the verification process can be to detect a cell clearing security code input through the touch screen, and determine that the cell clearing authority is possessed under the condition that the input cell clearing security code is matched with a preset security code; the operational information may be a security code or other information used to verify rights.
And S170, controlling the target cell to be unlocked when the operation information has the cell clearing authority.
Under the condition that the operation information has the cell cleaning authority, controlling the target cell to unlock, so that related personnel can clean the food in the target cell; in addition, after the target cell is controlled to be unlocked, the food taking cabinet can also send the user information associated with the target cell to the terminal equipment associated with the food taking cabinet, so that related personnel can contact the user to take food based on the user information after taking food again.
In the embodiment, the accumulated time length that the target cell is locked and the food is placed is determined; when the accumulated time length is longer than a first preset time length, acquiring user information associated with the target cell; sending meal fetching prompt information to terminal equipment associated with the user information; when the accumulated time length is longer than a second preset time length, sending a box cleaning prompt message to terminal equipment associated with the meal taking cabinet, wherein the second preset time length is longer than the first preset time length; when a cell cleaning instruction input through a touch screen is detected, verifying whether operation information corresponding to the cell cleaning instruction has a cell cleaning authority or not; when the operation information is provided with the cell cleaning right, the target cell is controlled to be unlocked, so that the user can be reminded to take the meal under the condition that the user does not take the meal temporarily and timely, and the meal is cleaned under the condition that the meal is not taken for too long time, so that the utilization rate of the cells of the meal taking cabinet is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a meal taking cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring instruction information input through a touch screen of the meal taking cabinet;
when the instruction information is a food storage instruction, first verification information corresponding to the food storage instruction is acquired through the touch screen;
controlling the target cell corresponding to the first verification information to be unlocked, and starting a food detection module of the meal taking cabinet;
starting a disinfection module of the meal taking cabinet when the target cell is detected to be locked and food is placed;
when the instruction information is a meal fetching instruction, second verification information corresponding to the meal fetching instruction is obtained through the touch screen;
and when the first verification information is matched with the second verification information, controlling the target cell to be unlocked.
2. The method of controlling a fetch cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of activating the decontamination module of the fetch cabinet upon detecting that the target compartment is locked and food has been placed comprises:
when the target cell is detected to be locked and food is placed, food information of the placed food is acquired;
and starting the disinfection module matched with the food information.
3. The method of controlling a fetch cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the food detection module is a weight sensor, and further comprising, before the step of activating the disinfection module of the fetch cabinet when it is detected that the target cell is locked and food has been placed:
when a locking signal of the electronic lock of the target cell is detected, determining that the target cell is locked;
when an unlocking signal of the electronic lock of the target cell is detected, determining that the target cell is unlocked;
when the weight detected by the weight sensor is detected to be greater than or equal to a preset weight threshold value, determining that the target cell has placed food;
when the weight detected by the weight sensor is detected to be less than the preset weight threshold value, determining that the target cell does not contain food.
4. The method for controlling the meal taking cabinet as claimed in claim 3, wherein after the steps of controlling the target cell corresponding to the first verification information to be unlocked and starting the food detection module of the meal taking cabinet, the method further comprises:
when the target cell is unlocked and food is not placed, displaying prompt information through the touch screen;
when the target cell is detected to be locked and food is not placed, controlling the target cell to be unlocked;
and when the target cell is detected to be unlocked and food is placed, the prompt message is cancelled to be displayed.
5. The method for controlling a cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the target compartment lock corresponding to the first verification information to be unlocked further comprises:
detecting the temperature in the target compartment through a temperature sensor of the meal taking cabinet when the target compartment is detected to be locked and food is placed;
when the temperature in the target cell is greater than or equal to a first temperature threshold value, closing the heating sheet of the meal taking cabinet;
and when the temperature in the target cell is less than or equal to a second temperature threshold value, starting the heating sheet, and returning to execute the step of detecting the temperature in the target cell through the temperature sensor of the meal taking cabinet, wherein the first temperature threshold value is greater than the second temperature threshold value.
6. The method of controlling a fetch cabinet as claimed in claim 5, wherein the step of detecting the temperature in the target compartment by the fetch cabinet temperature sensor is followed by further comprising:
when the target cell is detected to be locked and food is placed, food information related to the target cell is obtained, wherein the food information comprises category information and/or nutrient component information, and the food information is sent by a server or input through a touch screen;
determining the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold from the food information.
7. The method of controlling a fetch cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the step of activating the disinfection module of the fetch cabinet upon detecting that the target bin has been locked and food has been placed, further comprising:
determining a cumulative length of time that the target bin has been locked and food has been placed;
when the accumulated time length is longer than a first preset time length, acquiring user information associated with the target cell;
sending meal fetching prompt information to the terminal equipment associated with the user information;
when the accumulated time length is longer than a second preset time length, sending a compartment cleaning prompt message to terminal equipment associated with the meal taking cabinet, wherein the second preset time length is longer than the first preset time length;
when a cell cleaning instruction input through the touch screen is detected, verifying whether operation information corresponding to the cell cleaning instruction has a cell cleaning authority or not;
and when the operation information has the cell cleaning right, controlling the target cell to be unlocked.
8. A fetching cabinet characterized in that the fetching cabinet comprises a memory, a processor and a fetching cabinet control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the fetching cabinet control program when executed by the processor implements the steps of the fetching cabinet control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The fetch cabinet of claim 8, further comprising: the food disinfection device comprises a main control board, a lock control board, a food detection module and a disinfection module, wherein the processor is in communication connection with the main control board, the main control board is in communication connection with the lock control board through a CAN bus, and the lock control board is in communication connection with the disinfection module and the food detection module.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a control program of a fetch cabinet, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method of controlling a fetch cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
