When the steel strand blanking device is used for blanking the steel strand 2, the steel strand blanking device needs to be adjusted according to the requirement of blanking length; then, the conveying mechanism 1 is started to convey the steel strand 2, and under the conveying action of the conveying mechanism 1, the end part of the steel strand 2 gradually gets away from the conveying mechanism 1 and gradually moves to the bearing guide mechanism 3; in the process of transferring the steel strand 2, the detection mechanism detects the distance between the end part of the steel strand 2 and the cutting mechanism 4 and outputs a signal; when the detection distance of the detection mechanism is equal to the requirement of the blanking length, the conveying mechanism 1 stops the transferring action; and finally, cutting off the steel strand 2 through the cutting mechanism 4, namely finishing one-time blanking operation. When the steel strand blanking method provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for blanking, the operations of stretching, measuring and the like on the steel strand 2 can be replaced by manpower, the operation steps of an operator are reduced, the labor intensity of the operator is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
The steel strand blanking method in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps of adjusting the steel strand blanking device:
s11, selecting the accommodating space of the material receiving groove;
s12, moving the support guide mechanism to the upper part of the accommodating space by the second traverse mechanism;
and S13, moving the positions of the conveying mechanism and the cutting mechanism through the first transverse moving mechanism.
When the steel strand blanking device is adjusted, the accommodating space of the material receiving groove 5 is selected according to the requirement of the blanking length; then, the bearing guide mechanism 3 is moved to the upper side of the accommodating space by the second traversing mechanism, and the positions of the conveying mechanism 1 and the cutting mechanism 4 are moved by the first traversing mechanism, so that the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 1 coincides with the guiding direction of the bearing guide mechanism 3. Through adjusting transport mechanism 1, cutting mechanism 4 and bearing guiding mechanism 3 and connecing the relative position between the silo 5, can directly utilize to connect the corresponding accommodation space of silo 5 to accomodate steel strand 2. After the blanking operation with the requirement of the blanking length is finished, the steel strand 2 can be temporarily stored in the accommodating space of the receiving groove 5, the steel strand 2 does not need to be transported away, and the blanking operation with the next length can be carried out.
When the detection mechanism is the touch breaker 22 and the steel strand blanking device is adjusted, the fixed position of the touch breaker 22 on the bearing guide mechanism 3 needs to be determined.

the conveying mechanism is used for conveying the steel strand;
the bearing guide mechanism is used for supporting and guiding the steel strand, the bearing guide mechanism is positioned on the wire outlet side of the conveying mechanism, and the guide direction of the bearing guide mechanism is superposed with the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism;
the cutting mechanism is used for cutting off the steel strand and is arranged between the conveying mechanism and the bearing guide mechanism;
and the detection mechanism is used for detecting the distance between the end part of the steel strand and the cutting mechanism and outputting a signal.
2. The steel strand blanking device of claim 1, further comprising a receiving trough for receiving the steel strand, the receiving trough being located below the discharge outlet of the support guide mechanism.
3. The steel strand blanking device according to claim 2, wherein the receiving trough has at least two accommodating spaces, and the accommodating spaces are distributed in a direction perpendicular to a guiding direction of the supporting and guiding mechanism.

The steel strand blanking device according to claim 3, further comprising a first traversing mechanism for driving the conveying mechanism and the cutting mechanism to move along the distribution direction of the accommodating space, and a second traversing mechanism for driving the support guide mechanism to move along the distribution direction of the accommodating space.

The steel strand blanking device according to claim 4, further comprising a support table, wherein the conveying mechanism and the cutting mechanism are fixed on the support table, the first traversing mechanism comprises a first guide rail fixedly arranged below the support table and a first pulley capable of moving along an axial direction of the first guide rail, the axial direction of the first guide rail is consistent with a distribution direction of the accommodating space, and the first pulley is connected with the support table.

The steel strand blanking device according to claim 4, wherein the second traversing mechanism comprises a second guide rail fixedly arranged above the bearing guide mechanism and a second pulley capable of moving along an axial direction of the second guide rail, the axial direction of the second guide rail is consistent with a distribution direction of the accommodating space, and the second pulley is fixedly connected with the bearing guide mechanism.

The steel strand blanking device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting guide mechanism comprises two angle steels distributed up and down, the extending directions of the two angle steels are parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism, the two angle steels are arranged oppositely, a space is formed between one edges of the two angle steels, and the space is larger than the diameter of the steel strand.
8. The steel strand blanking device of claim 1, further comprising a protective net disposed on a side of the conveying mechanism away from the cutting mechanism.
9. A steel strand blanking method based on the steel strand blanking device of any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
adjusting the steel strand blanking device based on the blanking length requirement;
transferring the steel strand through the conveying mechanism;
detecting the distance between the end part of the steel strand and the cutting mechanism through the detection mechanism and outputting a signal;
stopping the conveying operation of the conveying mechanism based on the output signal of the detecting mechanism;
and cutting off the steel strand by the cutting mechanism.
10. The method for blanking a steel strand as claimed in claim 9, wherein the step of adjusting the steel strand blanking device specifically comprises:
selecting the accommodating space of the material receiving groove;
moving the bearing guide mechanism to the upper part of the accommodating space through the second transverse moving mechanism;
and moving the positions of the conveying mechanism and the cutting mechanism through the first transverse moving mechanism.
