Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The technical solutions proposed in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a barrier-free service method based on a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, an obstacle-free service method based on a mobile terminal provided in an embodiment of the present application mainly includes the following steps:
s101, dividing mobile terminal services into a plurality of types, and respectively allocating corresponding block areas in a mobile terminal display interface aiming at each type of mobile terminal services.
In the embodiment of the present application, the services that can be performed on the mobile terminal are all mobile services, and for services commonly used by the elderly, the mobile services can be divided into multiple types, for example: the system comprises an old age certificate handling service, a weather forecast service, a bus inquiry service, a medical service, a vegetable buying service and the like. And the mobile terminal allocates corresponding block areas for the divided mobile terminal services and displays the corresponding display interfaces on the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, the mobile terminal presets a display format of each block area in the display interface, for example, how many block areas can be accommodated by one interface, a specific arrangement mode of the block areas in each interface, and the like. And then, determining the historical use frequency of each mobile terminal service in the historical duration, and sequentially allocating a corresponding display interface and a block area to the mobile terminal service according to the descending order of the historical use frequency. In general, the higher the service frequency of the mobile station, the more priority the mobile station is to allocate, and the higher the corresponding block area.
In an embodiment, since the number of the block areas on the display interface is limited, when the number of the mobile services is large enough, one display interface cannot accommodate all the mobile services, and at this time, the mobile terminal pages the display interface. When the user slides the interface, the mobile terminal takes the received sliding operation as a second trigger operation, and switches the display interface in response to the second trigger operation acting on the display interface.
S102, determining display parameters corresponding to each block area according to preset highlighting conditions, and performing character marking and color filling on the block areas according to the display parameters.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to make the user distinguish the block areas more prominently, thereby calling corresponding mobile terminal service, the mobile terminal can determine the display parameters of each block area according to the preset highlighting conditions, the block areas are filled with background colors, and the corresponding mobile terminal service names are marked on the block areas for user identification, through highlighting of colors and fonts, the distinguishing degree of the block areas is improved, and the use difficulty of the old and people with visual disorder is reduced.
Specifically, the highlighting conditions preset by the mobile terminal are divided into three types, namely, highlighting the color, the font and the display area. In order to enable the old people and the people with visual impairment to clearly recognize the mobile terminal service corresponding to the block area, firstly, under the condition that the display interface of the mobile terminal is not exceeded, the display area of the block area is enlarged, meanwhile, the font size of the character mark corresponding to the block area is correspondingly enlarged, and the recognition difficulty is reduced; secondly, selecting a conspicuous color as a background color of the block area, wherein the color with more vivid color and higher identification degree is generally selected; finally, according to the color comparison table, the color with the maximum contrast with the background color, namely the color with the maximum contrast is determined as the color of the character mark corresponding to the block area.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a barrier-free service display interface based on a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the display interface has four partitioned areas, which correspond to four mobile services, i.e., bus inquiry, medical service, vegetable buying service, and home service, respectively. Wherein, the display area and the character size of each block area are large, the background is filled with different colors, and the background color and the character color have contrast. Through a simple interface, a large display area and a large font size, the contrast of the background color of the area and the font color is improved, so that a user can more visually identify the mobile terminal service corresponding to each block area, the complexity of the interface is reduced, and the usability is higher.
It should be noted that the display interface provided in the embodiment of the present application is only an example, and the actual background color and font color should be a color with vivid color, and can be set in a variety of ways.
S103, determining voice prompts aiming at the display parameters, and automatically playing the voice prompts under the condition that the user operation is not detected within a preset time period.
In the embodiment of the application, after the mobile terminal determines the display parameters of each block area, a corresponding voice prompt is preset for each display parameter, and if the user does not perform any operation within a preset time period after entering the display interface, the mobile terminal automatically plays the voice prompt so that the user can identify the corresponding block area according to the voice prompt and start the mobile terminal service. For example, after the user enters the mobile terminal display interface, if no operation is performed within 3s, the "respected user is good" is automatically played in a loop, and the corresponding color is clicked to obtain the service required by the user. A red area representing the handling of the aged certificate; green areas, representing weather forecasts; blue area, representing bus inquiry; yellow area, representing medical services; black area, representing a vegetable buying service; orange square, representing home services. You click on a color to get service and then play it back. "
The voice prompt further improves the availability of the mobile terminal service, and under the condition that the user cannot easily obtain the service by amplifying the display area and the character size of the block area, the corresponding mobile terminal service can be obtained by clicking the block area with the corresponding color according to the guidance of the voice prompt.
And S104, responding to the first trigger operation aiming at the block area, and starting the corresponding mobile terminal service.
In this embodiment of the present application, after the user triggers the corresponding block area, the mobile terminal may respond to the first trigger operation applied to the block area to start the corresponding mobile terminal service. Wherein the first trigger operation is related to a click operation.
In one embodiment, when the user uses up the mobile terminal service, the mobile terminal records the start running time and the end using time of the service, and accordingly constructs a running record table for the mobile terminal service. And traversing the operation record table of each mobile terminal service, if the interval between the starting operation time and the ending operation time does not exceed a preset value (the preset value is generally set to be very small), indicating that the user finishes quitting in a short time after starting the mobile terminal service, and considering the characteristic that the response of the old or the weak sight is not flexible enough, the mobile terminal can determine the operation of quitting in the short time as a flash quitting operation. When the number of times of flash back operation of a certain mobile terminal service exceeds a preset threshold, the mobile terminal service is started for many times and is immediately backed out, so that the effect of highlighting the mobile terminal service is determined to be poor, and at the moment, the mobile terminal changes corresponding display parameters under the condition of not influencing the identification degree of other block areas. For example, the background color and the font color of the block area are changed into more obvious colors, or the display area and the character size of the block area are continuously enlarged, so that the block area corresponding to the mobile terminal service is highlighted within the maximum limit, and a user can more easily identify the block area.
In one embodiment, as the service duration of the mobile terminal service is continuously increased, the mobile terminal provides a display interface more meeting personal operation requirements for each user according to the use preference of each user, so as to further reduce the difficulty of the mobile terminal operation and meet the use requirements of special users.
Specifically, the mobile terminal constructs a corresponding operation record table according to the start service time, the end service time and the service frequency of each mobile terminal service in a preset time period. The usage frequency can be identified as the number of usage times of the mobile terminal service in a preset time period. And secondly, taking the interval between the starting service time and the ending service time of the mobile terminal service as the service duration, determining and sequencing the priority of each mobile terminal service according to the service duration and/or the service frequency, wherein the longer the service duration or the higher the service frequency of the mobile terminal service is, the higher the priority is. And adjusting the display parameters and the display positions of the block areas respectively corresponding to the mobile terminal services according to the sequence of the priorities from high to low. The higher the priority is, the larger the display area is, the more front the display position is, the more obvious the area background color and the character color are, and the larger the character size is. The use priority of the mobile terminal service is determined according to the use record of the user, and the use preference and the dependence degree of the user on each mobile terminal service can be measured. The display mode of each block area is adjusted according to the priority, so that the mobile terminal service with higher user dependence is preferentially displayed and more prominently displayed, and the display mode of the block areas can meet the use requirements of users.
In one embodiment, to further reduce the difficulty of using the special user, the mobile terminal may determine whether the mobile terminal service is in a normal use state according to an interval between a start time and an end time of the mobile terminal service, and if the interval exceeds a preset value, the mobile terminal service is normally operated, instead of causing a flash back due to a misoperation. After the mobile terminal service is used, the mobile terminal determines the current mobile terminal service responded by the next first trigger operation of the user, and constructs a corresponding switching record table according to the switching between the current mobile terminal service and the previous mobile terminal service.
It should be noted that, when the handover record table is constructed, the mobile terminal needs to determine whether an interval between the end service time of the previous mobile terminal and the start service time of the current mobile terminal exceeds a preset time interval, and if the time interval is smaller than the preset time interval, it is indicated that the previous mobile terminal service is rapidly switched to the next mobile terminal service after the end service, and the two services are switched in a short time, and there may be a certain association relationship between the services, rather than the next mobile terminal service is naturally started after the previous mobile terminal service is ended for a long time.
Further, the switching times between each mobile terminal service and other mobile terminal services are determined according to the switching record table. When the switching times exceed the preset times, it indicates that the user mostly turns to start another mobile terminal service after using a certain mobile terminal service, and then the mobile terminal considers that the association between the two mobile terminal services is very close, so that the elderly or visually-impaired people can easily recognize each mobile terminal service, and the block areas corresponding to the two mobile terminal services having the association relationship can be adjusted to the adjacent positions. The adjacent positions may be adjacent to each other in the left-right direction or in the up-down direction, and the setting of the adjacent positions is not limited in the present application.
In a possible implementation manner, the mobile terminal calculates the weight of any two mobile terminal services according to the switching times of the mobile terminal services, and judges the association degree between the mobile terminal services according to the weight. And then, sequentially adjusting the display positions of the two mobile terminal services corresponding to the weights according to the magnitude sequence of the weights, namely the magnitude of the association degree. The larger the weight is, the larger the association degree is, the higher the priority is to adjust the corresponding display position, so that the user requirement is further met, and the operation complexity is reduced.
According to the barrier-free service method based on the mobile terminal, the corresponding block areas are distributed to the mobile terminal service in the mobile terminal display interface and are highlighted, so that the display interface is simplified, the identification degree of the block areas is improved, the method is beneficial for the old and people with visual disorder to obtain the required service, and the operation is more friendly; on the basis of the highlighted interface, voice prompts aiming at various display parameters are automatically played, the availability of mobile terminal services is further improved, and the mobile terminal services corresponding to the partitioned areas with different colors can be obtained through voice guidance even under the condition that the character marks are not clear; determining the priority of different mobile terminal services according to the service duration and/or the service frequency of the different mobile terminal services, and further adjusting the display position and the display parameters of the corresponding block area according to the priority, so that the individual operation requirements of users can be better met; the block area positions corresponding to the mobile terminal services with high association degree are adjusted to be adjacent, so that the operation difficulty is further reduced, and the time consumed by searching for the mobile terminal services is reduced.
