Background
The preparation of the coal powder takes raw coal as raw material, the raw coal is conveyed to a raw coal bin through a coal yard, the raw coal is fed into a coal grinding device, and the raw coal is finally collected into the coal powder bin through a coal powder dust collector after being ground and is used as rotary kiln calcination fuel for storage. Because of the inherent characteristics of coal, spontaneous combustion and explosion can be generated in the coal powder preparation process, and the direct reason for the spontaneous combustion and explosion is as follows:
1. powder is stored in the coal mill, when the coal mill is normally stopped, the powder stored in the mill and the powder pipe is not completely blown out in time, and spontaneous combustion or explosion can occur when the coal mill is started again or stopped;
2. the air door of the coal mill is not closed tightly, and the like.
For the powder storage detection and the air door detection, a pre-alarm system which can simultaneously test the powder storage detection and the air door detection and can not directly prevent spontaneous combustion and explosion does not exist.

As a further optimization scheme of the invention, the pre-alarm system comprises a central processing unit, a primary alarm device and a secondary alarm device, wherein the central processing unit receives air pressure, nitrogen filling flow speed and nitrogen filling time information in the pulverized coal preparation system, which is detected by an air flow sensor and an air pressure sensor, judges the stored powder amount of the pulverizer and the sealing degree of the air door according to the information and the sectional area of the flame-retardant protection tube, and controls the primary alarm device/the secondary alarm device to alarm when the stored powder amount reaches a set threshold value and the air door is not sealed.
As a further optimization scheme of the invention, the primary alarm device and the secondary alarm device adopt different alarms or send different alarm signals to a supervisor terminal.
A method for carrying out safety pre-alarming by a coal powder preparation safety pre-alarming system comprises the following steps:
before the coal powder preparation system is put into use, a central processing unit controls the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve and the cold air electromagnetic valve to be closed, an inflator pump is started to fill protective gas into the flame-retardant protection pipe, the pulverizer and the powder pipe to form a gas protection system, a gas flow sensor and a gas pressure sensor detect the pressure, the nitrogen filling flow rate and the nitrogen filling time in the pulverizer and the powder pipe, and the original volume in the gas protection system is calculated according to the sectional area of the flame-retardant protection pipe;
after the pulverized coal preparation system is put into use and before the pulverizer stops running, the central processing unit controls to close the first electromagnetic valve, open the cold air electromagnetic valve and the exhaust fan, blow the gas filtered and exhausted by the dust collector into the pulverizer to blow up the stored powder in the pulverizer and the powder pipe, clean and output the gas to the dust collector;
step three, after the powder storage is cleaned for a period of time, repeating the step one, calculating to obtain the volume in the used gas protection system, wherein the difference between the volume and the original volume calculated in the step one is the powder storage volume, judging whether the air door is sealed according to the pressure change value, and controlling a primary alarm device to alarm by a central processing unit when the powder storage amount reaches a set threshold value and the air door is not sealed;
and step four, when the alarm is still given out after the air door is checked to be sealed, and the powder storage amount still reaches the set threshold value after the step two is repeated, the central processing unit controls the secondary alarm device to give an alarm for manual maintenance.

2) the invention can protect the whole coal dust preparation system by introducing the gas for preventing the spontaneous combustion of the coal dust before the shutdown and the start of the pulverizer, has stronger protection, and can isolate the dust collector when only the gas protection system is protected, thereby preventing the dust collector from being burnt and damaged by the spontaneous combustion of the coal dust.

The method for carrying out safety pre-alarming by adopting the coal powder preparation safety pre-alarming system comprises the following steps:
before the coal powder preparation system is put into use, a central processing unit (10) controls the first electromagnetic valve (15), the second electromagnetic valve (16) and the cold air electromagnetic valve (21) to be closed, an inflator pump (17) is started to fill protective gas into the flame-retardant protective tube (1), the pulverizer (5) and the powder tube (6) to form a gas protection system, a gas flow sensor (2) and a gas pressure sensor (3) are used for detecting the pressure, the nitrogen filling flow rate and the nitrogen filling time in the pulverizer (5) and the powder tube (6), and the original volume in the gas protection system can be calculated according to the sectional area of the flame-retardant protective tube (1), the nitrogen filling flow rate and the nitrogen filling time;
after the pulverized coal preparation system is put into use and before the pulverizer 5 is stopped, the central processing unit 10 controls the first electromagnetic valve 15 to be closed, the cold air electromagnetic valve 21 and the exhaust fan 9 are started, gas filtered and exhausted by the dust collector 7 is blown into the pulverizer 5 to blow up powder stored in the pulverizer 5 and the powder pipe 6, and the powder is cleaned and output to the dust collector 7;

And in the third step and the fourth step, the conveying of the protective gas is not stopped during the alarming period, the central controller controls the second electromagnetic valve 16 and the cold air electromagnetic valve 21 to be opened after the alarming, the exhaust fan 9 is started to carry out the work of powder storage and cleaning again, the protective gas is filled into the whole coal powder preparation system to carry out flame-retardant and explosion-proof protection, after the alarming is stopped, the pulverizer 5 is stopped, and the protective gas is filled into the whole coal powder preparation system until the pulverizer 5 is started again.
In the first step and the second step, the electromagnetic valve 15I is only closed, the inflator pump 17 is started, and then the volume change in the whole coal powder preparation system is detected, so that the powder storage amount in the whole coal powder preparation system can be detected, the whole coal powder preparation system can be cleaned regularly according to the powder storage amount value, for example, the interiors of the dust collector 7 and the pulverizer 5 are cleaned, the service life of the coal powder preparation system is prolonged, and the spontaneous combustion and explosion probability of the coal powder preparation system is reduced.
It should be noted that: when the coal powder preparation system is used for preparing coal powder, the coal slag is conveyed to the dryer 13 by the feeding machine 14 for drying, and the dried coal slag is not easy to stick to the wall after being ground into powder and cannot influence the volume detection precision due to moisture; the dried coal slag enters a pulverizer 5 through a feeding pipe 4 to be pulverized, then is conveyed to a dust collector 7 through a powder pipe 6 under the action of an exhaust fan 9, is conveyed to a finished product bin after being subjected to centralized filtration treatment by the dust collector 7, and the extracted and filtered gas is conveyed to the pulverizer 5 through an air pipe 8 to be subjected to cold air blowing to clean residual dust, and the steps are repeated again to be subjected to collection treatment after the residual dust is blown up; after the stored powder is cleaned, spontaneous combustion can be avoided at the moment of shutdown and startup of the pulverizer 5.
Before the pulverizer 5 is stopped and started, gas for preventing pulverized coal from spontaneously combusting can be introduced to protect the whole pulverized coal preparation system, the protective gas can be carbon dioxide gas, nitrogen or other inert gases, and a gas protection system formed by the flame-retardant protective tube 1, the pulverizer 5 and the powder tube 6 can be only protected by controlling the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve, because structures such as filter cloth in the dust collector 7 are extremely easy to ignite, but spontaneous combustion cannot easily occur, the dust collector 7 is isolated, and the dust collector 7 is prevented from being burnt and damaged due to spontaneous combustion of pulverized coal.
