Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
First, it should be noted that the method for automatically adjusting a enrollment quota described in this embodiment of the present application is stored in an enrollment reservation system or a corresponding server, a user may log in the system or the server through a corresponding terminal, the user may include a student, a parent, a school side person, and other managers, the student or the parent may log in an entry end of the system or the server through the corresponding terminal, the school side person or the other managers may log in a management setting end of the system or the server through the corresponding terminal, and the corresponding terminal may be a hardware device having a corresponding function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, and the like. The system can be pre-installed in the terminal, and a user can log in the system or the server in an APP (application), WEB (WEB site) mode and the like so as to automatically adjust the enrollment quota.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a method for automatically adjusting a enrollment quota, provided by an embodiment of the present application, includes:
s101: determining the estimated number of the enrollment and a preset enrollment period, and distributing a corresponding enrollment limit for the enrollment period according to the estimated number of the enrollment.
Specifically, the system can determine the estimated number of the entries, and the estimated number of the entries can be obtained by performing thorough investigation in a corresponding mode or can be determined in a pre-entry mode.
In addition, a enrollment period may be preset in the system, and the enrollment period is determined according to an enrollment date, for example, if the enrollment date is one day, then six enrollment periods may be divided according to the enrollment date.
Further, according to the estimated number of the registration persons and a plurality of enrollment periods, the average enrollment number corresponding to each enrollment period is determined to be used as an enrollment limit. For example, if the estimated number of the registration persons is sixty persons and the enrollment period is six, the enrollment limit for each enrollment period is ten persons.
If the average number of the recruits is an integer, the average number of the recruits is used as the corresponding recruitment amount of the recruitment period, and if the average number of the recruits is a decimal, the average number of the recruits is rounded up to be used as the corresponding recruitment amount of the recruitment period.
In addition, the system can also obtain the historical actual recruiting population corresponding to a plurality of recruiting time intervals, and taking any one of the plurality of recruiting time intervals as an example, the historical actual recruiting population of the recruiting time interval can be obtained, and the historical actual recruiting population can be the data of the last year or the average value of the data of a plurality of years.
Further, after the historical actual recruiting population corresponding to the plurality of recruiting periods is determined, the sum of the plurality of historical actual recruiting populations may be determined, and it may be determined whether the sum is not less than the estimated number of registered people.
Furthermore, if the sum is not less than the estimated number of the registration persons, it is indicated that the actual number of the registration persons is not enough in the estimated number of the registration persons, and at this time, the historical actual number of the registration persons corresponding to the enrollment period can be used as the enrollment limit corresponding to the enrollment period. If the sum is less than the estimated number of the registration persons, it indicates that the number of the registration persons is insufficient when the actual number of the registration persons is the estimated number of the registration persons, and at this time, the average number of the registration persons corresponding to each registration period needs to be determined in the manner described above, that is, according to the estimated number of the registration persons and the number of the registration periods, and the average number of the registration persons is used as the number of the registration periods corresponding to the registration periods.
Furthermore, the numerical value of the average enrollment number corresponding to each enrollment period can be determined according to the estimated registration number and the number of the enrollment periods, and if the numerical value is an integer, the numerical value is used as the average enrollment number and further used as an enrollment limit; if the number is a decimal number, rounding up according to the number, and taking the rounded number as the average number of the recruits and further as the recruitment amount.
S102: and aiming at any one of the plurality of enrollment periods, determining that the current number of roll-in persons who reserve the enrollment period exceeds the enrollment limit corresponding to the enrollment period, and judging whether other enrollment periods with the enrollment limit not full exist.
Specifically, taking any one of the plurality of enrollment periods as an example, if the current number of people who report in the enrollment period exceeds the enrollment limit corresponding to the enrollment period, it indicates that the enrollment limit corresponding to the enrollment period is full, and the current number of people who report in the enrollment period cannot be selected to report in the enrollment period, at this time, the system needs to determine whether there are other enrollment periods in which the enrollment limit is not full, so as to allocate the number of people who report in the enrollment period exceeds the enrollment limit to other enrollment periods.
The determination method of the number of the exceeded people is that the number of the exceeded people is determined according to the time of the enrollment people selecting the enrollment period, and when the enrollment limit of the enrollment period is full at a certain time point, the number of the exceeded people is determined by selecting the enrollment people in the enrollment period at the next time.
S103, if the other enrollment periods exist, determining the number of the current roll-out people exceeding the enrollment limit corresponding to the enrollment period, and distributing the number of the roll-out people to the other enrollment periods.
Specifically, the system may determine the number of people who currently have an attendance exceeding the enrollment limit corresponding to the enrollment period. Further, the system can respectively acquire the remaining enrollment limit of a plurality of other enrollment periods and perform a summation to determine whether the remaining enrollment limit is not less than the number of people who exceed the remaining enrollment limit.
If the remaining enrollment limit is not less than the excess number, the excess number is enough to be distributed in other enrollment periods, and at the moment, the excess number can be distributed to other enrollment periods. The distribution mode can be average distribution, or can be targeted distribution according to the remaining recruitment time limit corresponding to each other recruitment time period, for example, the excess people are distributed according to the same proportion according to the proportion of the remaining recruitment time limit of each other recruitment time period.
If the remaining recruitment limit is smaller than the excess number, the excess number cannot be completely distributed in other recruitment time intervals, and at the moment, the recruitment limit corresponding to the other recruitment time intervals needs to be increased so as to distribute the excess number to the other recruitment time intervals.
Specifically, the system may determine the difference between the excess number of people and the remaining enrollment amount, where the difference is an enrollee who cannot be scheduled even if the enrollment amounts for all enrollment periods are full.
Further, a subset to which the difference value belongs in a preset set of the system is determined. The preset set is a recruitment elasticity range set by the system, for example, the total recruitment amount is two hundred persons, the elasticity range is fifty persons, that is, at most fifty persons can be recruited under the condition that the recruitment amount is full, and the fifty persons at this time are the preset set.
Wherein the preset set may be divided into a plurality of subsets, for example, when the preset set is fifty people, one to ten people are the first subset, ten to twenty people are the second subset, twenty to thirty people are the third subset, three to forty people are the fourth subset, and four to fifty people are the fifth subset. Each subset in turn corresponds to a preset threshold value representing a reasonable number of enrollment periods supporting augmentation under the current subset. For example, a subset of one to ten people may have a corresponding preset threshold of 2, when it is reasonable to choose two enrollment periods for the compatibilization, and forty to fifty people may have a corresponding preset threshold of 6, when it is reasonable to choose six enrollment periods for the compatibilization. Through the arrangement mode, the survival time interval can be reasonably selected within the survival time elastic range for capacity increase, excessive capacity increase in one or more survival time intervals is avoided, and the working difficulty of survival staff is increased.
Further, a preset threshold corresponding to the subset to which the difference belongs is determined, and the size relation between the number of other enrollment periods and the preset threshold is judged. And processing other enrollment periods according to the size relationship so that the number of the other enrollment periods meets a preset threshold and meets a reasonable number of enrollment periods.
The above processing includes at least one of: if the number of the other enrollment periods is larger than the preset threshold, it indicates that the current situation does not need too many enrollment periods to perform capacity expansion, and randomly performs subtraction from the other enrollment periods until the number of the other enrollment periods is equal to the preset threshold; if the number of the other enrollment periods is smaller than the preset threshold, it indicates that the enrollment periods capable of performing capacity expansion in the current situation are too few, and non-other enrollment periods can be randomly selected from all enrollment periods and added to other enrollment periods until the number of the other enrollment periods is equal to the preset threshold; if the number of the other enrollment periods is equal to the preset threshold, it is indicated that the enrollment period requiring capacity increase is reasonable and does not need to be processed.
And further, taking the other enrollment periods after the treatment as other enrollment periods to be augmented, and respectively augmenting the enrollment amounts corresponding to the other enrollment periods to be augmented according to the difference.
Further, the above-mentioned exceeding number of people is distributed to other hospitality periods. It should be noted that the survival time period after the treatment is only used as the survival time period to be augmented, if there are other survival time periods not to be augmented, the number of people exceeding the survival time period still needs to be allocated to the time period, and only the time period does not need to be augmented.
S104: and if the other enrollment periods do not exist, performing capacity increase on enrollment amounts corresponding to all the enrollment periods according to a preset capacity increase amount and the number of the people exceeding the enrollment periods, and distributing the number of the people exceeding the enrollment periods in all the enrollment periods.
Specifically, if there is no other enrollment period, it indicates that the enrollment amount of all enrollment periods is full and the number of people exceeding the enrollment period cannot be allocated. In this case, the system would then need to be directly augmented for all enrollment periods and distribute the excess number of people over all enrollment periods.
Firstly, the system needs to determine a preset capacity limit, which can be flexibly set according to the actual situation, and the specific value of the capacity limit is not specifically limited, for example, the capacity limit is set to 1.
Further, the total capacity increase amount is determined according to the preset capacity increase amount and the number of all the survival time periods, for example, when the capacity increase amount is 1 and all the survival time periods are 6, the total capacity increase amount is 6.
Further, the system can determine whether the total capacity increase is not less than the number of people exceeding the capacity. If so, the increased residual recruitment credit can meet the excess number of people, and at the moment, the increased residual recruitment credit corresponding to all the recruitment time intervals can be increased according to the preset increased credit, namely, the number of the preset increased credit is increased for the recruitment credit corresponding to each recruitment time interval, and the excess number of people is evenly distributed in all the recruitment time intervals. The average distribution is not required to be distributed into at least one exceeding number of people in each enrollment period, the enrollment periods without the exceeding number of people can exist, and the average distribution is only required to be carried out in one or more enrollment periods with the exceeding number of people.
If the total capacity increase quantity is less than the number of the exceeding persons, the number of the exceeding persons cannot be distributed in the hospitalization period after the capacity increase. At the moment, the preset capacity increasing limit can be adjusted according to the number of the people exceeding the capacity, namely, the capacity increasing limit is increased until the total capacity increasing number is not less than the number of the people exceeding the capacity. It should be noted that, after the capacity increase limit is adjusted, the total capacity increase amount cannot exceed the preset set, i.e., the maximum flexible number of the recruits. Furthermore, the system can increase the recruitment credit corresponding to all recruitment periods according to the adjusted increase credit, namely, the adjusted increase credit is added to the recruitment credit corresponding to each recruitment period, and the number of the people exceeding the recruitment credit is evenly distributed in all the recruitment periods. The average distribution is not required to be distributed into at least one exceeding number of people in each enrollment period, the enrollment periods without the exceeding number of people can exist, and the average distribution is only required to be carried out in one or more enrollment periods with the exceeding number of people.
In one embodiment, the system can also determine the registration deadline according to the preset registration time, determine the actual number of registration persons corresponding to each enrollment period, and determine the number of enrollment staff persons corresponding to the enrollment period according to the actual number of registration persons. So as to save human resources to the maximum extent under the condition of meeting the normal operation of the enrollment work.
In one embodiment, the system may also determine entry information for the entry, the entry information including at least: name, certificate number, and enrollment period. Further, determining that the entry is not repeatedly registered by the entry, and generating an entry two-dimensional code as an entry certificate of the entry.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the present application further provides an apparatus for automatically adjusting a recruitment quota, including: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to:

and if the other enrollment periods do not exist, performing capacity increase on enrollment amounts corresponding to all the enrollment periods according to a preset capacity increase amount and the number of the people exceeding the enrollment periods, and distributing the number of the people exceeding the enrollment periods in all the enrollment periods.
