The sleeve nail enters the sleeve nail holding groove 34 of the sleeve nail holding platform 28 from the sleeve nail feeding groove 33 of the sleeve nail feeding platform 26, the sleeve nail feeding detection rod 61 senses the entering of the sleeve nail, the sleeve nail jacking air cylinder 30 acts, the sleeve nail jacking frame 31 drives the sleeve nail jacking plug 32 to act upwards, and the sleeve nail is jacked upwards. Then, the sleeve nail press-in clamping hand 57 clamps the sleeve nail, after the sleeve nail is clamped, the connection and assembly traversing cylinder 41 moves reversely to drive the connection and assembly substrate 40 to slide reversely along the connection and assembly traversing slide rail 38, so that the sleeve nail press-in component 43 is positioned right above the plastic pipeline hole position where the inner glass wool is installed, and at the moment, the pipe sleeve press-in component 42 resets.
