Two lugs 11 are convexly arranged on two opposite sides of the middle through groove of the mounting base 1 towards the middle through groove, the two lugs 11 are abutted against two sides of an air outlet angle adjusting toggle button at an air outlet of an air conditioner in the vehicle, the thickness of the mounting base 1 is consistent with the height of an air outlet angle adjusting toggle button protruding air conditioner air outlet blade or the thickness of the mounting base is 1-2mm higher than the height of the air outlet angle adjusting toggle button protruding air conditioner air outlet blade. The thickness of the bottom plate 2 is smaller than that of the filter sheet, the middle part of the bottom plate protrudes towards one side of the cover body to form the accommodating cavity, the height of the accommodating cavity is consistent with that of the filter sheet, or slightly higher than that of the filter sheet, such as 1-2mm, and the thickness of the filter sheet is 5-20mm, preferably 8mm or 10 mm.
The thickness of the bottom plate 2 is 1-10 mm. The distance from the inner wall of the cover body 3 to the top of the containing cavity is 1-5 mm.
The periphery of the bottom surface of the mounting base 1 is provided with a sealing gasket which is sealing sponge.
