Therefore, the first plane 11 and the second plane 12 have an included angle, so that the forming of the cutting edge 13 of the film peeling knife 1 can be facilitated, and the processing mode of the cutting edge 13 is simplified; meanwhile, the thickness of the cutting edge 13 is small, so that the acting force of the cutting edge 13 on the base paper of the protective film is concentrated, the base paper and the protective film are convenient to separate, and the usability of the film stripping knife 1 is improved.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the film peeling knife 1 is provided with a film adjusting plate 14, and the film adjusting plate 14 can move relative to the film peeling knife 1 along the height direction of the film pasting mechanism, so as to adjust the mounting position of the protective film on the film peeling knife 1.
In this embodiment, along the height direction of the film pasting mechanism, the protection film is installed below the film adjusting plate 14, and because the film adjusting plate 14 can move up and down along the height direction of the film pasting mechanism relative to the film peeling knife 1, the installation position of the protection film on the film peeling knife 1 can be adjusted by adjusting the installation position of the film adjusting plate 14 on the film peeling knife 1, so that the stability of contact between the protection film and the film peeling knife 1 is improved, the protection film is prevented from moving relative to the film peeling knife 1 in the working process of the film pasting device, the film pasting quality of the film pasting device is influenced, the working stability of the film pasting device is improved, and the service performance of the film pasting device is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the film adjusting plate 14 is provided with a third mounting hole 141, the film peeling knife 1 is provided with a fourth mounting hole 15, and a fastener passes through the third mounting hole 141 and the fourth mounting hole 15 to realize connection of the film adjusting plate 14 and the film peeling knife 1, wherein the size of the third mounting hole 141 is larger than the size of the fourth mounting hole 15 along the moving direction of the lifting block 63 so as to facilitate adjustment of the mounting position of the film adjusting plate 14. The structure simplifies the connection mode of the film adjusting plate 14 and the film stripping knife 1, thereby reducing the production cost of the film adjusting plate 14 and the film stripping knife 1. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the film adjusting plate 14 is provided with a limiting part 142, the film peeling knife 1 is provided with a limiting matching part 16, and when the film adjusting plate 14 is installed on the film peeling knife 1, at least part of the limiting part 142 extends into the limiting matching part 16, so that the installation accuracy of the film adjusting plate 14 is improved; meanwhile, when the film adjusting plate 14 moves relative to the film stripping knife 1, the limiting part 142 and the limiting matching part 16 can play a role in guiding, and the unstable connection between the film adjusting plate 14 and the film stripping knife 1 caused by the inclination of the film adjusting plate 14 is prevented, so that the installation stability of the film adjusting plate 14 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the film pasting device can paste the protection films of different materials to different products, so the film pasting device is further provided with a detection device 8, and the detection device 8 can detect the materials of the protection films, so that the film pasting of the products is judged, the protection films of other materials are prevented from being pasted on the surfaces of the products, the working stability and the use performance of the film pasting device are improved, and the use experience of users is improved.

1. A film laminating mechanism, characterized in that the film laminating mechanism comprises:
a base;
the film peeling knife (1), the film peeling knife (1) is arranged on the base;
the roller (2) is arranged on the base, the roller (2) can swing relative to the base, and the roller (2) and the film stripping knife (1) are used for arranging a protective film;
the elastic piece (3), one end of the elastic piece (3) is connected with the roller (2), the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the base, and the elastic piece (3) is used for driving the roller (2) to contact with a product to be laminated;
the film pasting mechanism comprises a mounting frame (4), the mounting frame (4) is mounted on the base, the film peeling knife (1) and the roller (2) are mounted on the base through the mounting frame (4), and the mounting frame (4) can rotate relative to the base so as to drive the roller (2) and the film peeling knife (1) to swing relative to the base;
the mounting frame (4) is further provided with a fixed block (42), the fixed block (42) is provided with a rotating wheel (43), when the mounting frame (4) swings, the rotating wheel (43) moves along with the mounting frame (4) and rotates relative to the fixed block (42), and the mounting frame (4) is kept horizontal in the mounting and using processes;
the film pasting mechanism comprises a base (6), a limiting block (61) is arranged on the base (6), and the rotating wheel (43) is in contact with the limiting block (61).
2. Film sticking mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that one end of the elastic member (3) is connected with the roller (2) through the mounting frame (4).

The film sticking mechanism according to claim 2, further comprising a rotating shaft (5), wherein the rotating shaft (5) is mounted to the base, the mounting frame (4) is mounted to the base through the rotating shaft (5), and the mounting frame (4) is capable of swinging around the rotating shaft (5) with respect to the base.

A film sticking mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that a limiting member (41) is provided at an end of the mounting frame (4) away from the rotating shaft (5), and the limiting member (41) can be abutted with the limiting member (61) to limit the swinging angle of the mounting frame (4) around the rotating shaft (5).
5. The film sticking mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the stopper (61) includes an extension (611), and the extension (611) holds the wheel (43) between the extension (611) and the bottom wall of the stopper (61).
6. The film pasting mechanism according to claim 4, further comprising a cylinder (7), wherein the cylinder (7) is mounted on the base (6), the limiting block (61) is mounted on the cylinder (7), and the cylinder (7) can drive the limiting block (61) to move.

A film sticking mechanism according to claim 6, wherein said base (6) comprises a body member (62) and a lifting block (63), said lifting block (63) being movable relative to said body member (62) in a height direction of said film sticking mechanism to adjust a height of said film sticking mechanism.
8. The film sticking mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the film peeling knife (1) is provided with a first plane (11) and a second plane (12), and an included angle exists between the first plane (11) and the second plane (12);
the first plane (11) and the second plane (12) are in arc transition, and the arc forms a cutting edge (13) of the film stripping knife (1).
9. The film pasting mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the film peeling knife (1) is provided with a film adjusting plate (14), and the film adjusting plate (14) can move relative to the film peeling knife (1) along the height direction of the film pasting mechanism so as to adjust the mounting position of a protective film on the film peeling knife (1).
