Therefore, a new packaging machine for traditional Chinese medicine granules is needed in the market, which can provide a new packaging mode for the traditional Chinese medicine granules so as to facilitate patients to equally divide and drink the traditional Chinese medicine granules.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present application provides a traditional Chinese medicine granule packaging machine, which is used for solving the problem that the medicine bag produced by the traditional Chinese medicine granule packaging machine is inconvenient for patients to equally divide and take the drunk traditional Chinese medicine granules.
The application provides a traditional Chinese medicine particle packaging machine which comprises a machine body, a film feeding mechanism, a hopper, a material distributing mechanism, a hemmer, a first sealing mechanism, a second sealing mechanism and a slotting sealing mechanism;
the film feeding mechanism is arranged at the top of the machine body and used for feeding packaging films;
the hopper is arranged at the top of the machine body and is used for containing traditional Chinese medicine particles;
the material distribution mechanism is arranged on the machine body and positioned below the hopper and is used for intermittently and quantitatively discharging the traditional Chinese medicine particles flowing out of the hopper;
the folder is arranged on the machine body and positioned below the material distribution mechanism, and a material guide channel is also arranged inside the folder and used for folding the packaging film in half along the feeding direction and guiding the traditional Chinese medicine particles intermittently placed down by the material distribution mechanism;
the first sealing mechanism is arranged on the machine body and positioned below the edge folding device and used for continuously sealing one side of the packaging film opposite to the opposite folding edge along the feeding direction;
the second sealing mechanism is arranged on the machine body and below the first sealing mechanism and used for intermittently sealing the packaging film along a direction vertical to the feeding direction;
the slotting sealing mechanism is arranged on the machine body and is positioned between the first sealing mechanism and the second sealing mechanism, and is used for arranging a gap groove vertical to the feeding direction on the opposite folding edges and sealing the groove edge of the gap groove.
When the traditional Chinese medicine granule packaging machine is used, a packaging film is supplied through a film feeding mechanism, the packaging film is firstly folded through a folder, one side of the packaging film opposite to a folded edge is continuously sealed through a first sealing mechanism, the side of the packaging film perpendicular to the feeding direction is intermittently sealed through a second sealing mechanism, a three-edge-sealed packaging bag is preliminarily formed at the moment, meanwhile, quantitative granular traditional Chinese medicines are placed into the three-edge-sealed packaging bag through the distribution mechanism, then a notch groove perpendicular to the feeding direction is formed in the folded edge of the packaging film through the notch sealing mechanism, the groove edge of the notch groove is sealed, finally, the three-edge-sealed packaging bag with the notch groove is continuously conveyed by the film feeding mechanism, the last edge of the packaging bag is sealed through the second sealing mechanism, and therefore continuous quantitative packaging of traditional Chinese medicine granules can be achieved. The packaging machine for traditional Chinese medicine granules can produce a novel packaging bag for traditional Chinese medicine granules which is convenient for patients to drink equally.
In one possible design, the slotted sealing mechanism includes two slotted clamp plates that are spaced apart;
the slotted clamping and pressing plates are respectively arranged along the feeding direction and are positioned on two sides of the packaging film;
the side surfaces of the two slotted clamping and pressing plates facing each other are also respectively and correspondingly provided with a raised hot clamping and pressing part;
when the two slotting clamping and pressing plates move close to each other, the hot clamping and pressing parts can correspondingly and jointly press the packaging film, and the gap grooves are processed and sealed in a hot-pressing clamping and shearing mode.
The specific arrangement mode of the slotting sealing mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and capability of sealing the periphery of the gap groove while clamping and shearing the gap groove.
In one possible design, the hot clamping and pressing part is U-shaped, and two ends of the hot clamping and pressing part are respectively flush with one side edge of the slotted clamping and pressing plate;
and the slotted clamping and pressing plate is also provided with a U-shaped hollow part at the position corresponding to the U-shaped area enclosed by the hot clamping and pressing part.
When the hot pressing part hot pressing clamps the packaging film to form the notch groove, the waste materials sheared by the packaging film can fall off through the U-shaped hollow part, so that the waste materials can be prevented from being accumulated in the U-shaped area surrounded by the hot pressing part to be hot melted.
In one possible design, the machine for packaging traditional Chinese medicine granules further comprises an air blowing mechanism;
the air blowing mechanism is arranged on one side, deviating from the hot clamping portion, of the slotting clamping plate and can blow down waste materials generated when the hot clamping portion hot-pressing clamps the notch groove.
The U-shaped hollow parts in the groove clamping and pressing plate are intermittently blown or continuously blown through the blowing mechanism, waste materials cut off by the packaging film can be blown off from the U-shaped hollow parts immediately, and the waste materials cut off by the packaging film are fully ensured not to remain in the U-shaped area surrounded by the hot clamping and pressing part.
In one possible design, the first sealing mechanism includes two spaced corresponding first thermal platens;
the two first hot pressing plates are respectively connected with a driving mechanism in the machine body and can clamp and seal the packaging film under the driving of the driving mechanism;
the two slotting clamping plates are respectively connected with the two first hot clamping plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode and can move synchronously along with the first hot clamping plates.
Therefore, the grooving sealing mechanism is not required to be provided with a corresponding driving mechanism independently, synchronous clamping movement of the two first hot clamping plates and the two grooving clamping plates can be realized only through the driving mechanism of the first sealing mechanism, the internal driving mechanism of the machine body can be simplified, and movement interference between the first sealing mechanism and the grooving sealing mechanism is avoided.
In one possible design, the second sealing mechanism includes two spaced corresponding second thermal platens;
the two second hot pressing plates are respectively connected with a driving mechanism in the machine body and can clamp and seal the packaging film under the driving of the driving mechanism;
the two slotting clamping plates are respectively connected with the two second hot clamping plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode and can move synchronously along with the second hot clamping plates.
Similarly, corresponding driving mechanisms do not need to be configured for the slotting sealing mechanism independently, synchronous clamping movement of the two second hot clamping plates and the two slotting clamping plates can be realized only through the driving mechanisms of the second sealing mechanism, the internal driving mechanism of the machine body can be simplified, and movement interference between the second sealing mechanism and the slotting sealing mechanism is avoided.
In one possible design, the film feeding mechanism comprises a packaging film unwinding roller and a packaging film traction roller set;
the packaging film unwinding roller is positioned at the top of the machine body, and the packaging film traction roller group is positioned at the downstream of the first sealing mechanism;
the packaging film traction roller set can clamp, press and pull the side of the packaging film after being sealed by the first sealing mechanism.

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application provides a traditional Chinese medicine granule packaging machine, which includes a machine body 1, a film feeding mechanism 2, a hopper 3, a material distribution mechanism 4, a hemmer 5, a first sealing mechanism 6, a second sealing mechanism 7 and a slotting sealing mechanism 8; the film feeding mechanism 2 is arranged at the top of the machine body 1 and used for feeding packaging films; the hopper 3 is arranged at the top of the machine body 1 and is used for containing traditional Chinese medicine particles; the material distribution mechanism 4 is arranged on the machine body 1 and is positioned below the hopper 3 and is used for intermittently and quantitatively lowering the traditional Chinese medicine particles flowing out of the hopper 3; the folder 5 is arranged on the machine body 1 and is positioned below the material distribution mechanism 4, and a material guide channel is also arranged inside the folder 5 and is used for folding the packaging film in half along the feeding direction and guiding the traditional Chinese medicine particles intermittently dropped by the material distribution mechanism 4; the first sealing mechanism 6 is arranged on the machine body 1 and below the hemmer 5 and is used for continuously sealing one side of the packaging film opposite to the opposite hems along the feeding direction; the second sealing mechanism 7 is arranged on the machine body 1 and below the first sealing mechanism 6 and is used for intermittently sealing the packaging film along the direction vertical to the feeding direction; the slotting sealing mechanism 8 is arranged on the machine body 1 and located between the first sealing mechanism 6 and the second sealing mechanism 7, and is used for forming a gap groove perpendicular to the feeding direction on the folded edge and sealing the groove edge of the gap groove, and the length of the hot pressing portion 82 in the extending direction is greater than half of the sealing length of the second sealing mechanism 7 and is less than the sealing length of the second sealing mechanism 7.
When the traditional Chinese medicine granule packaging machine is used, a packaging film is supplied through a film feeding mechanism 2, the packaging film is firstly folded through a folder 5, one side of the packaging film opposite to a folded edge is continuously sealed through a first sealing mechanism 6, one side of the packaging film vertical to the feeding direction is intermittently sealed through a second sealing mechanism 7, at the moment, a three-edge sealed packaging bag is preliminarily formed, meanwhile, a quantitative granule traditional Chinese medicine is placed into the three-edge sealed packaging bag through a material distributing mechanism 4, then a notch groove vertical to the feeding direction is formed in the folded edge of the packaging film through a notch sealing mechanism 8, the groove edge of the notch groove is sealed, and finally the three-edge sealed packaging bag with the notch groove is continuously conveyed by the film feeding mechanism 2 and the last edge is sealed through the second sealing mechanism 7, so that the continuous quantitative packaging of traditional Chinese medicine granules can be realized.
Further described with reference to the packaging bag a produced in the packaging machine for traditional Chinese medicine granules in fig. 6, when the packaging bag a needs to equally divide traditional Chinese medicine granules, the packaging bag a can be hung on the binding line through the notch b, and at this time, the packaging bag a and the binding line form a structure similar to a balance, so that the medicine content in the two sealed sub-cavities can be adjusted according to the actual inclination condition of the packaging bag a until the packaging bag a is horizontally hung on the binding line, and after all the packaging bags a in a traditional Chinese medicine are horizontally hung on the binding line, the packaging bags a are tied and fixed through the binding line, so that the two sealed sub-cavities in the packaging bag a are not conducted any more, and at this time, accurate equal division of the medicine content of all the traditional Chinese medicine granules in a traditional Chinese medicine formula is realized, and the packaging bag a has the advantages of simple structure and being capable of accurately equally dividing the traditional Chinese medicine granules.
In summary, the packaging machine for traditional Chinese medicine granules provided by the embodiment of the application can produce a novel packaging bag for traditional Chinese medicine granules which is convenient for a patient to drink at equal intervals.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the slotted sealing mechanism 8 includes two slotted clamping plates 81 spaced apart from each other; the slotted clamp plates 81 are respectively arranged along the feeding direction and are positioned at two sides of the packaging film; the mutually facing side surfaces of the two slotted clamping plates 81 are also respectively and correspondingly provided with a raised hot clamping part 82; when the two slotted pressing plates 81 move close to each other, the hot pressing part 82 can correspondingly and jointly press the packaging film, and the notched grooves are processed and sealed in a hot pressing and clamping manner.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the slotting sealing mechanism 8 is specifically configured as two spaced slotting clamping plates 81, and the mutually facing sides of the two slotting clamping plates 81 are also respectively and correspondingly provided with a raised hot clamping portion 82, so that when the two slotting clamping plates 81 approach each other and move to a certain distance, the two hot clamping portions 82 can correspondingly and jointly extrude the packaging film, the packaging film is heated, a gap groove is cut by the hot clamping, and the periphery of the gap groove is simultaneously hot-pressed and sealed.
The specific arrangement of the notch sealing mechanism 8 is simple in structure, and can seal the peripheral portion of the notch groove while pinching and shearing the notch groove.
In the alternative of this embodiment, the thermal pressing portion 82 is U-shaped, and two ends of the thermal pressing portion 82 are flush with one side edge of the slotted pressing plate 81 respectively; the slotted clamp plate 81 is further provided with a U-shaped hollow portion 83 at a position corresponding to a U-shaped area surrounded by the thermal clamping portion 82.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the thermal pressing portion 82 is specifically set to be a U-shaped protruding edge, and a U-shaped hollow portion 83 is further formed at a position corresponding to a U-shaped area surrounded by the slotted pressing plate 81 and the thermal pressing portion 82, so that when the thermal pressing portion 82 clips the packaging film into a notch groove, the waste material cut by the packaging film falls off through the U-shaped hollow portion 83, and the waste material can be prevented from being accumulated in the U-shaped area surrounded by the thermal pressing portion 82.
In the optional solution of this embodiment, the machine for packaging traditional Chinese medicine granules further comprises an air blowing mechanism 9; the blowing mechanism 9 is disposed on a side of the slotted clamping plate 81 away from the hot clamping plate 82, and can blow off waste materials generated when the hot clamping plate 82 hot-presses the notched groove.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the blowing mechanism 9 may be configured as a blower, and intermittently or continuously blows air to the U-shaped hollow portion 83 in the slot-pressing plate 81, so that the waste material cut off by the packaging film is immediately blown off from the U-shaped hollow portion 83, and it is sufficiently ensured that the waste material cut off by the packaging film no longer remains in the U-shaped area surrounded by the thermal pressing plate 82.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the first sealing mechanism 6 comprises two spaced-apart corresponding first thermal platens; the two first hot clamping plates are respectively connected with a driving mechanism in the machine body 1 and can clamp and seal the packaging film under the driving of the driving mechanism; the two slotted clamp plates 81 are respectively connected with the two first hot clamp plates in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and can move synchronously with the first hot clamp plates.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first sealing mechanism 6 is specifically provided as two first thermal nip plates corresponding to each other at intervals; and the two slotting clamping plates 81 are respectively connected with the two first hot clamping plates in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that a corresponding driving mechanism is not needed to be configured for the slotting sealing mechanism 8 independently, and the synchronous clamping movement of the two first hot clamping plates and the two slotting clamping plates 81 can be realized only by the driving mechanism of the first sealing mechanism 6, so that the internal driving mechanism of the machine body 1 can be simplified, and the movement interference of the first sealing mechanism 6 and the slotting sealing mechanism 8 is avoided.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the second sealing mechanism 7 comprises two spaced-apart corresponding second thermal platens; the two second hot clamping plates are respectively connected with a driving mechanism in the machine body 1 and can clamp and seal the packaging film under the driving of the driving mechanism; the two slotted clamp plates 81 are respectively connected with the two second hot clamp plates in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and can move synchronously with the second hot clamp plates.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the second sealing mechanism 7 is specifically provided as two second thermal nip plates corresponding to each other at intervals; and the two slotting clamping plates 81 are respectively connected with the two second hot clamping plates in a one-to-one correspondence manner, similarly, a corresponding driving mechanism is not needed to be configured for the slotting sealing mechanism 8 independently, the synchronous clamping movement of the two second hot clamping plates and the two slotting clamping plates 81 can be realized only by the driving mechanism of the second sealing mechanism 7, the internal driving mechanism of the machine body 1 can be simplified, and the movement interference of the second sealing mechanism 7 and the slotting sealing mechanism 8 is avoided.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, the film feeding mechanism 2 includes a wrapping film unwinding roller 21 and a wrapping film traction roller group 22; the packaging film unwinding roller 21 is positioned at the top of the machine body 1, and the packaging film traction roller group 22 is positioned at the downstream of the first sealing mechanism 6; the packaging film pulling roller group 22 can nip and pull the side of the packaging film sealed by the first sealing mechanism 6.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the unwinding speed of the packaging film unwinding roller 21 and the traction speed of the packaging film traction roller group 22 can be set to be consistent, so that the problem of local looseness in the unwinding process of the packaging film can be avoided; draw roller set 22 to set up the low reaches at first sealing mechanism 6 with the packaging film, packaging film draws roller set 22 can the nip press draw the packaging film avris after first sealing mechanism 6 seals like this, avoids the packaging film to appear drawing and tears the problem of deformation.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the material distributing turntable 41 is movably disposed and can rotate around its axis, the blanking fixed plate 42 is disposed under the material distributing turntable 41, and the separating baffle 43 in the material distributing turntable 41 can divide the material distributing turntable 41 into two cavities, one of which is used for receiving the particulate traditional Chinese medicine below the hopper 3, when the material distributing turntable 41 rotates, the material distributing through hole 411 receives the particulate traditional Chinese medicine from the cavity with the particulate traditional Chinese medicine, and when the material distributing turntable 41 rotates to correspond to the blanking through hole 421 of the blanking fixed plate 42 along with the material distributing turntable 41, the particulate traditional Chinese medicine can enter the blanking through hole 421 from the material distributing through hole 411 and finally enter the packaging bag formed by the sealed edges of the packaging film through the edge folding device 5.
The specific arrangement mode of the material distribution mechanism 4 has the advantages of simple structure and accurate quantitative medicine distribution.
