The second transmission box 520 is fixed on the lifting base 100, a rotating hole is formed in one side face, close to the concrete wall, of the second transmission box 520, the support rod 530 is rotatably connected to the rotating hole, one end of the support rod is located in the second transmission box 520, and the other end of the support rod is located outside the second transmission box 520.
The cutting blade 510 is fixed to the other end of the support rod 530 and extends downward for removing the repair slurry overflowing from the cracks and the connection holes.
Under the lifting operation through lifting pedestal 100 self, drive second transmission case 520, bracing piece 530 and cutting edge 510 and remove downwards, and then strike off the repair mud that overflows under the effect of cutting edge 510, this kind of operation mode effort is comparatively single, only can strike off repair mud in vertical direction, strikes off the effect relatively poor.

Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the concrete wall repairing tool provided by the present invention, a walking area 130 and a plurality of control areas communicated with the walking area 130 are disposed on the lifting base 100, the walking area 130 is disposed on a side of the lifting base 100 away from the concrete wall, and each control area is disposed in parallel with the grooving device 200.
The grooving device 200, the cleaning device 300, the punching device 400 and the flattening device 500 are sequentially arranged on one side, close to the concrete wall, of the lifting base 100, the walking area 130 is arranged on one side, far away from the concrete wall, of the lifting base 100, the operation areas 140 are arranged between two adjacent devices in the grooving device 200, the cleaning device 300, the punching device 400 and the flattening device 500, and each operation area 140 is communicated with the walking area 130.
The worker can step into each operation region 140 by means of the walking regions 130 and operate the grooving apparatus 200, the cleaning apparatus 300, the punching apparatus 400, or the flattening apparatus 500, etc. in the corresponding operation region 140. The operation is more convenient, and the operation and control action is more stable.
Guard rails are arranged at the positions of the walking area 130 and the operation area 140 close to the edge of the lifting base 100 for protecting workers.
The grooving device 200, the cleaning device 300, the punching device 400, and the flattening device 500 are arranged in parallel in this order, and the operation area 140 is also arranged in parallel with the grooving device 200, the cleaning device 300, the punching device 400, and the flattening device 500.
In the drawings, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a concrete wall repairing method, where the concrete wall repairing method includes any one of the concrete wall repairing tools described above, and further includes:
transporting the lifting base 100 to one side of the concrete wall, and operating the sliding block on the slotting device 200 and the lifting base 100 to drive the drilling gun 220 to move along the crack on the concrete wall and widen and deepen the crack;
moving the lifting base 100 to make the cleaning device 300 correspond to the crack; starting the blowing mechanism 320 to clean gaps, and starting the water spraying mechanism 330 to spray water to the gaps;
moving the lifting base 100 to make the punching device 400 correspond to the crack; starting the two drilling machines 430 to respectively drill the concrete wall body at the two sides of the gap and form a connecting hole, wherein the two ends of the connecting hole are respectively positioned at the two sides of the gap;
filling repair slurry into the crack and the connecting hole;
moving the lifting base 100 to make the flattening device 500 correspond to the crack; the cutting blade 510 abuts against the concrete wall and moves downward to remove excess repair slurry from cracks and connecting holes.
When the concrete wall repairing method provided by the invention is used, the lifting base 100 is firstly transported to one side of the concrete wall, the sliding block on the slotting device 200 is controlled to move along the cross guide rail 210, and the drilling gun 220 is driven by the lifting base 100 to move along the crack on the concrete wall and widen and deepen the crack; then, the lifting base 100 is moved to enable the cleaning device 300 to correspond to the crack; starting the blowing mechanism 320 to clean gaps, and starting the water spraying mechanism 330 to spray water to the gaps; further moving the lifting base 100 again to make the punching device 400 correspond to the crack; starting the two drilling machines 430 to respectively drill the concrete wall body at the two sides of the gap and form connecting holes, wherein the two ends of each connecting hole are respectively positioned at the two sides of the gap, and then filling repair slurry into the gap and the connecting holes; finally, the lifting base 100 is moved to enable the flattening device 500 to correspond to the crack; the cutting blade 510 abuts against the concrete wall and moves downwards to remove the surplus repair slurry on the cracks and the connecting holes; in this way, the crack is enlarged by means of the grooving apparatus 200, and cleaned by using the blowing mechanism 320 and the water spraying mechanism 330; after a connecting hole is drilled in the concrete wall by using the drilling machine 430, repair slurry is filled into the connecting hole, and finally the repair slurry overflowing from the crack is cleaned by the cutting edge 510 on the flattening device 500, so that the strength of the repaired concrete wall after repair is improved, and the whole repair operation is completed by lifting the base 100, so that the working efficiency is improved.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. The concrete wall repairing and repairing tool is characterized by comprising a lifting base, and a slotting device, a cleaning device, a punching device, a flattening device and a controller which are fixedly connected to the lifting base and arranged in sequence; the slotting device comprises a cross guide rail arranged on the lifting base, a sliding block connected to the cross guide rail in a sliding manner and a drill gun arranged on the sliding block; the cleaning device comprises a box body with an opening, and a blowing mechanism and a water spraying mechanism which are arranged in the box body; the punching device comprises first transmission boxes arranged on the lifting base, connecting rods fixedly connected to the first transmission boxes and two drilling devices arranged on the connecting rods, wherein the two drilling devices are symmetrically arranged, and the first transmission boxes are used for driving the connecting rods to rotate; the leveling device comprises a leveling structure arranged on the lifting base, and the leveling structure is provided with a cutting edge extending downwards; the plurality of controllers are connected with the lifting base; the plurality of controllers are respectively arranged on the drilling gun, the box body and the first transmission case;
the first transmission box is internally provided with a rotating shaft and a driver for driving the rotating shaft to rotate, and the two connecting rods are fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft; a propeller is arranged at one end of the connecting rod, which is far away from the rotating shaft, and the drilling device is fixedly arranged on the propeller; the connecting position of the drill relative to the concrete wall and the inclination angle of the connecting hole drilled by the drill can be changed through the connecting rod; the punching device also comprises a sliding chute arranged on the lifting base, a sliding block arranged at the lower end of the first transmission box and in sliding fit with the sliding chute, and a linear driving mechanism for driving the sliding block to slide, wherein the linear driving mechanism is electrically connected with the controller;
the slotting device further comprises a universal connector, the universal connector is fixedly connected to the sliding block, and the drill gun is arranged on the universal connector; one end of the drilling gun is provided with a conical head for processing a wall crack into a V-shaped groove; the two drilling devices are arranged at intervals up and down and are respectively used for drilling holes in the concrete wall, and the projections of the axes of the formed connecting holes on the ground are intersected.

The concrete wall repair tool according to claim 1, wherein a support plate, a rotary disc rotatably connected to the support plate, and a first driving motor for driving the rotary disc are provided in the box body; the blowing mechanism and the water spraying mechanism are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the rotating disc, the blowing mechanism and the water spraying mechanism respectively comprise a connecting plate and spraying heads arranged on the connecting plate, and the two spraying heads are respectively used for spraying gas and purified water.

the high-pressure spray gun is arranged on the box body; the box body is provided with a through hole; the high-pressure spray gun is respectively communicated with the blowing mechanism and the water spraying mechanism through two connecting pipes and is used for spraying gas or purified water; the two connecting pipes are connected with the high-pressure spray gun through a three-way valve.

moving the lifting base to enable the punching device to correspond to the crack; starting the two drilling devices to respectively drill the concrete wall on two sides of the gap and form a connecting hole, wherein two ends of the connecting hole are respectively positioned on two sides of the gap;
filling repair slurry into the crack and the connecting hole;
moving the lifting base to enable the flattening device to correspond to the crack; the cutting edge is abutted against the concrete wall and moves downwards to remove cracks and redundant repair slurry on the connecting hole.
