1. An air tightness detection choke plug of an intercooler is characterized by comprising a handle flange (1), a detection gas channel (2), a sealing rubber plug (3), a ring clamp (4) and a locking nut (5);
the handle flange (1) is of a hollow structure, the detection gas channel (2) is arranged inside the handle flange (1) along the axial direction of the handle flange (1), and a first pneumatic connector (101) connected with a gas inlet of the detection gas channel (2) is arranged on the handle flange (1);
the sealing rubber plug (3) is connected to the bottom of the handle flange (1), the detection gas channel (2) penetrates through the sealing rubber plug (3), the upper end of the sealing rubber plug (3) and the handle flange (1) are clamped and sealed through a ring clamp (4), and the lower end of the sealing rubber plug (3) and the detection gas channel (2) are clamped and sealed through a locking nut (5);
a gap between the inner wall of the sealing rubber plug (3) and the detection gas channel (2) forms a plugging gas channel, a gas inlet and a gas outlet are formed in the plugging gas channel, and the gas inlet and the gas outlet are connected with a second pneumatic connector (102).

The airtight detection bulkhead of an intercooler according to claim 1, wherein the handle flange (1) comprises a cylindrical column and a circular bottom, the radius of the bottom of the handle flange (1) matches with the radius of the sealing rubber plug (3), and the upper end side wall of the sealing rubber plug (3) is attached to the bottom of the handle flange (1) and clamped and sealed by the ring clamp (4).

The airtight detection bulkhead of an intercooler according to claim 2, wherein a gap existing between the inner wall of the cylinder of the handle flange (1) and the detection gas channel (2) and a gap existing between the inner wall of the sealing rubber plug (3) and the detection gas channel (2) are communicated to form a blocking gas channel, and an air inlet and an air outlet of the blocking gas channel are arranged on the cylinder of the handle flange (1).

The airtight detection bulkhead of an intercooler as recited in claim 2, wherein the bottom of the handle flange (1) is matched with the movable flange (6), the upper end side wall of the sealing rubber bulkhead (3) is clamped between the bottom of the handle flange (1) and the movable flange (6), and the ring clamp (4) locks the handle flange (1) -the sealing rubber bulkhead (3) -the movable flange (6).

The airtight detection bulkhead of an intercooler according to claim 1, wherein the sidewall of the detection gas channel (2) is provided with an annular projection (201), and the lower sidewall of the sealing rubber plug (3) is clamped and sealed on the annular projection (201) by a locking nut (5).
6. The airtight detection bulkhead of an intercooler according to claim 5, wherein a first waterproof gasket (7) is disposed between the annular protrusion (201) and the sealing rubber plug (3), and a second waterproof gasket (8) is disposed between the sealing rubber plug (3) and the lock nut (5).
7. The airtight detection bulkhead of an intercooler as recited in claim 6, wherein the first waterproof gasket (7) and the second waterproof gasket (8) are shaped gaskets, and 2 groove barbs are arranged on the plane of the shaped gaskets.

An air tightness detection device of an intercooler, characterized in that based on the air tightness detection bulkhead of any one of claims 1-7, the air tightness detection bulkhead comprises an air tightness detection bulkhead (100A), a blocking expansion plug (100B), an air tightness detector (200), an air valve control box (300) and a controller (400);
the plugging expansion plug (100B) cannot be filled with detection gas and comprises a sealing rubber plug (3), and the sealing rubber plug (3) of the plugging expansion plug (100B) expands and deforms after being inflated;
the sealing rubber plug (3) of the airtight detection bulkhead (100A) is inserted into an air inlet pipe orifice of the intercooler (500), and the sealing rubber plug (3) of the plugging expansion plug (100B) is inserted into an air outlet pipe orifice of the intercooler (500);
the air valve control box (300) respectively pressurizes and inflates air into the airtight detection bulkhead (100A) and the plugging expansion plug (100B) through the air inlet and outlet expansion pipeline (700), so that the sealing rubber bulkhead (3) of the airtight detection bulkhead (100A) inflates and expands to deform and seal an air inlet pipe orifice of the intercooler (500), and the sealing rubber bulkhead (3) of the plugging expansion plug (100B) inflates and expands to deform and seal an air outlet pipe orifice of the intercooler (500);
the air tightness detector (200) is connected with a first pneumatic connector (101) of the air tightness detection bulkhead (100A) through an air tightness detection pipeline (600), pressurizes and inflates the detection gas channel (2) of the air tightness detection bulkhead (100A), and detects the gas leakage condition;
the controller (400) is in communication connection with the air tightness detector (200) and the air valve control box (300) and is used for controlling the air tightness detector (200) and the air valve control box (300).
9. The airtightness detection apparatus for an intercooler according to claim 8, further comprising a frame (800), wherein the intercooler (500), the airtightness detector (200), the air valve control box (300) and the controller (400) are mounted on the frame (800).
10. The airtightness detection apparatus for an intercooler according to claim 8, further comprising a water tank (900), wherein a size of a water injection space in the water tank (900) is larger than a size of the intercooler (500).
