Claims (4)
1. A petroleum seismic drilling machine dustproof device is characterized in that: the device comprises a bracket (1), wherein the right end of the bracket (1) is provided with a mounting rack (4); the support (1) comprises a stand column (101), a sliding sleeve (102) and a base (103), wherein the base (103) is fixedly connected with the ground through a pin, the stand column (101) is welded at the top end of the base (103), the stand column (101) is of a cuboid structure, the sliding sleeve (102) is sleeved on the stand column (101), and the sliding sleeve (102) is in sliding connection with the stand column (101) and is controlled through a locking bolt; the mounting frame (4) is of a frame structure formed by splicing a back plate and two side plates, and the back plate of the mounting frame (4) is fixedly connected with the sliding sleeve (102) through bolts; an adjusting mechanism (3) is arranged below the mounting frame (4); the adjusting mechanism (3) is provided with a dust cover (2), and the dust cover (2) is in supporting connection with the mounting frame (4) through two supporting components (7); a drill rod (8) is arranged in the dust cover (2); the rear end of the mounting frame (4) is provided with a first dust removal component (5); a baffle (9) is arranged at the right end of the mounting frame (4); the left end of the baffle (9) is provided with a second dust removing component (6);
the dust cover (2) comprises a hook (201) and a fixed ring (202), the main body of the dust cover (2) is a cylindrical cavity, the upper end and the lower end of the dust cover are of a composite structure with conical cavities, the largest outer circumferential surface of the bottom of the dust cover (2) is provided with the fixed ring (202), the fixed ring (202) is fixedly connected with the dust cover (2) through bolts, two hooks (201) are fixedly arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the middle section of the dust cover (2), and the two hooks (201) are symmetrically distributed;
the adjusting mechanism (3) comprises a fixed plate (301), lifting ropes (302), air cylinders (303) and connecting lantern rings (304), wherein the fixed plate (301) is fixedly connected with a sliding sleeve (102) through bolts, the air cylinders (303) are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the fixed plate (301), the air cylinders (303) are rotationally connected with the fixed plate (301) through rotating shafts, the connecting lantern rings (304) are rotationally arranged at the end parts of push rods of the two air cylinders (303) through rotating shafts, the lifting ropes (302) are arranged on the two connecting lantern rings (304), and the connecting lantern rings (304) are fixedly connected with the lifting ropes (302) through meshing modes;
when the dust cover (2) is in a connection state with the adjusting mechanism (3), the connecting lantern ring (304) is hung with the hook (201), and the bottom of the connecting lantern ring (304) is fixedly connected with the fixing ring (202) through bolts;
the first dust removal subassembly (5) includes water tank (501), pipe (502), shower nozzle (503) and pressure pump (504), water tank (501) pass through bolt and mounting bracket (4) fixed connection, and water tank (501) one side fixed mounting has pressure pump (504), water tank (501) top fixed mounting has pipe (502), pipe (502) are metal tubular structure, and pipe (502) tip fixed mounting has shower nozzle (503) to shower nozzle (503) suspension is in dust cover (2) oblique top.
