Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a film pulling device, in particular to an online cutting device for a film edge and a use method thereof.
Background
The transverse drawing machine (TDO) has the main functions of heating and transversely drawing the film sheet, so that the film thickness is uniform, and the mechanical property is stable. The transverse drawing machine is provided with two special chains which rotate endlessly, clamps are arranged on the chains, can tightly clamp two edges of a sheet, are supported on a guide rail with variable width, and synchronously run by means of the same direction of the two chain clamps. The sheet is first preheated in a preheating section with a slight increase, transversely stretched in a stretching zone with a large expansion angle, and then heat treated in a parallel heat treatment zone with a shrink to shape and relax the film. Preferably, the rotation shaft 3 and the rotation base 4 are installed by adopting clearance fit, the range of the clearance is between 0.10mm and 0.20mm, the too tight fit easily causes the blocking phenomenon when the air cylinder 1 acts, and the too loose fit easily causes inaccurate cutter positioning by the movement of the two.

and 3, after the step 2 is finished, the edges of the film 10 cut by the transverse zipper cutter unit are clamped by the transverse zipper clamps 11 and then transported to an outlet area, crushed and recycled and granulated by a rim charge crusher, and the rest middle part of the film 10 is cooled and then rolled and packaged to obtain a finished product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
