and (3): the suspension filler sprayed with the fermentation liquor is conveyed into a dryer (4) through a conveying mechanism (6), the drying aims to enable the bacteria liquid to be attached to the surface of the filler in a solid state so as to avoid loss of strains in the product storage process, the physical performance of the filler is influenced due to overhigh temperature rise of the formed filler after forming, and the strains can be inactivated due to high temperature, so that the drying temperature is selected to be 40-60 ℃ and is not more than 60 ℃, and a drying measure with strong fluidity is needed due to low drying temperature, the air-blowing drying is carried out by adopting air cyclone with high flow rate, the air flow rate is 10-15m/s, then the dried filler is packaged, the filler embedded with strains needs to ensure the biological activity when in use, therefore, the packaged filler needs to be stored in a cold state, and the polyethylene is embrittled after being subjected to low temperature, the physical use performance is influenced, and the cold storage temperature is not lower than 4 ℃. The cold storage temperature is 4-6 ℃.
