Claims (10)
1. The auxiliary winding device for the breadth-separating batching is characterized by comprising two wallboards, a winding roller, an upper cloth pressing roller, a lower cloth pressing roller, a cloth pressing shaft and a batching roller, wherein the two wallboards are a left wallboard and a right wallboard which are oppositely arranged from left to right, and the winding roller is transversely arranged between the left wallboard and the right wallboard;
the lower cloth pressing roller is arranged on the front side of the coiling roller, two ends of the lower cloth pressing roller are movably connected with the left wallboard and the right wallboard through a lower cloth pressing roller arm respectively, one end of the lower cloth pressing roller arm is rotatably connected with the wallboard on the same side, and the other end of the lower cloth pressing roller arm is connected with the wallboard on the same side through a tensioning mechanism;
the cloth roller is arranged below the winding roller, the cloth pressing shaft is positioned at the rear side of the cloth roller and is arranged in parallel relative to the cloth roller, the left end and the right end of the cloth pressing shaft are respectively provided with a connecting rod, and each connecting rod is rotationally connected with the wall plate at the same side through a fulcrum shaft;
the right side of the left wallboard is provided with a transmission mechanism, and the left end of the lower cloth pressing roller drives the cloth pressing shaft to rotate through the transmission mechanism.

The auxiliary rolling device for the cloth with the breadth of claim 1, wherein the upper cloth pressing roller is provided with an upper cloth pressing roller arm at each of the left and right ends, one end of the upper cloth pressing roller arm is fixedly connected with the wall plate at the same side, and the left and right ends of the upper cloth pressing roller are respectively rotatably matched with the two upper cloth pressing roller arms.

The auxiliary rolling device for the cloth with the breadth of claim 1, wherein one end of each lower cloth pressing roller arm is rotatably connected with the wall plate at the same side, and the end part of the lower cloth pressing roller penetrates into the middle part of the corresponding lower cloth pressing roller arm to be rotatably matched with the lower cloth pressing roller arm.

The auxiliary winding device for the breadth-separating batching according to claim 3, wherein the tensioning mechanism comprises a hanging spring plate, a first tension spring, a spring pull rod and a hand wheel, the hanging spring plate is fixed on the wall plate, the rear end of the spring pull rod is connected with the hanging spring plate through the first tension spring, and the front end of the spring pull rod penetrates through the other end of the lower cloth pressing roller arm to be in threaded connection with the hand wheel.

The auxiliary rolling device for the breadth-separating batching cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that the side of the left and right wall boards close to each other is symmetrically provided with two support arms, the rear ends of the support arms are fixedly connected with the wall boards, and the support shafts are fixed at the front ends of the support arms;
the upper ends of the connecting rods are rotatably connected with the supporting shafts on the same side, the two ends of the cloth pressing shaft are respectively rotatably connected with the lower ends of the two connecting rods, and the middle part of each connecting rod is provided with a screw;
and a hook is arranged at the rear part of each connecting rod, the upper end of the hook is rotatably connected with the wall plate at the same side, and the lower end of the hook is used for hooking the screw rod on the connecting rod.

The auxiliary cloth-rolling device according to claim 5, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a driving sprocket, a duplex sprocket and a driven sprocket, the driving sprocket is fixedly arranged at the left end of the lower cloth-pressing roller, and a wheel shaft of the duplex sprocket is coaxially and rotatably connected with a supporting shaft at the left side;
the driven chain wheel is fixedly installed at the left end of the cloth pressing shaft, the driving chain wheel is connected with one chain wheel of the duplex chain wheel through the first chain, and the other chain wheel of the duplex chain wheel is connected with the driven chain wheel through the second chain.

The auxiliary rolling device for the breadth-separating roll cloth according to claim 6, wherein a first tensioning assembly is arranged on the right side of the left wall board, the first tensioning assembly comprises a tensioning connecting rod, a spring pin shaft, a second tension spring and a first tensioning wheel, one end of the tensioning connecting rod is movably sleeved on the supporting shaft on the left side, the spring pin shaft is transversely arranged at the other end of the tensioning connecting rod, and the first tensioning wheel is arranged on the spring pin shaft;

the torsion spring is sleeved on the tensioning rod pin, the two second tensioning wheels are arranged at two ends of the tensioning swing rod respectively, the second chain penetrates through the two second tensioning wheels, and the torsion spring drives the two second tensioning wheels to be tightly pressed on the inner side and the outer side of the second chain.

The auxiliary cloth rolling-up device of claim 1, wherein the lower parts of the left wall plate and the right wall plate are respectively provided with a cloth rolling roller seat, the two cloth rolling roller seats are symmetrically arranged and are respectively fixedly connected with the left wall plate and the right wall plate, and the left end and the right end of the cloth rolling roller are respectively matched with the two cloth rolling roller seats in a rotating manner.
