Background
The electric power industry is closely related to our lives and work, in the current with high economic and high speed, our work and life are rather the energy which can not be separated from electric power, the electricity generation process is the process of converting another energy into electric energy, the hydroelectric power generation is one of the processes, the basic principle of hydroelectric power generation is to utilize the water level difference to be matched with a hydraulic generator to generate electric power, namely, the potential energy of water is converted into the mechanical energy of a water wheel, then the mechanical energy is used for driving the generator, cheap and pollution-free electric power is used for people by utilizing the natural condition of the water level difference, low-level water is circularly distributed at all places of the earth by absorbing sunlight, so that a high-level water source is formed, the hydroelectric power generation is generally provided with a dam, a hydraulic generator set is built in a factory building in the dam, the potential energy of water is converted into kinetic energy in the water channel by utilizing the difference of the upper and the lower reaches of the water dam, and impacts the rotation of blades of the water turbine, the conventional hydroelectric generator set has high requirements on the geographical hydrological environment because the flow is small and is not suitable for the operation of a reaction type hydraulic generator, the conventional impact type hydraulic generator can only be used for a terminal, the tail water pressure and the flow velocity are lost to the greatest extent, and the conventional impact type hydraulic generator cannot be applied to a pipeline, so that the defects of small impact water flow speed, low impact water flow utilization rate and the like of the prior technical scheme need to be overcome.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a hydroelectric generating set device.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme provided by the invention is a hydroelectric generating set device which comprises a rotating disc, a gearbox and a generator, wherein a transmission main shaft is arranged at the center of the rotating disc, a rotating shaft is uniformly arranged on the disc body of the rotating disc around the axis of the transmission main shaft, the rotating shaft is movably hinged with one end of a connecting rod, and a water tank is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod;
the transmission main shaft is characterized in that two ends of the transmission main shaft are connected with the rack through bearing seats, one end of the transmission main shaft is connected with a driving wheel, the driving wheel is connected with a driven wheel arranged at the input end of a gearbox through a transmission belt, and the output end of the gearbox is connected with a generator shaft.
As an improvement, the direction of the notch of the water tank is opposite to the rotating direction of the rotating disc.
As an improvement, a stop dog used for limiting the swing angle of the connecting rod is arranged at the position, close to the edge of the disc body, of the rotating disc.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
compared with the traditional water turbine generator set, the connecting rod can rotate around the rotating shaft, after water in the water tank is discharged, the force arm of the empty water tank is shortened, the whole water wheel obtains torque increase, the acting capacity can be improved, the device is suitable for power generation of a small-flow river channel, the structure is simple and practical, and the later maintenance cost is low.

Detailed Description
The water-turbine generator set device of the invention is further explained in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
With reference to the attached drawings 1-3, the hydroelectric generating set device comprises a rotating disc 1, a gearbox 11 and a generator 12, wherein a transmission main shaft 2 is arranged at the center of the rotating disc 1, a disc body of the rotating disc 1 is uniformly provided with a rotating shaft 3 around the axis of the transmission main shaft 2, the rotating shaft 3 is movably hinged with one end of a connecting rod 4, and the other end of the connecting rod 4 is provided with a water tank 5;
two ends of the transmission main shaft 2 are connected with the frame 13 through a bearing seat 14, one end of the transmission main shaft 2 is connected with a driving wheel 8, the driving wheel 8 is connected with a driven wheel 9 arranged at the input end of a gearbox 11 through a transmission belt 10, and the output end of the gearbox 11 is connected with a generator 12 shaft.
As a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the direction of the notch of the water tank 5 is opposite to the rotation direction of the rotating disc 1.
As a preferred embodiment of the embodiment, a stop 6 for limiting the swing angle of the connecting rod 4 is arranged at the position, close to the edge of the disc body, of the rotating disc 1.
When the invention is implemented, water coming from the water injection pipe 7 is injected into the water tank 5, the rotating disc 1 rotates under the action of the gravity of the water in the water tank 5, when the water tank 5 full of water rotates to the side far away from the water injection pipe 7, the water in the water tank 5 is poured out, at the moment, the connecting rod 4 rotates around the rotating shaft 3 and is limited by the stop block 6, the force arm of the empty water tank is shortened, and the torque of the empty water tank on the rotating disc is reduced.
