As shown in fig. 2, taking the analog measurement point AI1 as an example:
the measured point value of the analog measurement point AI1 is 50, and the measured point value is compared with the alarm out-of-limit threshold value of the measured point, and the measured point value of the point is smaller than the high-height out-of-limit threshold value 80 of the point and larger than the high-height out-of-limit threshold value 40 of the point, so that the out-of-limit state of the point is higher and higher, the alarm state of the point stored in the library at the moment is compared with normal, and the out-of-limit state is inconsistent with the state in the library, thereby indicating that the alarm message is lost. Setting the alarm field of the analog measurement point AI1 as 1 and the alarm confirmation field as 0, generating an alarm event, wherein the alarm event comprises event content and measurement point information, the event content is 'action of higher limit of analog quantity and higher limit of analog quantity, from background detection', the measurement point information comprises a measurement point identification name AI1, position information of the measurement point and the like, and sending the process alarm event to other processes for processing.
Step 3, judging the alarm state of the measuring point of the switching value according to a real-time value (a measuring point value is the real-time value of the measuring point) and an alarm mode in a switching value information table in a real-time database of the upper computer; comparing the judged alarm state result of the measuring point with the alarm state stored in the library, and if the alarm state result of the measuring point is inconsistent with the alarm state stored in the library, generating alarm or reset information; and storing and displaying the alarm or reset information.
Taking the on-off measurement point DI1 as an example:
the alarm mode of the switch measurement point DI1 is 1 alarm, the current value is 0, the out-of-limit state of the point is normal, the alarm state of the point in the comparison library is 1 alarm, the out-of-limit state is inconsistent with the state in the library, and the condition that the alarm resetting message is lost is shown. And if the alarm field of the switch setting measuring point DI1 is 0, the alarm confirmation field is 0, and an alarm resetting event is generated, wherein the alarm resetting event comprises event content and measuring point information, the event content is 'switch amount alarm resetting and comes from background detection', the measuring point information comprises a measuring point identification name switch measuring point DI1, the measuring point position information and the like, and the process alarm resetting event is sent to other processes for processing.
The embodiment solves the problems that the alarm message with higher limit at the measuring point of the analog quantity AI1 is lost and the alarm recovery message is lost after the measuring point 1 of the switching quantity DI1 is changed to 0, and achieves the aims of uploading the alarm and recovery conditions of the lower computer to the upper computer in time and searching the alarm and recovery information of the received measuring point by the upper computer in time. Similar to the above example, the method can also realize that the analog quantity alarm resetting and the switching value alarm condition of the lower computer are uploaded to the upper computer in time, and the upper computer searches the alarm and resetting information of the received measuring point in time, so the method improves the operation safety of the control system.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and based on the technical solutions disclosed in the present invention, those skilled in the art can make some substitutions and modifications to some technical features without creative efforts according to the disclosed technical contents, and these substitutions and modifications are all within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for generating measuring point alarm and reset information in a background of a distributed control system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
deploying a real-time database, and establishing an information table comprising an analog measuring point and a switch measuring point;
judging the real-time value of the analog measuring point in the real-time database of the upper computer and the alarm out-of-limit threshold value of the measuring point to obtain an out-of-limit state result of the analog measuring point; comparing the out-of-limit state result of the analog measurement point with the alarm state stored in the library, and if the out-of-limit state result of the analog measurement point is inconsistent with the alarm state stored in the library, generating alarm or reset information; and storing and displaying the alarm or reset information;
judging the alarm state of the switch measuring point according to the switch measuring point real-time value and the alarm mode in the upper computer real-time database; comparing and judging the alarm state result of the switch measuring point with the alarm state stored in the library, and if the alarm state result of the switch measuring point is inconsistent with the alarm state stored in the library, generating alarm or reset information; and storing and displaying the alarm or reset information.
2. The method for generating station alarm and reset information in the background of a decentralized control system according to claim 1, wherein each analog measurement point comprises: a measured point value, an alarm out-of-limit threshold value, a current out-of-limit state, an alarm type, whether an alarm is in progress or not and whether an alarm is confirmed or not;
the measured point value is a real-time value of the measured point;
the alarm violation threshold includes 6 thresholds: the high-high out-of-limit threshold value, the low out-of-limit threshold value and the low out-of-limit threshold value are sequentially reduced in numerical value;
the current out-of-limit state reflects the current alarm out-of-limit state of the measuring point, and comprises 7 states: normal, higher upper limit, higher limit, lower limit, and lower limit;
the alarm-crossing types comprise no alarm, static alarm and dynamic alarm;
no alarm indicates that no alarm information is generated at the current measuring point; the static alarm represents that the alarm threshold value of the measuring point is unchanged and is consistent with the alarm threshold value in the real-time library; the dynamic alarm shows that the alarm threshold value of the measuring point is dynamic change and is inconsistent with the alarm threshold value in the library.
3. The method for generating station alarm and reset information in the background of the decentralized control system according to claim 1, wherein each switch measurement point comprises: measuring a point value, an alarm mode, whether an alarm is in progress or not and whether the alarm is confirmed or not;
the alarm mode comprises two modes: 1, alarming, namely alarming when the switching value is 1; and (4) alarming at 0, namely alarming when the switch value is 0.
4. The method for generating station alarm and reset information in the background of the decentralized control system according to claim 1, wherein generating alarm or reset information comprises:
traversing effective measuring point information in an analog measuring point information table in a real-time library, and determining whether to perform background alarm detection according to an alarm mode;
determining whether to update the alarm state and send an alarm event or an alarm reset event according to the judgment result of the out-of-limit state of the current measuring point, whether the measuring point is in the alarm field or not in the database and the content of the field of the current out-of-limit state;
if the analog measurement point information table has undetected effective analog measurement points, the threshold crossing state of the next measurement point is continuously checked; otherwise, the alarm state judgment of the measuring point of the switching value is executed.
5. The method for generating station alarm and reset information in the background of the decentralized control system according to claim 4, wherein determining whether to perform background alarm detection according to the alarm mode comprises:
if the current measuring point alarm mode is non-static alarm, the analog measuring point information table has undetected effective analog measuring points, and the out-of-limit state of the next measuring point is continuously checked; otherwise, judging the measuring point alarm state of the switching value;
if the current measuring point alarming mode is static alarming, the out-of-limit state is judged according to the real-time value and the out-of-limit threshold value of the analog measuring point in the library, and the out-of-limit state of the current measuring point is judged.
6. The method for generating the station alarm and reset information at the background of the decentralized control system according to claim 5, wherein the determining the current station out-of-limit state comprises:
if the real-time value of the current analog measurement point is greater than the high-high out-of-limit threshold value of the point, the out-of-limit state is in the high-high out-of-limit state, the alarm state is determined to be updated, and an alarm event or an alarm reset event is sent;
if the real-time value of the current analog measurement point is larger than the high-high out-of-limit threshold value of the point, the out-of-limit state is in a high-high limit state, the alarm state is updated, and an alarm event or an alarm reset event is sent;
if the real-time value of the current analog measurement point is larger than the high out-of-limit threshold value of the point, the out-of-limit state is in the out-of-limit state, the alarm state is updated, and an alarm event or an alarm reset event is sent;
if the real-time value of the current analog measurement point is smaller than the low-low out-of-limit threshold value of the point, the out-of-limit state is in the lower low-low limit state, the alarm state is updated, and an alarm event or an alarm reset event is sent;
if the real-time value of the current analog measurement point is smaller than the low out-of-limit threshold value of the point, the out-of-limit state is in the lower out-of-limit state, the alarm state is determined to be updated, and an alarm event or an alarm reset event is sent;
if the real-time value of the current analog measurement point is smaller than the low out-of-limit threshold value of the point, the out-of-limit state is in the lower limit, the alarm state is updated, and an alarm event or an alarm reset event is sent;
and if the real-time value of the current analog measurement point is greater than the low out-of-limit threshold value of the point and less than the high out-of-limit threshold value of the measurement point, the out-of-limit state is in a normal state, the alarm state is updated, and an alarm event or an alarm reset event is sent.

The method for generating alarm and reset information of the measuring points in the background of the decentralized control system according to claim 4, wherein according to the judgment result of the out-of-limit state of the current measuring point and the contents of the alarm field and the current out-of-limit state field of the measuring point in the database, whether to update the alarm state and send the alarm event or the alarm reset event is determined, and specifically comprises the following steps:
if the judgment result is that the current measuring point is in the out-of-limit state, but the value of the field which is giving an alarm in the library is 0 or the current out-of-limit state is incorrect, setting the field which is giving an alarm to be 1 or not, setting the field which is giving an alarm to be 0 or not, and generating an alarm event; sending a process alarm event to other processes for processing, and if an undetected effective analog measurement point exists in the analog measurement point information table, continuously checking the out-of-limit state of the next measurement point; otherwise, executing the measuring point alarm state judgment of the switching value;
if the judgment result is that the current measuring point is in a normal state, but the alarming field of the measuring point in the measuring point information table in the database is 1, setting the alarming field of the measuring point to be 0, generating an alarming resetting event, and sending the alarming resetting event to other processes for processing.

The method for generating the station alarm and reset information in the background of the decentralized control system according to claim 7, wherein the step of judging the station alarm state of the switching value according to the switching value real-time value and the alarm mode of the switching value in the real-time database of the upper computer comprises the following steps:
and judging the alarm state of the measuring point according to the real-time value and the alarm mode of the switch measuring point in the database:
if the real-time value field of the current switch measurement point in the database is 1 and the alarm mode field is 1 for alarm, or if the real-time value field of the current switch measurement point is 0 and the alarm mode field is 0 for alarm, generating an alarm event and sending the process alarm event to other processes for processing;
if the real-time value field of the current switch measurement point in the database is 1 and the alarm mode field is 0 for alarm, or the real-time value field of the current switch measurement point is 0 and the alarm mode field is 1 for alarm, generating an alarm resetting event and sending the process alarm resetting event to other processes for processing;
and if the analog quantity switch meter has an undetected effective switch measuring point, continuously checking the alarm state of the next measuring point, and otherwise, performing lower wheel background alarm detection.

The method for generating station alarm and reset information in the background of the decentralized control system according to claim 8, wherein the alarm event and the alarm reset event include event content and station information, and wherein: the alarm event content is that the analog quantity exceeds xx limit actions and comes from background detection or the switching value alarm action and comes from background detection, and xx represents an out-of-limit state; the content of the alarm resetting event is 'analog quantity alarm resetting from background detection' or 'switching value alarm resetting from background detection';
the station information includes station identification names and position information.
10. A system for generating measuring point alarm and reset information in a background of a decentralized control system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the real-time database is used for establishing an information table comprising an analog measuring point and a switch measuring point;
judging the real-time value of the analog measuring point in the real-time database of the upper computer and the alarm out-of-limit threshold value of the measuring point to obtain an out-of-limit state result of the analog measuring point;
judging the measuring point alarm state of the switching value according to the switching value measuring point real-time value and the alarm mode in the upper computer real-time database;
and comparing the measured point alarm state results of the analog quantity and the switching value with the alarm state stored in the library to generate alarm or reset information.
