The function realization of the multi-service channel item declaration comprises a public-oriented service channel and a multi-service channel collaboration platform; the multi-service channel coordination platform is used for pushing the event to be processed to the next channel needing system processing according to the business coordination process engine and the business system scheduling rule when receiving the business request needing coordination of the access layer, and returning to the node where the business is initiated after the channel processing is finished; meanwhile, the service request data of each channel is recorded, and the service processing node and the current state are recorded. The functions of various terminal devices are incorporated into the same service information comprehensive management system, so that a transverse expansion function can be provided for the access of other subsequent channels, and powerful guarantee is provided for the stable operation of a platform; through a uniform access standard, the advantage services of each service channel are uniformly integrated to form a cooperative advantage service resource pool; performing unified classification management on services accessed to the collaboration platform, storing service request data of each channel, and recording service processing nodes and states; and pushing the event to be processed to a channel provided by the next cooperative advantageous service capability by the calling process engine through retrieving the access request of the user, and returning to the service information comprehensive management platform after the channel is processed.
The service information comprehensive scheduling method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to second terminal equipment, and the access authorization request instruction is generated based on a user access request by receiving the access authorization request instruction sent by the first terminal equipment; generating an access authorization confirmation instruction according to the access authorization request instruction and sending the access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal equipment; and sending the declaration material of the access service item determined by the first terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal device, so that the first terminal device sends the declaration material of the access service item to the service information comprehensive platform to complete declaration of the access service item. Through information interaction between the first terminal device and the second terminal device, information transmission and cooperation among all access service items are achieved, reporting of data can be conveniently carried out among all service channels, all service channels are scheduled, and therefore the items reporting is convenient for users, and the efficiency of government affair service is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept as the service information comprehensive scheduling method shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a service information comprehensive scheduling apparatus, as described in the following embodiments. As the principle of the device for solving the problem is similar to the method for comprehensively scheduling the service information in fig. 1, the implementation of the device can refer to the implementation of the method for comprehensively scheduling the service information in fig. 1, and repeated parts are not described again.
The structure of the device is shown in fig. 3, the device is applied to a first terminal device, and the device comprises: an access request receiving module 31, an authorization request instruction generating module 32, an authorization request instruction transmitting module 33, an authorization confirmation instruction receiving module 34, and a first declaration material transmitting module 35; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
an access request receiving module 31, configured to receive a user access request;
an authorization request instruction generating module 32, configured to generate an access authorization request instruction according to the user access request;
an authorization request instruction sending module 33, configured to send an access authorization request instruction to the second terminal device, so that the second terminal device generates an access authorization confirmation instruction according to the access authorization request instruction;
an authorization confirmation instruction receiving module 34, configured to receive an access authorization confirmation instruction sent by the second terminal device, and obtain a declaration material of an access service item from the second terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction;
the first declaration material sending module 35 is configured to send declaration materials of the access service items to the service information integration platform, so as to complete declaration of the access service items.
In an embodiment, the authorization request instruction generating module 32 is specifically configured to:
determining the service access items required by the user according to the user access request;
an access authorization request instruction corresponding to the access service transaction is generated based on the access service transaction.
In an embodiment, the authorization request instruction generating module 32 is specifically configured to:
determining service items to be accessed according to the user access request;
judging whether the service items to be accessed have the access authority or not;
and when the user does not have the access authority, generating an access authorization request instruction according to the user access request.
In an embodiment, the authorization confirmation instruction receiving module 34 is specifically configured to:
receiving an access authorization confirmation instruction sent by the second terminal equipment;
access to the access service item according to the access authorization confirmation instruction;
and determining the declaration material pre-configured in the access service event, and acquiring the declaration material of the access service event matched with the declaration material pre-configured in the second terminal equipment.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and the storage module is used for storing the user access request or sending the user access request to the second terminal equipment so that the second terminal equipment stores the user access request.
Based on the same inventive concept as the service information comprehensive scheduling method shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a service information comprehensive scheduling apparatus, as described in the following embodiments. an authorization request instruction receiving module 41, configured to receive an access authorization request instruction sent by a first terminal device, where the access authorization request instruction is generated based on a user access request;
the authorization confirmation instruction generating module 42 is configured to generate an access authorization confirmation instruction according to the access authorization request instruction and send the access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal device;
the second declaration material sending module 43 is configured to send declaration material of the access service item, which is determined by the first terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction, to the first terminal device, so that the first terminal device sends declaration material of the access service item to the service information integration platform, so as to complete declaration of the access service item.
In an embodiment, the authorization confirmation instruction generating module 42 is specifically configured to:
determining an access service item requesting authorization in the access authorization request instruction;
generating an access authorization confirmation instruction aiming at the determined access service items requiring authorization;
and sending an access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal equipment.
In an embodiment, the second declaration material sending module 43 is specifically configured to:
receiving a wake-up signal generated by the first terminal device based on the declared material of the determined access service item;
and sending declaration material of the determined access service event to the first terminal equipment in response to the wake-up signal.
According to the service information comprehensive scheduling device provided by the embodiment of the invention, first terminal equipment receives a user access request; generating an access authorization request instruction according to the user access request; sending an access authorization request instruction to second terminal equipment, and generating an access authorization confirmation instruction by the second terminal equipment according to the received access authorization request instruction; sending an access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal device, and acquiring declaration materials of access service items from the second terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction; and sending declaration materials of the access service items to the service information comprehensive platform to complete declaration of the access service items. Through the interaction between the first terminal device and the second terminal device, information transmission and cooperation among all access service items are realized, reporting of data can be conveniently carried out among all service channels, all service channels are scheduled, and therefore the items reporting is convenient for users, and the efficiency of government affair service is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a computer device for a service information integrated scheduling method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may include a processor 501 and a memory 502 storing computer program instructions.
Specifically, the processor 501 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be configured as one or more Integrated circuits implementing embodiments of the present invention.
Memory 502 may include mass storage for data or instructions. By way of example, and not limitation, memory 502 may include a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), a floppy Disk Drive, flash memory, an optical Disk, a magneto-optical Disk, tape, or a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Drive or a combination of two or more of these. Memory 502 may include removable or non-removable (or fixed) media, where appropriate. The memory 502 may be internal or external to the integrated gateway disaster recovery device, where appropriate. In a particular embodiment, the memory 502 is non-volatile solid-state memory. In a particular embodiment, the memory 502 includes Read Only Memory (ROM). Where appropriate, the ROM may be mask-programmed ROM, Programmable ROM (PROM), Erasable PROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), electrically rewritable ROM (EAROM), or flash memory or a combination of two or more of these.
The processor 501 reads and executes the computer program instructions stored in the memory 502 to implement the method for service information integrated scheduling in the above-described embodiment.
In one example, the computer device described above can also include a communication interface 503 and a bus 504. As shown in fig. 5, the processor 501, the memory 502, and the communication interface 503 are connected via a bus 504 to complete communication therebetween.
The communication interface 503 is mainly used for implementing communication between modules, devices, units and/or devices in the embodiments of the present invention.
The bus 504 includes hardware, software, or both to couple the above-described components to one another. For example, a bus may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other graphics bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, a Front Side Bus (FSB), a Hyper Transport (HT) interconnect, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, an infiniband interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) bus, a memory bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) bus, a video electronics standards association local (VLB) bus, or other suitable bus or a combination of two or more of these. Bus X10 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses have been described and shown in the embodiments of the invention, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the invention.
The computer device may execute the method for service information integrated scheduling in the embodiment of the present invention, so as to implement the method and apparatus for service information integrated scheduling described in conjunction with fig. 1 and fig. 2.
Further, the method for service information integrated scheduling described with reference to fig. 1 may be implemented by a program (or instructions) recorded on a computer-readable storage medium. For example, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by at least one computing device, cause the at least one computing device to perform a method for service information integrated scheduling may be provided.
The computer program in the computer-readable storage medium may be executed in an environment deployed in a computer device such as a client, a host, a proxy device, a server, and the like, and it should be noted that the computer program may also be used to perform additional steps other than the above steps or perform more specific processing when the above steps are performed, and the content of the additional steps and the further processing are already mentioned in the description of the related method with reference to fig. 1, and therefore will not be described again here to avoid repetition.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The principle and the implementation mode of the invention are explained by applying specific embodiments in the invention, and the description of the embodiments is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A service information comprehensive scheduling method is applied to a first terminal device, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a user access request;
generating an access authorization request instruction according to the user access request;
sending the access authorization request instruction to second terminal equipment so that the second terminal equipment generates an access authorization confirmation instruction according to the access authorization request instruction;
receiving an access authorization confirmation instruction sent by the second terminal device, and acquiring declaration materials of access service items from the second terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction;
and sending declaration materials of the access service items to a service information comprehensive platform so as to complete declaration of the access service items.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an access authorization request instruction according to the user access request comprises:
determining the service access items required by the user according to the user access request;
and generating an access authorization request instruction corresponding to the access service item based on the access service item.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an access authorization request instruction according to the user access request comprises:
determining service items to be accessed according to the user access request;
judging whether the service item to be accessed has an access right or not;
and when the user does not have the access authority, generating an access authorization request instruction according to the user access request.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving an access authorization confirmation instruction sent by the second terminal device, and the obtaining declaration material of the access service item from the second terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction comprises:
receiving an access authorization confirmation instruction sent by the second terminal equipment;
accessing the access service item according to the access authorization confirmation instruction;
determining a report material configured in advance in the access service event, and acquiring the report material of the access service event matched with the report material configured in advance in the second terminal device.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the user access request, the method further comprises:
and storing the user access request or sending the user access request to the second terminal equipment so that the second terminal equipment stores the user access request.
6. A service information comprehensive scheduling method is applied to a second terminal device, and comprises the following steps:
receiving an access authorization request instruction sent by first terminal equipment, wherein the access authorization request instruction is generated based on a user access request;
generating an access authorization confirmation instruction according to the access authorization request instruction and sending the access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal equipment;
and sending the declaration material of the access service item determined by the first terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal device, so that the first terminal device sends the declaration material of the access service item to a service information integration platform to complete declaration of the access service item.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the generating an access authorization confirmation instruction according to the access authorization request instruction and sending the access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal device comprises:
determining an access service item requesting authorization in the access authorization request instruction;
generating an access authorization confirmation instruction aiming at the determined access service items requiring authorization;
and sending the access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal equipment.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein said sending, to the first terminal device, declaration material of the access service item determined by the first terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction comprises:
receiving a wake-up signal generated by the first terminal device based on the declared material of the determined access service item;
sending declaration material of the determined access service event to the first terminal device in response to the wake-up signal.
9. The comprehensive scheduling device for the service information is applied to a first terminal device, and comprises:
the access request receiving module is used for receiving a user access request;
the authorization request instruction generating module is used for generating an access authorization request instruction according to the user access request;
an authorization request instruction sending module, configured to send the access authorization request instruction to a second terminal device, so that the second terminal device generates an access authorization confirmation instruction according to the access authorization request instruction;
an authorization confirmation instruction receiving module, configured to receive an access authorization confirmation instruction sent by the second terminal device, and obtain a declaration material of an access service item from the second terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction;
and the first declaration material sending module is used for sending declaration materials of the access service items to a service information comprehensive platform so as to complete declaration of the access service items.
10. The comprehensive scheduling device for the service information is applied to a second terminal device, and comprises the following components:
the device comprises an authorization request instruction receiving module, a first terminal device and a second terminal device, wherein the authorization request instruction receiving module is used for receiving an access authorization request instruction sent by the first terminal device, and the access authorization request instruction is generated based on a user access request;
the authorization confirmation instruction generation module is used for generating an access authorization confirmation instruction according to the access authorization request instruction and sending the access authorization confirmation instruction to the first terminal equipment;
and the second declaration material sending module is configured to send declaration material of the access service item, which is determined by the first terminal device based on the access authorization confirmation instruction, to the first terminal device, so that the first terminal device sends declaration material of the access service item to a service information integration platform to complete declaration of the access service item.
11. An electronic device, characterized in that the device comprises:
a processor;
a memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, implements the service information integrated scheduling method of any one of claims 1-5 or 6-8.
12. A computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by at least one computing device, cause the at least one computing device to perform the service information integrated scheduling method of any of claims 1-5 or 6-8.
